Checkin was fine, but parking is a beast. Very small parking area, and don’t expect to park on the first floor, and squeeze in the tiny parking garage. We went down to the oool, for a bit, and when we came back, there were bugs crawling all over the nightstand in between the beds. We were so exhausted, and I had bug spray for your skin, so we sprayed it all over the nightstand, but then my 9 year old son was totally freaked out and didn’t want to sleep there. The atmosphere is fun at the hotel, and the view of the beach was beautiful, but won’t be returning and praying no bugs hitched a ride home with us.

Very good hotel if you would like to stay on the hotel and have everything taken care of. A nice bar with indoor seating and restaurant patio with outdoor seating, decent food options. Decent sized pool and kiddy pool area, also a game and arts and crafts area for kids. The staff all around is very nice and accomodating. Parking here is not fun, if you get one of the few normal parking spaces you should be fine, but if not you have to drive very carefully within the covered area with lot of cement poles and tight spaces. Otherwise you have to park across the street. There are 2 elevators total (not close to each other) that are very slow and there is a lot of traffic coming up and down. Be prepared to wait up to 5 minutes sometimes for an elevator. But overall a very nice stay and extra if you have kids, they will enjoy.

This was a nice property right on Daytona Beach with easy beach access. There was a calendar full of daily activities. The pool area was great and there was a separate kids pool area which was great for families. There is a restaurant on the premises. And lots of free parking at the hotel.

I know the weather is out of our hands, and the hotel had suffered some damage from a hurricane. there was no direct beach access and there was no wifi in the rooms. I feel something temporary could have been done to allow access to the beach rather than walking .4 of a mile.

The hotel grounds and pool area were kept exceptionally clean. The majority of the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We had drinks and dinner at the onsite restaurant twice and food was tasty. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean and very clean when we arrived (we choose not to have daily cleaning service) and had all the amenities. Overall wonderful stay and we would definitely stay again on our next visit.

nice older property. staff was nice. clean. the sliding door to our outdoor balcony was a cat 4 (hurricane proof) door. very heavy and very difficult to slide open. the maintenance man came and cleaned the bottom tract and sprayed WD40. that helped a little- but door was very difficult to open/close. the handle for the shower was loose- but did work ok. place just needs some TLC.

Nice location close to the center of beach life. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The TV had a tuner issue where it kept cutting out. The bathroom had a light bulb that kept flickering. Since we didn't spend a lot of time in the room it wasn't a really big deal for us.

I loved the pool area and fact that the restaurant had seating outside next to the pool. The food was excellent as well. Our room was set up nicely because we had only one queen bed and that allowed us to have an easy chair. The full size refrigerator was a plus. Our main complaints were mostly cosmetic. Our balcony had a chunk out of the concrete with rebar showing. The safety lock on the door was barely hanging on. I felt the hotel was showing its age and needs some maintenance. Overall though it was an enjoyable stay.

Floors in the room seemed quite dingy! And the patio door to the deck was nearly impossible to open. The paint was falling off the roof outside where the patio area was too. And only 1 elevator working the whole time there.

Staff at front desk seemed annoyed to have to check us in and even worse upon checking out except for the young man who was helpful in the end. Otherwise front desk staff Not friendly at all. Property is not well maintained. Elevators not working with no notice posted. This is a very tired hotel in need of repair in rooms and throughout. Bar and restaurant is good and the staff were great! Pool deck area has so much potential.

We wanted an ocean view this time in Daytona and it was amazing. I was trying to get away from the street noise by being in the back of the hotel. Just so happens, it's like a motel on the few top floors. So I still got the street noise but the view was spectacular too. We were pleased with the parking for our motorcycle. The air conditioner was very loud. The water had no pressure. The elevator was scary. It was clean, the staff was great. Wed stay again.

As per other reviews, the hotel was a bit dated but clean. Easy access to the beach and pool was clean. Restaurant staff were fabulous and very helpful. We opted for the free breakfast package but it’s not value for money so I don’t recommend it. Front desk staff seemed frustrated with simple questions or requests and they react accordingly.
