VERY CLEAN! The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was right off the interstate and there were many great restaurant choices within a couple blocks. The only thing I would warn about is the parking. We were pulling a camper and the lot was not made to accommodate this easily. It is up on a hill and a narrow lot which is hard to tell from Google map. I would highly recommend this fir your stay.

You rent a hotel room to guests that is under construction with no front desk or reception area and a “hot breakfast “ in a meeting room with no tables. You show be embarrassed!!

I booked this listing based on the fact it had an indoor pool, playground and mini golf however when we checked in we were told the pool is closed for maintenance and they don’t have mini golf or a playground. My two kids were very upset.

Close to highway. Gym was very small. Pool was closed. Beds were comfy. Staff were pleasant but not overly attentive. I had to keep interrupting 2 staff talking to get help. Instructions could be clearer. A basic hotel that served its purpose. Wasn't overly amazing.

Unfortunately our room was not very clean. There were mail clippings on the floor, our toddlers feet was covered in hair and dirt from walking on the carpet and a piece shower faucet fell off when we turned it on. I’ve stayed at many Hamptons and I never leave reviews, but this one was definitely not a good experience.

Door to room had a huge gap at the bottom so we could hear EVERYTHING from the hall. Room had a weird stinch and toilet was dirty. Bed was very uncomfortable.

This hotel was pretty close to the highway and was great for a place to crash for a one-night stop. The gentleman checking us in was very cordial and efficient. Room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast is what you would expect for a Hampton-egg dish, oatmeal, waffle, etc. Overall, we were looking for clean and comfortable and we got exactly that!

There was 5 or 6 hairs in our bathtub and 2 hairs in our sink. The man at the front desk was super RUDE!! We have stayed here numerous times and always had a good visit. This time was a poor experience. I’m not even sure if the bed was changed

Everything was great with some exceptions - There was very little water pressure in the shower, the mattress was too firm and uncomfortable and the room smelled like body odor. We noticed the whole hotel had a little bit of a smell to it, so we didn't ask for a new room.

The hotel is undergoing a remodel so there was a lot going on. The room we had was remodel and looks great. The hotel is close to eateries and the interstate. Would stay here again if ever in London.

We always stay at this hotel when we travel out this way. It’s perfect for us and meets our needs. Love this place. Only problem is the air conditioner is pretty noisy

Had horrible experience here. Stopped for the night after a 10 hour drive. Was up all night due to loud and belligerent guests. Hotel did NOTHING about it. Wouldn't give our money back because we booked through Expedia.

Hunter and Conner did excellent job on check in. I thought i hadn't paid so i gave them cash. Before i walked away Conner caught my error and returned my cash to me. That was honorable because he and Hunter could have said nothing and split it. I commend these two for honesty, speedy check in, and great service

Passing through on our way to Columbus. Willie at the front desk was very welcoming. Room was clean. My 10 and 12 year old loved the breakfast selections. It was not a big deal for us but note that the pool is under renovations
