Showers were awful, pool wasn’t clean and all the towels sitting on the table next to the pool were wet. Wasn’t worth the money. Skip and move onto the next one.

The room was dirty and very basic. I would not rate this beyond 7/10. The pet area was muddy. There were areas of the room is disrepair. Bed linens were very light and it felt like I was just sleeping under a sheet. There has to be better places in the area without having to spend a fortune.

Not a great stay. The TV only had 1 channel. When we asked the front desk for help… they didn’t have a solution. The carpet in the halls was stained. The ice machine was broken. Just overall poor.

Possibly the sketchiest elevator I have used. Room was clean and I did love the hard floors and that there was not any carpeting in the rooms. Beds were below average and you can see the lumpiness in the made beds. The bed was tolerable to sleep on but comfortable or relaxing. The bathroom needs some serious attention. Rust marks from water draining down the shower handle bar. Torn curtain. Walls had dirty smears on both sides of shower from previous guests getting in and out of the shower. Gross. Corners of bathroom need scrubbed down and floor boards wiped off. Toilet paper and tissues were very rough. I did think the hotel was fairly quiet from about 10pm until 6:30am. But even then, I counted 4 ambulance sirens over night. None of them woke me from sleep but every time I woke I could hear one.

This is always a comfortable place to stay with a good breakfast. My only complaint was that the exercise room was ill equipped of which i notified the staff.

Arrived at hotel at 1:30am we get to our room super tired to find it Not Clean! Definitely the bare minimal. Coffee area was so dusty and not restocked and the counter had dirty coffee rings that no one wiped.as well as the microwave having crumbs. room was not swept good and didn’t look moped. Office personal gave us another room which was nice but again NOT the cleanest either.The carpets in the hallways are in need of shampooing they are really stained and dirty. Wish I could say more good things . Would have went somewhere else but it was non refundable. They definitely need some quality control. When checking out I let the lady know what happened and she didn’t seem to care or to even apologize. Won’t be staying here again!

Hotel room floors were tile throughout and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned/mopped in a very long time. We took a wet rag and wiped a small area of the floor and the rag came up brownish gray with dirt and dust. Disgusting. More dirt and hair around bathroom floor. Expected better for the price.

This property had dirty floors throughout and there was a large hair ball in the dirty floor behind the bathroom door. My feet were dirty from walking in our room barefoot. Carpets had dirty stains throughout. Our bathroom shower did not easily turn on I had to push really hard to get water to come out of the shower head. The stairwell door was locked &I had to go back up the stairs and take the elevator down. Big safety concern! Way too many flaws for an 8 rating. I would give it a 5-6 star rating.

The suite was filthy. Bathroom has human hair over it. The sofabed hadn't been cleaned underneath. There were some sort of fabric and crunched up potato chips under and behind the sofabed. Floor was sticky. Would not recommend.

Love the location of this property, however the cleanliness needs to be addressed. My first room had blood, urine and some mysterious fluid all over the bedroom. The floor was filthy. They changed rooms and the next room had liquor in the fridge. Nothing being checked and cleaned to any standard.

We stayed in a suite, this was the smallest suite I’ve ever seen. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely small with a door that was way too big, the door almost touched the toilet when opening so you had to move around to get the door open or closed. The shower have very little water pressure. The bathroom also smelled like mold / mildew. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was better than most hotels we’ve been at recently and had a good selection.

Great location right off the interstate and near several restaurants. The room was nice and clean, breakfast was adequate for a quick bite before hitting the road. My only complaint would be that the remote for the tv didn’t work - there was a note stating as much, saying to use the buttons on the tv, but I had no luck getting it to work.

Staff was ok. Breakfast was ok. Stains on the carpet in the hallways. Floors in room had scrapes and grooves like things were dragged across the room. Beds were hard. All three of us woke up with back aches. Construction on Main Street makes it difficult to know how to get to entrance. Starbucks, gas station/convenience store and restaurants all within walking distance. Overall it was just ok. It seems when these hotels start to get older they do not remodel.

This property is okay for a quick rest stop if you are travelling through on the highway and will only staying a few hours. The property is quite tired and the furnace is so loud you can barely sleep.

Good place to stay for a quick overnight on the way to our final destination. Hotel has been updated somewhat in rooms but some common areas were pretty dirty (stairwells, hallways, elevator). Room was relatively comfortable with new bedding. Floors not carpeted so a bit cold and not as comfortable. Staff was friendly and check in was quick.

I left my Air Pods at this hotel and didn’t discover they were missing until I was home in Texas. My kids bought them for me so they had sentimental value. I called the hotel and they found them, and then mailed them back to me. Very honorable and decent people working there!

I've stayed at this property several times, both alone and with others, and have always been extremely satisfied. Tsun, who checked me in, was most helpful and informative with regards to services, breakfast, etc. And the cookie after a number of hours driving, hit the spot!

Brief stay…reserved room was not cleaned and we were forced to find another hotel. Front desk was apologetic and tried to find us another hotel. Hotels.com made the process quick to get my refund and the chat support was very helpful.

The man we checked in with was less than pleasant. He seemed annoyed that we were checking in. When I went down to ask a question about the pool closing time- he was sleeping at the desk and I had to wake him up. The room was tidy but there were some beard hairs left on the counter from a previous stay. The pool was mediocre, the lights were flickering. The breakfast was very good.

This was a last minute booking on our way to Illinois. Checked in about 9:30. Had to wait about 15 minutes to check in because the attendant wasn’t at the desk. Got in our room and had no tv signal. Remote didnt work the way it should. I tried calling the front desk 6 different times. 5 times on the hotel phone and once on my phone. No one ever answered. Since I was already in my pjs, my husband went down to the front desk and found the attendant outside. He told her the situation and she said she didn’t know how to fix it. He told her to call a manager because we paid a lot of money for our room. She responded by cursing at him, and taking the Lords name in vain. We never did get a response or solution to the issue. When we left this morning, no one was at the desk. We will never stay here again. Also, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and my husband said it felt like he had a spring sticking in his back all night.

It’s a great place if you can figure out how to get to it. Yes, you have to go in the BP entry. Even then the dumpsters in front of the Starbucks next door make the entrance hard to see.

After a long day on the road, it was a disappointing stay on New Years Eve. The access to the hotel was very hazardous. The entrance was not clearly marked and hidden by other businesses. We arrived after dark. The TV did not work. The front desk did not answer the phone to help. The pet area was very trashy. No where else to walk the dog on grass. The breakfast was excellent. The heating system was very loud/no shutoff.

Just go next door to the Holiday Inn. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the hotel in general was just in disarray. The staff was super nice and they had biscuits and gravy for breakfast… those were the only redeeming qualities.

The breakfast area was not ready in the morning. The food was half cold and could taste freezer burn taste. There was no milk for the cereal or anything. The attendant was very vocal that she was upset that she was their and was cursing. And said if she ever came in ,in that situation again she would walk the f u c k out.

Breakfast was skimpy at 8:30am. There was not any kind of egg offerings at all just bisquits and real thin sausage patties. We stayed at this location right after Christmas during a snowstorm in 2022, and they had a wonderful breakfast available.
