It would have been nice to know before booking that they were undergoing renovations and the pool being drained after being told that it was open over the phone was extremely disappointing especially during the rain. We had a bit of confusion with the front desk the next morning regarding a night we had already paid for the evening prior.. the receptionist that morning was quite sweet, but it was still frustrating Seems like they were trying to get a second deposit from us because she asked him to swipe his card again after the deposit in the room charge had already been taken from his account. The breakfast was not the best. It did not have the best taste. I did appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms. However, we did not have anyone to come take our trash after requesting room service to come change the trash out of our room…twice. We even set the bag outside of the door when we saw that there was someone next-door cleaning and when we returned ours later, the bag was still outside of the door.

Breakfast is like cereal, yogurt, bagel type options. Bed was comfy. ELEVATOR HAS ISSUES. Onlyn 1 in service and the other would do several biunces before stopping on the floor. It didn't break down but it felt like it was going to. Hotel is clean. Good spot but probably would not book again

Only thing i was nervous about with my visit was tge elevator it got us up abd down but it was janky some moments of the day :) Our room was great the staff was friendly and parkong was never an issue, would def recommend and certainly would stay again!

Our stay was just ok. The hotel is in a great location, near everything and seemed walkable to most attractions. Ample parking. The toilet in our room was stopped up when we got in and there was old food in our fridge. Breakfast is very minimal. The room was spacious and close to the soccer complex, which worked for our one night stay.

We chose this hotel based on the location to our favorite restaurants and the pool being open year round. The only issues we had was: we had a nose bleed one night and asked if we could get new sheets and were told they didn't have any available until morning. (Don't understand this at all) 2nd if the pool is open year round and is covered so sun doesn't get to the water why wouldn't you have it heated. The room we had was very roomy and clean. We would stay again but would be during warmer weather so the kids didn't turn blue swimming. The breakfast was ok nothing exciting but at least we didn't go away hungry.

Clean room, nice lobby, pool is outdoors not in door and not heated… Breakfast was real basic, eggs but no meat at all, some small fruit but not much. Yogurt was ok but real small. Water was hot in shower but a large step to get down. No extra pillows or blankets or towels.

When we arrived we could not get our balcony room because of plumbing issues. The shower was not clean. Hair in it. The next day we got the balcony room. There was no compensation for not having it for the two days. The balcony faced the parking lot. There were bugs we had to kill(small roaches). The sheets had a black stain & on the pillow. Never got new towels. Glad we brought some from home. Did not try the breakfast. Staff was super nice.

Nicely located(4/5). V close to some decent restaurants and to walmart(4/5). A walk of about 10 mins to the beach(3.5/5). Clean rooms, bathrooms and corridors(4/5). Average(3.5/5) breakfast options. Room cleaning service was not as expected. Didnt get any trashbag/linen/towel replacements during the 3 night stay (2/5). No room cleaning during the stay too(That needs improvement. Do not wait on the customers to call in for this. Overall, good for family stay. Quiet when it should be. No hooligans.

The room had mold and mildew on ceiling near the air condition, the sheets were dirty, the water in the shower was not very warm, and there was not much to the breakfast. I feel like we should be comped for our room. We stayed two nights. Most Country Inn and Suites are better than this.

Red stains in the carpet?? In the morning a roach was in the bathroom. For the three days I was there, did not come and change the sheets or replace the towels. Had to request towels to get them. Had to wait for coffee almost everyday because they were out.

The front desk was friendly on arrival but when I got to my room the bathroom had hair in the tub and a used wash cloth from a previous guest hanging on the shower rail. I noticed a small blood stain on the sheets and called for more clean sheets and never got them. It was late and I was tired so I slept on the other side of the bed. The food for breakfast was great but I wasn’t pleased with the quality of the room cleanliness.

Worst Experience Ever!!!!! Let me start by saying the location of the hotel is pretty decent. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could use more attention. I don't know if the hotel management is tight on the money or just trying to budget. But the the towels and wash cloths had a dirty yellow tint to them. Our bedding had stains on the sheets. I asked for turn down service in our room to eliminate this issue only to return to clean bedding with more stained sheets. Some of our fresh wash clothes had holes in them. Last but not least, half of our room carpet was soaked in water from a leak in the AC unit. Oh I almost forgot the WIFI signal sucks!!!! Which was not a great combination with kids.

The room was above average having a new-looking decor and perfectly clean. Amenities were above-average with microwave, fridge, tucked pleasantly out of sight. Only downside was AC was too high and I could find no way to turn it down. Only light bedclothes and blanket so I was freezing and too lazy to call the desk. The pool and breakfast area were too small for the size of the hotel, and breaksfast selections while full breakfast were limited.

Staff was courteous. I wanted to leave a happy review, truly. The beds were clean and comfortable; the room was clean and spacious. I booked the 2 queen bed suite for 2 nights. The first night things were great! Hot water, good water pressure. However - our deadbolt did not close at all. The hole was not lined up properly. I had to ask for the "Not yet Sign" as I don't like staff entering my room when I am not there. I reported the deadbolt to three different employees at the front counter. Never offered to change rooms or anything. The second night the hot water wasn't working. It was room temperature at best. By morning it was barely room temperature. I reported this and was told maintenance was not on sight, it would be the morning the before it would be serviced. Again did not offer to change rooms or offer anything for the inconvenience. We were checking out in the morning so maintenance did us no good. I reported it again upon check out thinking maybe they'd refund some of the price - nope, only a "We're sorry, safe travels." Also, second floor ice machine isn't there. You have to go downstairs. The suite is also a central heat and air type set up. It took hours for the heat to warm the room. We stayed when the nights were in the 40's. So yea - an okay stay. Loved the set up - but lack of quality in basic maintenance makes me not want to return.

The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was quiet, and we were within walking distance of many attractions. Walmart is across the street which made it easy to grab necessities and snacks. Breakfast has several options. The beach was just about 3 minutes by car even with traffic.

Extremely clean and in really good shape! We weren’t there long, our first booking at a different hotel was horrible and we ended up moving here. Friendly staff, really clean and well kept! The breakfast was good also. I would definitely recommend!
