We had a dog and there’s certain rooms allocated for pets it was dark with a small window with view of pipe works the bed was very comfy and clean the shower was very good but the corridors on first floor were in need of major re-vamp creaked floors sounds from music at night from entertainment . The downstairs looks fine and breakfast hall looks modern and newly decorated but what we had was disappointing and not for us. The staff were friendly and the Spainish girl was always smiling and helpful. The location is too far the opposite end of town if only on foot but we were lucky and had our car.easy enough to park outside on street. Llanduno isn’t a cheap place to stay as they have a constant stream of older guests to keep the price up. The Seafront hotel is cheaper than most but now we realise why and would rather opt for a Travelodge with the same standard nationwide and roughly the same price and take dogs made a mistake going for the cheapest

Our room was an outdated, slanted roof room with just enough space for a double bed. The bathroom was something out of the 70's and this is not reflected in the photographs of the property. The room was clean but the windows glazing had blown and was growing mushrooms inside the pain. My partner stood on a nail in the room and when reception was told about this they did not care or react as if it was unheard of. When I asked about a partial refund I was told that 'It was good enough to sleep there' I had not wanted to complain at the time of check in as we had been traveling all day and not got to the hotel until 11pm! NEVER AGAIN
