Stayed 2 nights

Location was good for us as we went to a party at Thuishaven which was a pleasant walk away There was no business centre as I had to make some zoom calls for work very early in the morning so the staff did help and allowed me to use the closed off party of the dining room. Breakfast was not amazing but ok, a bit sparse (but then it’s NL). Room was spacious.

Having never visited Amsterdam until now, we were not sure what to expect. The staff at Westcord Art Hotel Amsterdam were all so accommodating and helpful, it made our stay shere such a delight. As for the hotel itself, it was lovely, clean, pleasant and a place I will definitely come back to. Well done Westcord!!!

Stayed 4 nights

We extended our stay by six nights based on being able to use a conference room that otherwise sat empty for a couple of hours per day. Everyone had been exceptionally accommodating until this afternoon when Erva, at the front desk, told my son a few minutes before an important meeting that he was banned from using the empty room. We both work remotely and had stayed outside of the city center for this accommodation. $1,000 later, my son is having a business meeting in the bathtub while I use the desk for my work meeting. We wouldn't have stayed here if we'd known a front desk agent would just arbitrarily change up what the manager had approved the first three weeks we were here. Very disappointing and unnecessary. Will not be staying here again. Also, the air conditioning is weak, but they do have portable fans they lend out.

Bright, clean room. It was a bit warm even with ac on fully but they gave us a fan to use which helped a ton. Most of the front desk people were great. Restaurant manager was top notch! Restaurant food was just okay, but the staff was very nice. The only real complaint is they don't seem to use ac for the restaurant or lobby so on hot days it was pretty gross.
