Premier Hotel Cabin Shinjuku

Good location, clean room. Lots of restaurants close by and easy access to subway stations. Laundry coin washer / dryer available for use which is very convenient when it’s hot and humid and you need your clothes cleaned constantly.

Shinjuku is a party city and this hotel is right in the heart of that. Despite the location the hotel was very quiet. The rooms are very very tiny (normal for tokyo). Luggage fits well under the bed to make more space. The staff were regular not as friendly as other hotels in Japan but fine. No laundry. Conbini right next door and 15 mins from shinjuku station. Very clean.

Very convenient location in Shinjuku! Staff were very helpful and room was well-kept and clean. Their laundry system was great and even had a timer on their TVs that’ll display how much time is remaining on your load.

Hotel is located near Seibu-Shinjuku station which is just about 5 minutes walk away from hotel and is about 15 minutes away from the main Shinjuku Station. There isn't a lot of amenities/facilites within the hotel. There are a lot of people loitering around the hotel area which makes us feels a little uncomfortable. Overall, the room is clean although it's super small and is super difficult to open two luggages in a room. I personally would not go back to this hotel again.

Amazing experience!! Especially on skin care product they had provided on lobby counter. Newly renovated, facility is very clean and well organized. They also have luggage storage service in case of side trip!!

15 minute walk from shinjuku station. Cery close to a 7-11 and right in the heart of shinjuku. Ideal place to be. Food and shopping and bars close by. Wasn't too loud and felt very safe. Room was small, but had everything a solo traveller needed. Fridge, tv, good internet, comfy and clean. The ameneties supplied were also good. Toothbrushes, bodywashes, sponges and clean towels and fresh bottled water everyday. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for 10 nights for our first trip ever to Japan and we LOVED this hotel. The staff were all extremely polite and kind, and made us feel very welcomed. The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s close by to both Shinjuku station and Shin-Okubo station, and is right beside Kabukicho so it is always lively at night. Although the area itself is more loud, the hotel room itself was quiet and comfy and the street it is located on is not extremely busy compared to the main centre a 5 minute walk away. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room itself was very cozy. There are vending machines and microwaves throughout the floors of the hotel and a laundry room as well which is super appreciated. The closest 7/11 is also a 30 second walk from the hotel which is very convenient. I have no complaints, we loved this hotel and would definitely come back again on our next trip to Japan!

The hotel itself is excellent--the rooms are quiet and clean, the staff are excellent, and the breakfast spread is also very good. This hotel does have 24h locked security, however, as it's in a pretty rough area of town. Tbere is a lot of dining and other entertainment close to the hotel, and its very walkable. That said, as a solo traveller, the roughness of the area was intimidating.

Overall the stay was good. Very nice and clean hotel. Only reason it’s a 4 star and not a 5 star is you can hear everything from outside on the street and in the walkway inside. There is also only 2 wash/dryer machines for 8 levels of people which is not enough.

I liked my stay at Premier Hotel Cabin Shinjuku. I got a single bed room and it was a cozy/comfortable room for me. They have room service every other day and there’s also an option for breakfast in the morning. They also have a laundry room which is around ¥600 per load and I say it’s worth it if you’re going to stay there for a while. The staff are friendly and are always willing to help. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The bathroom had distinct smell of iron when checking in However, everything else was in great order. Friendly and helpful stuff, comfy bed, the breakfast had a broad selection of both Japanese and European style. Good location nearby the subway.

Even though the surroundings around the hotel might get busy and crowded at night, we had a good sleep time. The bathroom and the room was very tidy and clean. Just bear in mind is a very compact space so for big guys probably it won't work. Kudos to the front desk staff, very friendly and helpful. They even use a translator to facilitate any language barrier.

Staff did try by giving me a fan to use, however, that did not resolve, it only gave a little relief but was noisy so therefore no good sleep. Room remained hot because of the central heating. Tokyo (Shinjuku) was hot/warm during the period of my stay yet heat was turned on. Made for very uncomfortable stay. Website says they have Air Conditioning ... not true... they should state that the heat is on even thought the weather might not warrant the need for heat. Room was extremely small, even for Tokyo standards. I could not even open my carry on and checked luggage at the same time, not enough space. there was no space to hang up clothes or to put things on after coming back from shopping. Things had to be put on the bed or the floor. Bathroom on a regular smelled odd, not pleasant. Clean up of rooms was efficient. Front desk - some staff could not speak English and would make assumptions rather than try to clarify requests. Other staff were good English speakers. Location of the Hotel was a little scary... the walk from Shinjuku station to the Hotels was short but needed to walkthrough the red light district. In addition, it was off putting each evening when a police car would patrol the street and blast out a message in Japanese but as a no Japanese speaker did not understand so it was scary not knowing what was going on. Laundry facilities was good under 800 Yen for a full load.

I would warn about the cleaniness of the bidets at this property. When I checked in, I noticed a smell coming from the toilet area. It smelled like poop but I couldn't see any sign of it so I pushed some buttons on the bidet panel and the nozzle came out and I couldn't believe what I saw. Poop was caked onto the nozzle and never cleaned. It took me several tries to clean it and then I proceeded to disinfect the room with lysol wipes. I reported this to the hotel and they said sorry. I warned my friends to not use their bidet until their nozzle was checked. Sure enough, theirs was covered with dried poop but not as bad as mine but they did not report it to the hotel. The other weird thing that happened was that I was charged 800 yen (100 yen per night) for the tourist tax - no problem with that but my friends got charged 200 yen and my other friends did not get charged anything. Is this a tax that only targets certain people?? I remained grossed out for the rest of my stay but had to deal with it. So just be sure to make sure everything is clean when you get into the room.

Rude Staff. After almost 3 weeks in Japan it was the first time I experienced rude people. Under the bed was disgusting coming across nuts, wrappers and a used condom. There are better options than this accommodation for the same price I experienced in Tokyo.

Located in a safe area. We felt safe walking around the area. The hotel is clean. We get fresh towels and water to drink daily. Very close to 7-Eleven. I would stay again. I also recommend this place to my family.

Shower curtain filthy. No place to greet friends or relax out side the tinny rooms They do not use the large breakfast room for anything else it unused all day. Great wast of space will not be back .there are similar hotels near by that are more customer friendly.

Had a decent stay here while visiting Tokyo! Giving this 3/5 stars. You couldn’t open the window which was very unfortunate considering there isn’t any A/C in the room, the air is all centralized by the hotel. Room can get very hot.

Most rooms in the $100 range are small but this one was challenging. Even with storing the suitcase under the bed, there was very little room to move it in and out from under the bed. Shower was extra small and the showerhead placement was very low. Rooms were clean, laundry room was nice. The breakfast buffet was on the ground level with views of the people walking by. Very central to Kabukicho and both the shinjuku and seibi-shinjuku train stations. Stay was very friendly and helpful.

The room was tiny. Pillows were not comfortable. Bed not great either. Bathroom was so small that half the sink was in the shower. Told to put suitcase under the bed. When l asked about checking out at 12 pm instead of 11 am, the front desk woman said it would cost about $10 for an extra hour. Great location but I won’t return to this hotel again

The bathroom is similar in size to a bathroom on a cruise ship. Breakfast was nothing special. Mostly the same options everyday and most things were bland. I would not have selected the breakfast option. There is a 7-11 steps away from the hotel that had cheaper, more flavorful options.

We had a good stay at the Premier Cabin Hotel. The location is convenient, within walking distance (about 5-10 minutes) to Kabukicho street and the famous Godzilla head. It was a bit of a walk to the station entrances we needed, but it wasn’t a big issue. The staff were polite, respectful, and spoke English. They also helped us with arranging luggage transfers to our next hotel and sending some luggage directly to the airport, which was much appreciated. The room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a solid choice for our stay, and I’d definitely consider booking with them again for a future visit. Thank you!

I lost an IPad and a Notebook and I did not realized until 3 days later after I left.. The hotel management contacted me and told me that they found the items on their premises.. Very much appreciated their honesty and Quickness to respond to my Problem..

The staff here were amazing and easily the best service I’ve experienced. They were kind, understanding and extremely helpful. They also helped us tremendously with luggage transfer service. The staff work very hard and are admirable in their service. The rooms are quite small, but this is to be expected for Tokyo - Shinjuku especially. However, the room easily makes up for it with its cleanliness, amenities and convenience. We would recommend this hotel to a single person, or two small people for sizing. Lovely hotel, lovely staff and we would book here again.

Yazdığımız şeyi anlamadan kapı kartı çalışmıyor sandı kartı istedi sonra bir kenara fırlatıp bir anda yenisi çıkardı. İletişim sıfırdı. Arada bir çeviri kullandık ve çok kaba tavırlar sergiledi. Japon değildi tabii ki. Hintliydi sanırım.Yüzüne bakmadan da tavırlarından anlaşılırdı. Japonlar çok tatlı. Ama bu kişi otelinize yakışmamış

Hotel receptionists not able to speak much English. They are not helpful.

I had a pleasant stay on this hotel. The staff was friendly and helped me to ship my bag from Tokyo to Osaka. They replied promptly on the Expedia app with any questions that I had. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with some of the food options changing daily. The hotel does housekeeping every 2 days, but that was suitable for me as I was by myself. The only minor complaint I have is that my room faced a wall from an adjacent building, but I was still able to have natural light in the room.

Hotel it self is great, lots of dinning around and shopping but I didn’t realize when I booked is that this is the red light district….. so if that’s what you are looking for it’s great if not I would stay in another neighborhood. The hotel it self tho is 10/10

The location is in the midst of all the action- so if you are looking for something quiet and lowkey, this hotel isn't it. The room was clean and even though it was very small (typical for Tokyo hotel room haha)- they ensured it with stocked up with things we need (example: they were the only hotel we went to that provided water bottles! Its simple but really thoughtful). It was nice to be a hop skip and a jump from all the action in Shinjuku!

地點非常棒，搭乘鐵路，長途巴士，用餐都十分方便。環境清靜，酒店對面是大久保醫院，夜靜回酒店也比較安全，可以感受新宿嘅熱鬧繁榮。附近食店超多，幾乎被便利店包圍着，可以日行夜行，超滿足！下次會再來！

Das Premier Hotel Shinjuku hat insgesamt einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen, aber mit ein paar kleinen Schwächen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings war das Badezimmer sehr klein – ich habe mir sogar einmal den Kopf an der Tür gestoßen, als ich von der Toilette aufgestanden bin. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer könnte etwas kälter und moderner sein, da das warme Licht dem Raum ein etwas bedrückendes und unwohles Gefühl gegeben hat. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich gut, aber es gab zu viele frittierte Speisen – etwas leichtere Optionen am Morgen wären angenehmer gewesen. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt – 10/10! Man ist mitten in Shinjuku und kommt überall schnell hin. Insgesamt ein solides Hotel mit guter Lage und Service, aber mit Raum für kleine Verbesserungen bei Zimmer und Frühstück.

The best thing I liked was that they served breakfast with your stay. It was great food with lots of variety of food choices with healthy options. I would stay there again for the breakfast. The location was also good, you can walk to a lot of places. The room was a little small but I got used to it.

Area is very convenient, close to a lot of shops and transportation. Can be a little noisy as the area is busy and close to a hospital. Rooms are quite small - but to be expected. Breakfast buffet was very delicious!

Excellent stay, convenient location to Shinjuku station. The breakfast was scrumptious with lots of variety to please everyone. I would have rated it 5 stars if they had extra vertical shelving or hooks to put and hang things as I knew the room was small when booking but given the limited space that would have helped immensely when two of us has to live out of a suitcase in a tight space. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bathroom is small, especially the toilet bowl very small, never encountered such small toilet bowl before, not even for airplane lavatories! Nevertheless, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good!
