I had a really great experience staying at the Comfort Inn near Polaris this past weekend! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great location for everything we wanted to do in the Polaris area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall stay was smooth from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated how convenient the location was, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and activities nearby. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again when I’m back in Columbus. Great experience and a good value for the price!

Stayed here while in ohio for biking. Great location. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. The Ohio To Erie Trail could be entered a quarter mile away, just on the other side of the freeway. 20 trail miles to downtown Columbus. Continental breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and reasonably priced.

Our car windows got busted out there was about 18 cars and the 2 hotels next to us did as well. How that many cars get busted into and no staff see or hear anything is way be on me. And YES it was right in front of the lobby and the sides of the hotel. Another person got them on Video 2 men in a dark car did all this damage. Very unhappy now we have to pay about 800.00 for 2 windows very upsetting 😢 The staff I feel should have been more helpful nobody came out to help us clean glass up or offer a sweeper.

Stayed 4 nights

The primary issue that we had was that our towels and trash were not managed while we were there without us asking or doing it ourselves. Other than that, everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was generally clean though there were spots in the sinks and tub that had been missed from the previous guests. I trusted the linens enough to use them. The towels were generally stain free but 1 wash cloth (out of 4) had a makeup stain from a previous use. We didn't eat breakfast or use any of the amenities as we were there mainly to sleep before going out for the full day everyday.
