The first thing was the elevator was out, we both just had knee replacements. Our 1st room's frig didn't work. Our 2nd room's privacy shade wouldn't go all the way down. There is no vent system in the bathroom for smells or steam build up. The coffee tasted weird and the hash browns were not warm or cooked enough.

It usually pretty good but last 2 times have been poor, especially this time. I understand that they are under construction but. As a business you should understand that working on a building even if you are trying to do one floor at a time its not a good idea. The fumes on that place either the glue they are using on floor or caulking it smelled so bad i was nauseated 90%of the time we were there n its not safe to consume that on your lungs. Too much debris all over , the rooms were not completely finished we had no TV 1st night there was only 1 desk chair n either me or my husband only 1 of us could sit they other had to sit on bed. No other chair. I did ask if we could carry 1 up to room we were not allowed. And then u say free continental breakfast, no way offering toast n bagels n coffee is not breakfast n then having to sit on 1 table where the fumes were so bad. No never again at least not for a very long time . We'll just have to go to La Quinta across the street . If i could get my refund fine if not i learned my lesson. Sad thing is no one seemed to care. That was the last of it.

Was not able to stay at this location due to the elevator being out for the past three weeks...the only room they had available was on the 3rd floor. The lobby smelled like weed and the property had a lot of construction workers tailgating and drinking in the parking lot. This was definitely a bad experience and not a family oriented place.

Nothing mentined the hotel was under construction, that I understand.but did affecr cleanliness .Noticing we inquired if they still were offering breakfast, they assured us they did. We asked about the pool and we were told it was still open. Took kids to swim, pool was filled with sand on the bottom, was green tinted, water sliny and had wat loked like toilet paper floating in pool. We let management know, they told us it is shocked once a week on Fridays (this was a thursday) the Next mornng breakfast was just toast or bagels.that was it. Nothing else, not even your normal things.for a continental breakfast. Then the toaster was broken. Next day pool issue was b ot addressed at all, was open to swim in but had develpped a.smell.at this point.

Smells really musty on first floor like mold, several areas of carpet are peeled up. Probably not good for handicap. Ordered non smoking room the entire 3 floor smells of smoke. Woke up with stuffy nose from it. Breakfast is meh but I guess at least more than cereal and hard boiled eggs. We needed a place to stay quickly since grandmother was being put on hospice. We probably won’t stay again

Roach crawling on the wall, non stop alarm clock from the next room, started at 0600hr, on snooze every 10 minutes. Cleaners banging on the door at 0855hr and again at 0932hr. Our check out time is 1100hr, we checked in at1725hr the previous day. It was our first bad experience and first time with this Inn.

Sheets had stains and candy wrappers in them. The bathroom toilet was cracked and tub had terrible stains. The sofa was VERY uninviting. The lobby had funky smell. But the Ac blew COLD.

We checked in and were assigned a room. Upon entry the room smelled old and musty. Once inside we discovered horrible brown stains all over the lounge chair. The air conditioner was also flithy and the vents all broken out of it. We immediately went back downstairs and were given another room. Which was fair but still had stains all on the top of the air conditioner. The next morning we went downstairs for the breakfast. We were told we could not take it up to our rooms (first time ive ever heard of a hotel doing that.) on the way out we asked if they had a ziploc bag we could have and the woman at the front desk snapped back that we couldn' take any breakfast items to go. Which we werent?? Extremely rude. This place is a dump! Save your money and go to the la quinta across the highway!!

The staff was friendly and responded to all calls but the tv didnt work in my room. Had to turn tv off and on all night. My room key stopped working when i had went out . They had to call the company cause they didnt know why. But i dont put this on the staff. They were trying their best to get tv working and key. Also the remote had no back on it. Like why would you not correct that?. The furniture is very old looks nasty and needs changing. But the room was still very clean. Again that is not the staff. It still was a good visit.

Lovely property. Tons of parking. Really nice front desk lady. Super clean hotel lobby and my room as well. Towels so so so so so so soft water pressure, fantastic decor very modern.

Suite was not even what you would consider a suite! Very small ( hard ) couch in a really small room. Lamp had no light bulb, desk lamp had no outlet to plug it in, rug was stained and to top it off, they had the rudest women at the front desk! Never again would we stay there!!! Not worth saving $20.

The property was fine. They’re doing renovations and it’s obvious they’ve already fixed up several things. Carpet and paint looked good and newer. But things like shower heads, fixtures and furniture needs replacing and looks really old. Overall would stay again in a pinch.

The room was clean. The toilet looked like it needed cleaning, but the sink and shower were clean. The bath towels were tiny. The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator and A/C worked well. The bath towel situation should be addressed.

The water in the bathroom sink would not turn off all the way. The furniture was old, out dated and dirty. The curtains have tears in them. It is a Ok place to stay just needs a lot of TLC.

I got in really late just around midnight after traveling all day. got the keys to my room, went up and the key isn’t working. went down, get new keys, go back up and still won’t work. went down and the nice lady goes back up with me, still won’t work. used her master key, there’s people in the room asleep. so we go back down to the front desk where she figured out that whoever was on shift before her had switched someone into my room, but then didn’t write down who they switched so a room would be saved for me. they were completely booked, so she had no idea if she even had an open room for me when I checked in. she called her boss who was there that day who had no clue. she ended up having to wake up the people in my room to ask their name so she could figure out what room they were switched from. she put me in that room. the whole process took almost an hour. not the front desk lady’s fault at all, but whoever carelessly switched someone out of a room and didn’t bother to keep track knowing i would still be checking in. i also realized after the fact that at 8pm i got an email saying “how was your check-in?” when i was still 4 hours away from the hotel.

The lady at the front desk is extremely Rude! I could see the hotel is empty, it may be time to audit your staff. If that is the kind of establishment you’re running with the first impression a person gets is impatience, rudeness, and a lack of not only common courtesy but just plain old customer service, it’s a miracle this hotel is still in business.

The staff is wonderful! The hospitality of the owner's is above exceptional! I needed to check in early and with no questions they accomodated me. Everytime I come in off the oil rig this is always my first stop to get in some rest and relaxation before continuing on to Louisiana. The plus is thry have renovated the entire hotel but they left the prices comfortable for anyone's budget in this economy.

Although the property is under renovation, none of it tainted my overall experience. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were happy, energetic, and they really enhanced everything about my stay. Also, the price of my stay was reasonable.

When we arrived, there was an older couple sitting down waiting for someone to come to the front desk. When the desk clerk finally showed up, she comes through the door loudly saying check-in isn't until 3:00. She asked what we wanted, and we told her the older couple was there first. She was rude to them. When it was my turn to check in, I told her that she didn't have to be so rude to the older people, and she said they were rude first. I told her they were not rude, and she had walked in with a bad attitude. She put her palm up at me, as if to say stop, and I told her not to do that to me. I'm not old, and I won't tolerate her being rude to them. We went to the room, there were stains on the chair and bedding. There was a roach in the bathroom, and the room had not been vacuumed. When checking out, my boyfriend tried to let a different desk clerk know how rude the other clerk had been, and he didn't want to hear it.

Pleasant staff and guests for that matter. All quiet inside. Noise from the highway when outside but no stopping that. Well lit outside cameras everywhere no sign of burglars, didn't worry about the car. Good stay!

Hi I am impressed at how the remodel of the hotel made everything fresh and smelling good, breakfast was wonderful and good never been to a motel to where the food was good for free breakfast and the service housekeeping was wonderful overall great service definitely will be going back

Everything was OK. The person at the front desk was not as friendly as I would have liked, but that’s kind of expected nowadays! However, don’t stay at this hotel if you want breakfast in the morning unless you want to get up early because when we went down before nine, there was nothing left, and they weren’t willing to make anymore.

Hotel was very clean and smelled nice as well. Morning breakfast was excellent , dinning area was Kept very clean. Our baseball families enjoyed the pool after games except for 2nd night the lady at the front desk that evening was not nice to them about the pool area.(threatened on making them pay more for there stay.) The only problem in our room was the shower head needs to be changed out. But if you are looking for a place that dosen't charge a arm and leg this is the place.

Once we had arrived I was informed by front desk gentleman that he could not find my Expedia reservation - I then contacted Expedia to find out that they hotel had overbooked - so we were put in a different room - a queen rather than king - ok no big deal - we continue on with reservation - then after he is giving me my room key - i ask what time does the pool close - he then informs me that the pool is closed for the day we can use it tomorrow - we were only staying one day - no breakfast like advertised - no access to pool like advertised - construction everywhere - staff is very rude - avoid this hotel - terrible experience.
