When booking the property i requested 2 rooms conjoinging (door inside to bith rooms) was told everything was good to go. Get here and they in fact do not have any rooms that join. There was no elevator to lug all our stuff to the 2nd floor, rooms were dirty and breakfast was trash.

I really like this place, and we will be back, but the following needs to be stated. The room looked recently renovated but there's still a lot of deferred maintenance. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean, but there are cigarette holes from over the years. The bathroom fan is falling out, the front door latch is completely broken. All of this is to be expected in a place like this. But the weirdest thing was the lights, which were porthole style and way too bright. The pool was fun and clean except for a lot of random bottle caps.

Photos online are misleading. One staff member was very argumentative. Dirty bathrooms, showers, and sinks. Water leak in faucet and behind bed. Mold in pool. Stained towels, very old. Uncomfortable bed. No hangers. Had to get door key reset every day.

They apparently had some good rain the parking lot entrance was flooded so bad it tore up the plastic protection on the underside of my car. I’m upset but I don’t know if there’s anything I can really do about it. The first night we got there kinda late, the lady at the desk was nice. We got in the room and there were dirty wash clothes on the sink. Not sure the beds had been changed but we didn’t see any bugs so we went to sleep. The next morning I stripped the beds myself and pressed to get clean linens. We went across the street to Walmart and bought towels and face cloths. I will say this, very low cost, quiet, convenient to stores, food, and beaches.

The management was unprofessional, told me a lie that the pool was gonna be opened , after I paid they closed it down due to cleaning which I had asked already before paying! Then I confronted him about the situation immediately when I found out about the pool , he said give it 2 hours to be opened back up , asked again after 2 hours he told me 7 , moral of the story the pool never opened I asked for my refund he told me no . I Asked for corporate number he said find out myself very nasty mouth and phone call recorded as well .

The room was fine. A couple of things in the room were broken, toilet tank cover was broken in two places, looked like someone punched a hole in the bathroom door. Room was pretty clean except for the bathroom floor, hair like from the mop was was stuck to the floor. Outside areas were a bit dirty, laundry machines were under some stairs outside. Pool was nice. Our stay was good.

Room wasn’t clean, food crumbs in floor and in bed sheets. Wall plugs don’t have outlet covers. Large cockroach chilling in there. Toilet bowl was clean, outside of toilet was still dirty and had hair and yellow pee stains. Sheets were stained and none of the furniture gets cleaned. I paid $50 which I guess is why I had such a bad experience. I guess you get what you pay for. Not complaining but definitely will never stay there again.

A nasty mess! The sheets was so stained and brown! Pulled them back and the mattress pillow top was 2 big dark brown stains the were big as kidde pool! Th rooms stunk! One blanket had blood on it! And the toilet had dookie splatter everywhere. Like seriously is there housekeeping here? I was mortified at this location!

Desk clerk was friendly and courteous. However, this was the mist disgusting room in a hotel I have ever encountered. Every aspect of the room was horrible! Bed linens were filthy, 2 towels in the room and both were dirty. Bathroom was unclean, and looked as if there was blood on the walls. The floor was dirty and there were stains that looked as if an animal had pooped on the floor. The microwave was dirty and the door had a chain but no place to latch the door. This room was almost as if someone had been staying in that room and had left the room. The hotel also charges a $50.00 fee upon check in. The clerk ( who was friendly) even asked if I wanted to switch rooms!!! I told her NO that my son and I were not staying in any room at this hotel. She refunded the $50.00 deposit. I will contact Expedia since that was whom I booked initially. Rooms look absolutely nothing like the pictures on the internet! Do not even think about staying here!

The room smelled like pee. We cleaned our own room. The shower curtains and refrigerator had mold on it. Couldn’t even put drinks in refrigerator. Just was so uncomfortable the whole time. Probably the grossest place I’ve been.Sheets were dirty. They had hair and boogers (not a joke) on them, holes in them, and stains. Room smelled terrible. Shower did not drain, just filled up with water so you were made to stand in nasty water when attempting to bathe. There was also hair and old bars of soap left in there. Every surface in the room was dirty with greasy handprints or crumbs. Deadbolt latch on door was half snapped off. I really do not think the room was cleaned at all.

had to wipe our walls down in our room, get a mop and broom from one of the cleaning ladies to sweep and mop our floors too because the floor turned my kids feet black like they stepped in smut, our sheets hadnt been changed on our bed either, id definitely find somewhere else to stay.

The room was FILTHY, with surfaces not even wiped down and the floor was very dirty. We booked a NON smoking room, and the blankets had cigarette burn holes in them, and the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag. We checked in VERY late in the early am hours after a long drive with an infant and a toddler, and after traveling with babies, we were exhausted so decided to just get some sleep and address the issues later in the day after some sleep. When I went to the front desk, the man was extremely rude, and told me that coming up this late after check in was “on me” but he would send someone to clean in there, which did happen. Will NEVER stay there again.

I chose this hotel because it was inexpensive and had decent ratings. My original room had a wet floor due to the AC leaking, it was switched to a new room very easily with no issue. The new room was dry, but not very clean. Stain on the mattress, burn holes in the cover, base of the bed had drip stains, bathroom door was covered in marks, there was dirt on the base of the lamps. There were no bugs however, and it was less than $200 for two nights in a good location.

Rooms are definitely in need of renovation. The paint was peeling on the doors, the toilet was uncomfortably close to the bathroom door and the seat was barely attached. They have lights in the walls instead of lamps, and whilst I understand the desire to have less things that could be broken in a room, the installation of the lights is in the worst place (right at eye level) and the brightness was so much that we couldn’t use them without being blinded. The light over the sink was the only tolerable light in the whole room. The floors were filthy and left your feet black. It’s clear that they never mop and barely sweep. The WiFi is nonexistent. If you can manage to get on it, you’ll only get one bar which isn’t enough to do anything. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more somewhere else.

It close to the airport plane's flew over my room the whole weekend it was so noisy. None of the plugs have USB or C chargers they need a major upgrade. I couldn’t watch TV because the Wi-Fi Porter login couldn’t be removed.

I understand that’s it’s an older motel on the coast, but outlets not working, outlet covers missing(behind the headboard), stained furniture and broken ac vents are just easy fixes that should have been handled by maintenance. Obviously the property owner doesn’t care about his guests comfort or safety.

Front desk said they knew and were one, there was recent sheet rock repair by the bathroom door that had not been painted over yet. The diverter valve in the bathtub spigot was jammed in the shower position so a tub bath was out of the question. The tub drain was at least half stopped up so by the time you finished with the shower you were standing in almost two inches of dirty water.

Check-in person is not customer oriented and very slow with his kid in the lobby. On the first stay, one room smelled very musty bad, missing a lamp shade and the toilet paper holder. Floor needed mopping in bathroom. Remote for TV batteries dead and sugar for coffee was hard as a rock. The other room the door lock was loose, the door needed painting, and the chair had spills all over it. The grout needed a redo. The breakfast offering was appalling and there was no sugar for the coffee. We went to McD for coffee. On our return stay our room was not made, an embarrassing mess all over the floor. The breakfast offering was appalling and there was no sugar for the coffee. We went to McD for coffee. On our return stay our room was not made, an embarrassing mess all over the floor. For the price it was good. I did the pre-check in online but when we got to the motel it took the person checking us in about 10 minutes doing i dont know what. We finally got our room key and qhen we got to the room it was all unmade. I had to go back to the office and then ittook him another 10-15 minutes to get us another room.

Honestly disgusting and the staff is extremely rude especially the main manager I don’t know if he has an issue with Females but he was rude and I do have a video. We were also targeted by a housekeeper on our last day she has a disgusting attitude and works the top floor, she has her music in and talks very rude and unprofessional is extremely argumentative and did all of this in front of my kids not to mention she lied and then got caught in the lie and continued to make scene after following my husband and kids up to the office. Honestly I would never recommend anyone here there was also a police raid and it happened right in front of my door, they tackled a guy into the ac unit outside breaking it in which the staff just moved the pieces over. They offer waffles, cereal and bread. Coffee, and room temp juice no ice. As most ice machines are out you have to eat in the lobby as well but it’s uncomfortable as it’s almost like you’re a burden to the manager. The room was unclean, we left it cleaner than what we came, our tv didn’t work for 6 days we had to ask multiple times about outlets not working and there was roaches.

When we arrived we checked the bed and noticed that the sheets were dirty so we called and let room service know. We left for a few hours and by the time we got back the bed sheets were still not changed. My husband went to the front desk where we were then told that we would have the clean sheets brought to us but we had to make the bed ourselves. This motel is definitely on the wrong side of the tracks. Was told by the locals to not make reservations anywhere on Highway 49. These motels are the type that people live at, like their department of social services pays to put up the unsheltered population in these motels. Aside from that, the woman at the check in window was super rude. The entire property smells of marijuana which is fine I don’t judge anyone who uses substances, I work in the addiction field, but it’s also not what you want your children to smell. Don’t even get me started on how dirty the room was. There was stains, hair, and burn holes in the bedding, literal smears of what I would assume food on the walls. The floors turn your socks black, there was mold throughout the entire bathroom. No clean towels. The bath tub was covered in dirt and soap scum. The bathroom floor around the toilet looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned in years, and there was 2 inch thick dust on top of all the doors. The pool, was not only never opened after being advertised that it was open 9a to 9p, but the water was cloudy and green, and it looked slimy. After being on flights for over 13 hours, checking in at 4am and getting 2 hours of sleep we were woken up at 6am by screaming children running around outside our door. And we witnessed a domestic dispute. I was charged a $50 deposit for why? The place was disgusting, and already ruined, and I was told sorry no refund. Beware. Do not stay here.

I must say you need to bring your own towels. I got refreshed towels and they had hair on them. The breakfast is just toast, cereal and waffles. That’s it. I cleaned my own room. The floor was filthy. I stayed a week.

Overall my husband and my stay was great.First night we had a Horrible room it was smoke smelling ,damp,musty&very outdated!When my husband told the front desk the Owner/Manager Mr.Harri changed our room immediately and also continued to checkin with my husband to make sure everything was satisfactory 😁The breakfast was great cable was also&place was across from a Walmart!And other restaurants. The breakfast was no breakfast. We got there around 8 to find only 2 pieces of stale bread. No muffins no anything.
