Overall a good stay. Airport shuttle was prompt at the hour, and the driver helped with our bags. Rooms were clean. They do charge for breakfast: $10 for pastries, fruit, and cereal, $15 for eggs and bacon fare (which is only served weekdays as of 9/10/2022), so be aware of that. It is in an industrial/commercial area, so be prepared for big trucks on the main road.

The suite doesn't have enough amenities to be worth $259 total for a night Cheap deposit though, cheap and pretty good dinner offerings, free soda on the dinner, excellent staff, everything other than room amenities was good.

We have stayed at this hotel several times because we were in town for concerts. However this time, I am not sure what happened but the flushing of the toilet was all messed up; the lights/lamps in the room did not have bulbs, none of the electrical outlets on both the bedside tables and lamps were not working and finally the desk was barely standing on 4 legs, it was so wiggly.

I specifically booked this hotel bc of the restaurant. When i arrived, restaurant wasn't in operatio and that should be disclosed to hotels.com. i would have gone somewhere else. Bathroom sink had huge cracks in it. No showercap offeted. There were 2 bottles of water in the room but no signage if bottles were free. Bed and pillows comfortable. TV worked and the room was quiet.

So, I have stayed at this place a few times, and it has been ok up until this last weekend. The air heater unit kept making a noise throughout the night which was so loud and disturbing. It had me up and ready to run out of there several times throughout the night.

I booked this hotel because of the 24 hour shuttle. I signed up when I checked in on 10/11 to take the shuttle to the airport the next morning at 4am. There was no one at the front desk at 4am. The shuttle was no where to be found, I had to take an Uber to the airport. I would like someone to reach out to me and make this right by reimbursing me for the Uber.
