Check in was so pleasant and friendly after an eight hour flight. Accommodations were beautiful, everything you need ,just like home. Airport shuttle was right on time, saved a lot of headaches. Staff is very friendly. The room was very spacious, very clean, and modern. Full kitchen was very helpful for our stay. Would be helpful for the staff to check all the kitchen equipment as there was a lid for a small pot but no actual small pot. (Used large pot and lid.) Breakfast buffet was excellent quality hot food with lots of variety. Great that we can bring our dogs (for an extra fee). When bringing our dogs out the back exit, found blood stains wiped on exterior and narrow side of back door. After informing staff, only the exterior (wide) side of door was cleaned but narrow side was still uncleaned.

Fabulous breakfast, they were on top of keeping everything stocked. Giant rooms, very well done. They have everything you need in the suite (pots, silverware, etc). Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Pool was great, our only complaint was they didn't keep the pool towels very stocked, and they didn't mop the deck the 3 days we were there (there was a fake nail on the ground the whole time). Would definitely stay here again though, worth every penny.

The hotel itself was very new and modern. The rooms were nice with the added kitchen and were clean. The hotel is situated in a very noisy area that is not very walkable. Some rooms have the highway noise, but the staff was accommodating to change our room even though we had requested a quiet one initially. Parking is available underground too for a fee. Breakfast had the basics.

Front desk staff are awesome (Vladimir). It’s great to see good customer service with knowledgeable staff. The room was perfect and spacious. The underground heated parking is exactly what we wanted for our extended parking while going to the airport.

Charged a no-show during family emergency; no help modifying arrival date I booked Staybridge Suites Montréal Airport on Expedia while rushing to a family emergency and accidentally selected the wrong arrival date (one day early). Within 30 seconds I called the hotel to move the date; they said I had to contact Expedia. Expedia called the hotel, but I was told a manager couldn’t adjust it at 8:00 pm and they’d email management. The next morning I was informed I’d be charged a no-show fee of almost $300 and my reservation was canceled. When I arrived in person the following day, I spoke with General Manager Asma Hamila, who said nothing could be done because I booked via Expedia and that the no-show penalty would stand. I understand policies, but given the immediate contact, the same-week stay, and a documented family emergency, I expected basic flexibility or a one-time courtesy. Disappointing customer care.

Our accommodation downtown Montreal was terrible, not what we had planned for five months ago. Staybridge ‘saved our holiday’. The front desk staff was fabulous, helped us find the right room (fitting for my sister who has a slight physical disability). We loved the extra large room space, cleanliness and newness of the hotel and rooms. The free breakfast was fabulous and the eating area was lovely and big.

Hotel is new and modern. Staff pleasant and efficient at check in. Lobby is large and inviting, with coffee station. Rooms very large with sofa and desk and king bed. Only had overnight stay as flight cancelled, so did not use kitchen, but well equipped with dishwasher. No restaurant but one in hotel next door. Breakfast included.

Everything was great better than expected. The breakfast your normal basic items but seemed to be better quality and better prepared than most places. Only complaint was I travelled with a person celiac and while there seemed to be gluten free options, there was no care taken for cross contamination nor was there any sort of markings, or knowledge of gluten safety.

All was good apart from the fact that there weren’t either a restaurant or a bar even if these facilities were available next door. I also think that the hotel telephone number should be indicated on the reservation or receipt in case you need to call and have no access to WIFI.
