The hot tub was not warm. By the time we checked with the desk and walked to the Courtyard we were locked out. We aren't sure why a pool/spa area closes at 10:00 pm in Orlando a major tourist destination. The desk clerk said, "Oh yeah that spa has been having problems." The tub in 2176 was rusted all over the bottom and the shower barely worked. It was too late to bother with trying to move. I don't have a photo, but your manager can check the tub. Unfortunately, we realize bookings through hotels.com we get the worst rooms that apparently are blocked out.

Very limited trips and times to theme parks. If you didn’t check in early then all the free shuttles were booked. So I pay 25.00 to park in your lot but because shuttle was full by the time we checked in I have to pay 30.00 to park at theme parks. Not happy with your advertising free theme shuttle but not letting customers know it’s limited!

The Marriott Village will forever be a staple on where to stay whenever I do a staycation. It makes it easy and fun. If it’s raining no worries as they also offer indoor pool at the courtyard, which you can also go to while staying at any of the other two hotels. Also to add to it, they have like an arcade area as well as a playground for kiddos. It’s always fun when I take my nieces and they always have a blast.

Only issue I had with hotel is parking. Parking for Fairfield is not convenient to front entrance and the spaces are very tight. Driving a full sized SUV was very difficult to park to prevent door dings.

Pretty outdated property. But still kept clean. The pool was heated like bath water despite being 95 degrees outside. And chlorinated to the point it faded our clothes. Aside from that it was clean and about what you’d expect for a outdated hotel and cheap rate

the property was so pretty. there are 3 hotels and guests can use all three amenities. The outdoor pool with the indoor grotto was a huge success with my son. Staff were very friendly to us and my autistic son. Thank you for a lovely stay. Collin, Neil, viviiana.

Overall, Fairfield Inn at the Marriott Village,Orlando, was a very pleasant stay, nothing fancy, but excellent value. Staff were all very accommodating, and professional, provided us with everything we needed. The included daily breakfast was very good, good hot and cold options, with eggs, sausages, cereals, fresh waffles, juice, coffee, never disappointed. The staff were very attentive, and kept the buffet filled, and fresh. The only thing that let us down was the shuttle service to the parks which was always late, even left us abandoned at one of the parks one late night, which we were lucky enough to get a ride back to the hotel with another shuttle service. The buses were even involved in 2 seperate traffic accidents while we were there, adding to the frustration. The shuttle are 3rd party contracts, and not Marriot, but were still second rate. We eventually just took the Disney transportation to the nearest resort, and used Uber back.

In the evening, while I was relaxing watching TV, I saw cockroaches under the TV. Since it was very late, I didn't tell my family members. It becomes much less restful when you know you have to sleep and you have Cockroaches around you. The next day, I went to see the manager. He wasn't available so they gave me an email to write to him, and the email wasn't even a real email. Very disappointing from a nice hotel chain like Marriott. Hoping this comment reaches them.

Slow check-in at 10pm on a Saturday. Hotel reeked of air freshener in common spaces and rooms. Room smelled musty with air freshener smell trying to overpower it. Linens for bunk beds consisted of a fitted sheet, pillow and top sheet… no blanket so kids were cold all night. Rooms were clean but dated and worn.

I had roaches in my room, last night there found one in my bed. YUK! The room especially the bathroom was old and hair on the bathroom bars again YUK! I was over charged billed $177.00 and should have been $48.00. They did correct, but found strange that all those charges were on my card. I do have positive remarks for the staff at the front desk, they were very helpful and apologetic about the roaches and the breakfast was very good.

The room smelled so musty. The shower didn’t drain, and the shower faucet was broken, had to wiggle it just right for the shower to turn on. I felt gross after leaving. Breakfast was great!

Roaches in the room, that had to be sprayed for twice. Tried to change rooms, but nothing was available since they were full. Rooms are extremely dated, not very clean and need to be updated. Transportation to and from marriot world center is spotty at best and unreliable. If I was staying here with my family and not for a government paid business trip I would have changed hotels. Well, first of all the room that I was in the air conditioner was broken. It would not go past 60°. In other words, it was absolutely freezing cold! Also, the toilet was broken. The tank kept running throughout the night. Another thing that I didn’t like is the voucher that you get cannot be used in the hotel anymore. What I mean by that is that you can’t get yourself a bottle of water with the voucher. I wanted to get a four dollar and 50 Cent bottle of water with my voucher, but I was told that I couldn’t. But I figured with a broken air conditioner, and a broken toilet they would understand. But I was definitely wrong. Since when can’t you use the five dollar voucher? I’ve always used it inside the hotel whether it to get snacks or drinks If this is the way it’s going to be then I will look elsewhere for my New Year’s Eve plans

The place was good, room was clean, but had a bit of a damp feeling. The location was great. The biggest downside was that the water pressure was a trickle in the shower. By the time I knew that, it was too late to change rooms.

My wife and I had a good stay. The hotel had a nice breakfast and good coffee. The front desk never answered the telephone and we called over ten times the day we were slated to check in. (This was very frustrating). The bed was comfortable but the room was a tad outdated and the tv was on the small side. All in all it was fine for what we needed.

Our stay was great! The manager that checked us in was fantastic- very friendly- upgraded our room to have bunk beds, which my kids loved! Breakfast was great and staff in breakfast area always were friendly and helpful.

Overall, the place was fun, but the tub in my room was dirty before used. The AC was not working when we arrive. It was super hot and I was traveling with kids. We had to change room in the middle of the night for a cooler room. Parking sucks to pay $25 a day. Free breakfast was good. 3.9/5 rating.

If your room is on the side facing I4 prepare to get no sleep. I was constantly awoken by trucks and cars on the interstate. The hotel shuttle to the parks is also incredibly inconvenient and almost impossible to book. I ended up paying $26 a day for parking at the hotel and then an additional $30 per day at the parks because I could never get the shuttle. The WiFi there is also terrible, it was so slow things wouldn’t load at all. I ended up using cell data the entire time. For the price, I would definitely look elsewhere

It was a great stay overall. Te room is great, and everything is clean. The cleaning staff doesn’t catch all the things that need to be thrown away or collect the Mrs on the floor, but they will replace towels no make the bed. It was my girlfriends birthday at Disney, and they didn’t put any balloons or card as requested and promised 2 times the evening before and morning of, so don’t hold expect them to do their work all the time. They did make an effort by putting a bunch of birthday things in the room the next day but only after I talked to their main boss. The regular day and night managers have a poor attitude and clearly need to all be spoken to about their work ethic and politeness. One person asked if I had paid for the birthday amenities that I was told would be complimentary after I complained that my girlfriend did not get the birthday I wanted her to have…..the audacity of some of their employees is appalling to say the least. Overall, if they send their managers back to training, it would be an exceptional place to stay.

Reserved a king room for anniversary weekend with my wife. We arrived early and were advised room was not ready but to check in and just pick up keys when we returned. Upon, our return we were advise that they had no king bed rooms available and the only thing available was a room with two double beds. The clerk advised that they had overbooked the hotel and there was nothing they could do. If that information had been shared with us we could have gone to a different hotel. Too many hotels in that area to be treated like you don’t matter. Never again!!

The property was very clean and well suited for our needs. I came with a group of kids on a field trip and the hotel accommodated us being in rooms near once another. The real star was Taj, the front desk worker that night. He helped with all of my room check-ins, the luggage, cleaning and supposing of our trash after dinner in the dining area, and all of our other needs. He was AMAZING to say the least. Then later on in the night when I needed Benadryl and walked to the courtyard next door, Taj was there again helping me out. He was personable, kind, did his job extremely well and made sure we had everything we needed for our stressful night. Taj should get all the awards, raises, etc. He made the stay a 15/10 for us. Thanks Taj! :):)

The Marriott Village was a nice neighborhood to stay. There are nice restaurants and shopping nearby and within walking distance. The Interstate access was very easy to get on and off. I would definitely stay on there again.

Enjoyable stay. Nice hotel. Unfortunately some things were misleading such as a picture of a tray of waffles for breakfast when really you had to stand in line for 20 min ( no joke) to make your own waffle. My kids were excited about FroYo on site but it looked like the machine hadn’t worked in years and instead they charged $5.75 for a generic cherry popsicle.

The staff was wonderful, breakfast was a good buffet with decent options (Mickey waffles were on point). Hotel was clean and the property was very safe. Disney springs was also super close to this hotel as well as the Vineyard Shopping outlets. In walking distance you have Bahama Breeze, Pollo Tropical, a random Mexican restaurant and a shady gas station with very expensive gas lol (Do not get gas here, find another cheaper spot). Families will definitely enjoy this hotel and the pool as well. they also have some stores, food halls onsite which we did not have time to use.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, but I will say the restaurant makes their own hours. Which was very disappointing when we had planned on eating there after we got back from the park and they were there and wouldn’t open the doors and it was two hours before closing. When I asked the front desk. They said sometimes they just close early.

Rooms are clean minus a little smell, beds are comfy and the hotel is in a great location and property was clean, the tv had a good variety of channels. The only staff interaction I had was at check in and she was very friendly. Water pressure was just ok, breakfast ends really early in my opinion (9:30 even on a Saturday) and parking is $25 despite the text they send saying it’s $22. Tried to check in ahead of time and get the mobile key to avoid front desk check in and it never came through at check in time so still had to go to the front desk.

The on-site restaurant that was supposed to be open until 11pm, was closed early every single night of our 6-night stay. The Starbucks window was never open before 9:30am for business(not sure if it is actually operational as we never saw it open). Please advertise accordingly. The bathroom in the room needs to be renovated. The theme park shuttle is a bit of a hassle, no reservation- not getting on the bus. And lastly, no in-room safe.
