Had I known the place was under construction, I would have gone elsewhere. There were building materials stored throughout the lobby and other areas. The price was good nonetheless, and I could have overlooked all that. What made the place terrible, was the poor customer service. The person at the front desk in the evenings is not suited for a customer facing position. I drove up to the hotel and the first thing I see is the major construction. The second thing I see is a lady sitting out front on the building's ledge smoking a cigarette - right next to the entrance. To my surprise, this person worked the front desk and mumbled to me: "you want a room"? Never said "thank you" once in my multiple interactions with her. Pool closes at 11pm but at 10:50pm, she rudely came in and said she was closing and we had to get out. The pool has no towels but she never said a word about the towels for the pool being kept at the front desk (another worker told us after we came through dripping wet). Great customer service doesn't have to cost a company much other than good training and getting rid of folks who are not appropriate for working with the public and representing the business.

There was a used condom left in the trash, dead bugs in the window, the tank to the toilet was cracked and leaking, and the TV only worked on one channel, the pool/hot tub were open but had to be unlocked and they didn't have the heat turned on in them, it took 2 hours for the hot tub to get hot, I asked for a new room and they were not very friendly about it and made me stay in the original room, would not give a refund and I couldn't afford to stay anywhere else.

I like the continental breakfast, and that hotel was pet friendly, but did not like an inoperable microwave and hot tub

This place was just strange to me. The tv was mounted on the wall so we couldn’t hook up the laptop to stream movies from it. There was no pool towels we had to get them at the front desk. The bathroom at the pool was just gross. Shady people hanging out. However love the lady last night she was super sweet and very helpful. The boy this morning was super nice too. I just don’t think I will be back personally.

First room smelled like marijuana and mildew. Second room was slightly better. Pool and hot tub did not have the proper amount of chlorine and was not maintained properly. Water smelled like urine.

Hotel is doing major construction, half our hall was in construction, the side of the building, the lobby and parking lot full of building supplies. Dust from the work being done everywhere, room was dirty with stains from the ceiling leaking, foot prints on the floor, mattresses probably haven't been replaced in 15+ years. The only positive was the pool was decent. Would not recommend staying here. Maybe once they finish construction and update everything it will be better but at my stay it was one of the worst places I have stayed in.

Toilet ran all night could not stop. Pool indoor but in separate building. Pool was warmer then the hot tub. Hot tub jets shot water all over pool deck not inI to the hot tub when we told desk they said oh.

After calling ahead to confirm the hot tub was working, I was told the hot tub is working but when we got there the water was cold. Also several cars pulled up with loads of kids who were not guest of the hotel to use the pool. They were there for hours. Pizza crust all over the floor, covered in bugs. That’s how long it’s been there

Our room was dirty comforters had big cigarette whole Sarah Burns in the blanket there was ashes in our dresser drawer there was somebody used Heidi sacks are grocery sacks in the door somebody knocked on her door in the middle of the night and told us we had a meeting in 10 minutes

Hotel was under construction. There was food and eyelashes on the bed sheets. The towels appeared to have been recently used to clean up coffee and placed on the shelf.

No toilet paper or towels in the room. Waiting at front desk each day to ask for some and no one was there. Room smelt like mold and was not cleaned. Very disapointed and let front desk know upon leaving. They didn’t care.

So upon arrival we checked into our hotel and had to keep our door open and unlocked for over an hour because we had no room key. we also had to go spend our own money to buy cleaning supplies to clean the floors and shower and sink in our room. my daughters socks instantly turned black when we put her down in the room and let her walk around. the flooring in the room is layed incorrectly and has large gaps all over in it.

The rooms smells like mold. Nit at all what was represented in the pictures

DO NOT STAY AT THIS "HOTEL" we drove 9 hours to this property. As we pulled up a car next to us was angry throwing his bags into his car. He said I wouldn't stay here place is full of bedbugs and roaches he let us look at his room and sure enough bedbugs. I booked this place with Expedia and they said they would contact the property and cancel my reservation. Than they said they can't reach anyone at the desk. We had to back track an hour for a different hotel with 3 kids and a dog at 1am. I was told that they are trying to contact the property I even tried no answer. That was May 23rd. It's now June 5th and I was getting frustrated and got a hold of Expedia they FINALLY got a hold of someone named Andy and said they are declining my refund request. So I called myself SECONDS after learning this and apparently Andy isn't in. The lady said they have no bed bugs because no one has complained. The reviews it's self should be a big sign. I wish I would of read the reviews before booking this hotel. They still refuse to give me my money back.

Super friendly staff , clean room !! Comfortable bed- the best shower I ever used in a hotel!!!!

There wasn’t a bathtub, you couldn’t stand up in the shower, the bed sheets and covers had holes in them. There was only one roll of toilet paper. And it was just a. Noisy stay never will be back!

Becouse we use the towel to take a shower we disnt get our money back ... they was rude and not nice at all i will never stay there again...

Not to bad for the price. Employees were friendly. Maid checked our room and ran a sweatshirt back down to us before we left. Nice to know she went above and beyond to make sure we got it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean. Location was also convenient to surrounding attractions.

It was quiet even while going through major renovations. Walking distance to several restaurants.

Property was clean and safe. The staffs are friendly and courteous. Will stay again.

Customer service was great, breakfast was better than normal, quiet, only disappointed was hot tub was horrible all the was way around n was really looking forward to it after having one surgery. But other than that it was great

We had pets with us and our room was easily accessible to the outside. This was great! We had trouble with our TV and it was immediately handled with kindness. Breakfast was great!
