The room was clean and spacious, but if it was for 2 people you should have more than 1 chair. That 1 chair was horrible. No phone, phone on side table but not plugged in, so why have it. Looked like the phone was filthy. No coffee pot. I will not stay at Motel 6 again. I've been at another Motel 6, this one was horrible. Ice machine broke. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I wish I would have taken pictures

The property is run down. My biggest issue is that what hotels.com have on your web site is not what they offer in this bare to the bones place. No refig or microwave in all but 7 rooms. No hairdryers on property. No shampoo or conditioner only a small bar of soap! Plus I booked a king Size bed and what we got was a double bed not much bigger than a twin! Would not recommend this place

I like the quick, friendly check in. The room and bathroom was clean. The only bad thing was there was just 2 bath towels in a room for four people. There also was not enough parking spaces. We had to park along the edge of the road. Besides that, it was a good stay.

When checking in at the front desk, she was very nice. Switched our room to handicap since that is what we needed and didn't see a place to request it on hotels.com We brought our bathing suits to go swimming but, the pool water was green and yucky. Pool was closed needing repair. The air conditioner works great! And it was in the 90's. The room was very spacious with a microwave and refrigerator. Overall If I had a bottom floor room and the pool was usable I would stay again.

Terrible. No microwave,fridge. Roaches were prevalent. The ice machine and vending were out. No coffeemaker. This room had literally nothing. It is the worst room I have ever stayed in.

Don’t know, never stayed there and awaiting refund. They sold us an accessible room that was upstairs with no elevator at motel. Guest was in wheel chair and had no way to access room. Have messaged Expedia multiple times with no response as of yet.

No fridge or microwave in room, asked for extra pillows when checking in and the lady said we dont give out extra pillows. The ice machine was broken all week so no ice. No housekeeping for a whole week i was there so no fresh towels or sheets. The lady that checked me in had a slight attitude when asked for extra pillows. Will not be staying at this hotel ever again when i come down

The hotel website was not clear. I paid slightly more for the same room based on what was pictured as being a kitchenette and dining area. While the room was set up for both it had neither! I paid more than another of the same room pictured without the kitchenette and dining area. We bring our own food and heat/cook it instead of eating out.

I notified the front desk of the blood on walls mold in bathroom leaking bathtub faucet stains on sheets and towels and the carpet smelled of mold. There was only three pillows for two beds.

Wouldn’t stay here again, I killed about 5 roaches. The AC smelled like smoke. I got a non smoking room but it still smelled like cigarettes. The floors were dirty, the walls were thin. The pool was closed because someone broke in the week prior. They served coffee but no creamer.

This hotel Id say is 50/50. We were placed in the back on the first floor and it was the scariest, most nasty place I’ve ever encountered. But once we went to the front desk, the moved us to the front of the building second story where everything was newly remodeled. It’s like we were in a completely different hotel. Beautiful, clean, and I feel safer up here in the front. During our stay someone broke into the hotel and stole a mattress. Pool is great and clean. That’s where we are spending most our time.

The room was not comfortable. Not a chair to sit in nor a picture on the wall. Just bare walls. The beds still had the plastic on the mattresses that it came in so every move was loud. Just not pleasant.

The room was surprisingly, very clean and fully stocked. This is a basic room with no iron or coffee maker, but if you’re just needing it to sleep and take a shower, it’s perfect. There were some cigarette butts outside of hotel rooms, but for the most part, the properties pretty clean and has a pretty picnic area in the back. It also has a swimming pool.

The staff was awesome. There were a few troubles with the rooms like one of my rooms TV wasn’t working so they switched us to a room where a TV was working then the second room that we had the AC wasn’t working, but they said that they couldn’t switch us to another room because then they would be charge me so that’s the only thing that I didn’t like was that I was gonna get charged for switching twice and they said it was considered an upgrade now don’t give me wrong. The staff was awesome and was totally understanding which I loved, but if things are not working in the room, why would I get charged for a double upgrade when I ordered Two rooms and there was something wrong in each of those rooms? But if you need a quick room to get a good nights sleep and this would be the place for you.

My made complaint was the customer service. I reserved a room for my husban because he needed to stay after a 12 hr shift and driving an extra hour to and from work makes for long day. Since he stay there before they were going to wave the deposit feed, after going to check in this girl name Rebecca wouldn't do it she even charge him extra for the deposit for a 2 nights. At the end my husband only stay for 1 night. And yes my husband did got rud with her because she wouldn't even take his explanation about the waving the deposit fee after it was promised to us by another employee. What do you expect after working a 12 hrs shift all you want to do is get a good night rest. I will not be making any more reservations at this place.

I pulled up at 11:00-pm after a long flight and hour drive from Houston. The desk person barely let me in the door and said they cancelled all reservations without warning. I had nowhere to sleep that night. Maybe for the best as this place was a dump. Would never suggest anyone stay here due to conditions and rude staff.

First of all the name in the app said Motel 8,so finding it was a little off turns out it was Motel 6. When I mentioned that I was told "oh yeah I think it was Motel 8 years ago." "Kitchenette" consisted of fridge in a corner of bathroom area and a table for two in another corner.No microwave or coffee pot in room.The nicest thing I can say is that the staff were nice enough. We will not be staying there again.
