What an amazing hotel! Huge bedroom for a family with two children with space to move. Staff were making the beds every day. Great coffee and water available at the reception area. Access to many metro lines but also good walking distance to many sites. Definitely from the favourites

This hotel is located in a central location and the rooms are nice & clean. They offered 24/7 Coffee, tea & water in the lobby. The only complaint is that the hotel does not have A/C or that is what we were told by the Front Desk. They tried to accommodate us by bringing us a small fan, which didn't really help eliminate the heat in our room. We had one small window, which we opened and kept our front door open for a while to get some circulation. Later, the maintenane man told us that they don't turn on the A/C until Summer, which is ridiculous once Paris does get hot other times of the year. We would never have stayed here if we knew we could not turn on the A/C when needed. Otherwise, very nice hotel with a helpful Front Desk.

Lovely hotel. Good location for Gare du Nord station and close to metro station. Nice area with plenty of restaurants nearby and within walking distance of Westfield shopping centre. Room was a good size and had been recently refurbished. Only criticism would be that there is no bar/vending facilities to get a drink/water.

The hotel was in a quiet street but very near to a busy and vibrant area. Transport was great, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was well run, clean and the room was an excellent size. The bed was huge and comfy. The room would have benefitted from a mini fridge and some bottles of water but it was otherwise well equipped with lots of electric sockets including USB. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Overall this was an excellent hotel for the price and I would certainly return.

Family of four first time in Paris. Late teen kids. Room was spacious and clean. New bathroom and quite large. Complimentary coffe/espresso machine in lobby as well as water fill station. Breakfast was outstanding. Fresh croissants and crepes, eggs, fruit, meat, cheese! 20 minutes leisurely walk to Pont Neuf and all the “Stuff “. Rated way to low and well worth the money.

Do not stay at this hotel. The room was dirty upon check in! I found hair on beds, sink, and on toilet. Informed staff, even took picture and sent to them as proof - NOTHING was done, rooms were not cleaned. Hotel is filthy!!!! They also told us that breakfast would be comped as a gesture BUT we were billed! Worst experience ever. You have been warned.

My daughter & I had a twin room, size typical of Europe. Beds comfortable. Bathroom tiny but functional. My only complaint was the pillows were too soft & not supportive. Any interaction we had with staff was very good, they were helpful with all requests. Two other daughters shared a double room, which was larger than ours and had a huge bathroom. All in all, a great stay and would recommend.

Our room was away from the road and quiet, the only issue we had were people allowing their doors to bang, the doors didn't have a quiet close mechanism. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. Would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and honestly can’t complain! The place is really charming and conveniently located—just a quick 3-minute walk from the Bonne Nouvelle Metro station, which connects you easily to all the main Paris attractions. We booked a Privilege Double Room, and while it was a bit smaller than expected, it was perfect for our needs since we were mostly out exploring. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the room was spotless with a lovely view of the classic Parisian buildings. Overall, it was a great stay—cozy, clean, and in a fantastic location. Room was very clean and very spacious for 3 of us. The bathroom was modern and clean with a very good shower. The breakfast was excellent. The only criticism is that they only provide one plate so you have to use it for your hot breakfast and then for any toast or croissants, etc.

enjoyable 3 night stay at the hotel. Room was big which I wasn’t expecting. Bathroom was clean modern. Good aircon system in the room which helped in the heat. Only downside of the room was it’s thin walls so you could hear every noise, we had a random buzzing going on at various points in the night (didn’t seem to happen during the day), which was a big annoying. Didn’t try the breakfast option as we went out a tried all the different cafes and shops. Lots of restaurants situated close by. Can recommend L'imprévu which was lovely and staff friendly. Close to the metro line which was clean and tidy and good for getting around but your only a 15min walk from the Lourve or River Seine as well.

The images shown on the website are completely different to how this hotel is accurately presented. Staff were rude and just looked like they hated their jobs - which I understand…still not great. They refused to book us a taxi, stating it was not possible? Bizarre? Don’t book this area, very unsafe and huge walking distances to main areas. Book somewhere else, save yourself trauma.

Great location and clean hotel. Great shower too. Unfortunately seems there was a mix up with my room and could not provide the double I booked, but rather a single (with 1.5 bed). Not ideal but they said that other than cancelling the room there was nothing else they could do. Staff were upfront and called me on the day to let me know. When I checked in and out staff already knew the issue and I was told throughout that I would receive a 50% refund of my stay cost (exc. city tax). I had to chase over a week later to get the refund actioned. When the refund arrived it was was not 50% of the cost but approx. 43%. Overall prob €30 but not sure why the reduction/change. Other than that was a pleasant stay, I accept that errors can/do happen and while they seemed to deal with it appropriately while I was there the final processing could have been improved.

From the moment I checked in I felt very welcome. The reception staff are fantastic with an extra special mention to Ruth. Ruth greeted us and gave us so much information and was very happy to answer all my questions about travelling around the city. We had an issue with our keys and lock and Ruth personally sorted it for us and even though she had to come up to our room a couple of times, she never stopped smiling and was so polite. A real asset to the hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the district we were in as surrounded by lots of cafes and bakeries whilst away from the main tourist busy spots.

Likes Clean and modern rooms. Close to public transport links and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Breakfast had a good selection of hot food and continental food. Front door can only be accessed via security card, which adds to security. Dislikes Only 1 staff available during checkout, so had to wait a bit. Need to have more staff on site especially around checkout time in the morning to speed things up.

The room was ready early. The woman who helped us at check-in was very friendly. Her name was Ruth. Excellent room for a family. Everything was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very spacious. The only issue - there was mold on the ceiling above the shower. The man who helped us at check-out was not kind and seemed flustered. He kept talking to himself as if irritated.

I felt safe to walk alone from Gare du Nord to the hotel at night. I arrived around 23:00 but Check-In went smoothly. Just the door bell at the entrance had to be pushed strongly, so that I could enter inside. There are many cafes and restaurants and train/bus stops near the hotel. Room was not so big but enough for one person with a small luggage. For weekend stay in Paris, I would love to stay here again. :)

The hotel is close to two main metro lines but what is not known is that it is an area really close to Strasbourg-St Denis which is a grittier area especially at night. There was a lot of shouting and rowdiness. The room A/C also didn't seem to work and the staff were not very helpful in obtaining more basics in the room (kleenex) which they claimed none was available. The bathroom/shower stall is in the same room with no enclosure so it's impossible to not get your entire bathroom wet after a shower. Wish we knew that before booking. More like a 2-star but this was relatively cheaper than other hotels who perhaps you get what you pay for!

Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende sehr gelungen. Freundlicher Empfang, schönes Zimmer, nettes Personal beim Frühstück und freundlicher Check-Out. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Bahnhof Gare du Nord entfernt und kann von dort mit der Metro erreicht werden (Station Strasbourg Saint-Denis). Oder die Station Bonne Novelle ist ebenso um die Ecke (ca. 4 Minuten). Zimmer sind neu eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Dieses Hotel kann ich sehr empfehlen, da es zudem recht günstig ist.

The hotel is nice and in a convenient central area so you can walk. Only negative was that they did not have they air conditioning on in late May and we had to leave windows. On a Saturday night there were as a large group of people on the street for hours until 3am that we could hear as if they were in the same room because we had to leave the windows open.

Fantastic hotel with large room and comfortable beds - even the hideaway couch bed was comfortable enough for adults! Centrally located with easy access to both right & left bank. Breakfast was 10/10 with great hot selection (eggs, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, & beans) and impressive cold selection as well including meats, cheese, pastries/breads & a dozen spreads/jam, and a granola bar with at least 20 topping options (dried fruits, multiple nuts, coconut, ginger, etc). Superb value. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

O quarto é grande comporta a família de casal e dois filhos tem espaço para bagagem de todos, banheiro grande, café da manhã bom (faltam frutas na reposição e crepes) quando acaba eles não repõe e isso é ponto negativo. We had a lovely midweek stay here. The room was spotless and the bed incredibly comfortable, the room was also much larger than it appeared in the photos! The only downside was the mid-stay clean—we requested one, but it was a bit underwhelming. The rubbish was taken out, but the bed wasn’t remade and towels weren’t replaced. That aside, the breakfast was absolutely worth the €19 each—honestly, the scrambled eggs were the best we’ve ever had! The location is great for getting around, and all the staff were super helpful and spoke excellent English.
