I really enjoyed my stay at Sleep Inn Charlotte/University Place! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My room was clean, comfortable, and the queen-size bed was exactly what I needed after a long day. The location was also a huge plus — convenient and easy to get around from. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! 4.5/5 ⭐️

The hotel needs some painting and remodeling. The room was clean but it needed fresh paint job & updating, Many of the ice machines were broken, Too many people hang around outside the hotel. The back door to the hotel was not accessible from parking lot. Room was never cleaned & had to take our used towels to the front desk to get new towels. You get what you pay for I guess.

No bells and whistles, but a nice hotel for the price. Continental breakfast is weak, but there is an IHOP in walking distance.
