Room was fine, but my credit card was charged twice. When I went to the front desk, I learned that they already knew this, and did reverse one of the charges (which I won't see for several days because of the bank), but didn't bother telling me. The person at the front desk just proceeded to give me 4 or 5 excuses and blamed everyone else. It was almost as if it was my fault. Definitely could use some basic lessons on customer service.

The pool was nice and clean and the room was very cozy. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was pretty good. Lots of variety for the breakfast and it tasted pretty good. Check out was fast and easy too. Will definitely stay again
