Nice room and comfortable bed. I was disappointed that the pool was closed to clean up algae in the water. The landscaping was very nice but not trimmed and looked overgrown. Restaurant on site had limited menu. Hopefully a work in progress

Outdated, no soap when I got in room. Staff I checked in with was friendly and fixed. Tub needs more non slip strips. Gym was poor. Broken equipment, looked like nobody cared. Fridge didn't work, old ice cream left behind from previous guest, gross. When I checked out early morning the desk clerk was asleep. 2nd stay there, but won't repeat. Unfortunate, because the concept is really cool, and I even bought a route 66 shirt from gift shop. I was left thinking that the parent organization doesn't care about this property. Pretty disappointing.

The receptionist was great, she informed us that restaurant closed at 9 PM and it was 8:15 so we had time to dine but when we went in to restaurant the waiter said it was closed and refused to take us. I walked by the restaurant at 9:25 PM and they were still serving a large party. Also I tried to buy tooth paste from their vending machine and it charged me $3.00 twice but did not dispense the toothpaste and I informed the staff and was told I had to call the vending machine company so I got charged twice for a product I did not received.

Pulled in last minute to rest, around 9:00pm Clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfy. Best part for us was they excepted our dog, and she loved it because they had a designated pet play area, that was fenced, so she could go off leash while taking care of business 😁 Resturaunt/Bar staff was very friendly as well. Just an all around neat place to stay… we didn’t use it, but the pool area was very clean and inviting to hang out.

Our room was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom floor and behind the door. They had not cleaned under the desk area or the nightstand area in who knows when. We woke up day two with baby cockroaches all over our bathtub and immediately checked out!!

The room we were in was dirty. The bathroom was filthy. We didn't even use the shower. Floors dirty. Bed was pretty comfortable tho. The room needs a really deep cleaning cleaning! Baseboards and door frames are disgusting. Will not stay here again. One night was enough.

Our room was absolutely disgusting. Everything was grimy. Hair in the bed, on the floor and around the sink. Dead bugs in corners. And don’t even get me started on the toilet. I couldn’t sleep because I felt like I was going to get a disease!!

walking down the aisle to my room a huge cockroach. tv had bearly any channels available, some towels are old n almost yellow. no warm blankets. the tub u can nearly slip n slide if you dont put a towel for grip.

This hotel is in the side of a business railway line. Every 15-30 minutes throughout the night the room would shudder as the heavy freight trains would go by. After a night of little sleep you’re then greeted by the sounds of your neighbours having showers or using the hair dryer.

Clean, friendly. Cable did not work, room phone cord broken. So was kind of hard to use when speaking to front desk. Unless holding the cord in, if not would disconect call. Only offered to move 2 hours before check out. And wouldve been nice to offer a partial refund. For amenities paying for with stay that did not get. Have stay before, like the Hotel. But each time there is a small but important issue with amenities were paying for.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Gave us first floor as requested. Old facility with inadequate updates. Everything shows sign of cost cutting. No hair dryer or ice bucket. Small TV with barely working remote. Couldn’t get the water hot enough to take a shower. We were told Wyndham decided to provide hair dryer, iron, and other helpful items only at the front desk per request. We just stayed at a different similar Wyndham hotel the night before and it had everything. We’ll obviously stay at that one on the way back but not this one.

Motel is a bit unique with its murals, good free breakfast. Shutters instead of curtains, sun and facility lights will definitely peak through shutters. If you walk around your room barefoot, you’ll need to wash your black feet. Bed was comfortable had a good sleep until the rising sun peeked through the shutters.Motel definitely has rout 66 theme and feel.

I got double charged. Paid in hotels.com and then they changed me again at the hotel. I went to tell them and they said no it's pending and will drop off that it's just the deposit. But I said it's a really strange number for a security deposit. It was like $67 and change. And now it went through so they double charged me

We had issues with checking in. I did it online but because of the credit card being in my husband’s name, I had to redo it at the desk. Then after getting our keys and walking to the room only to find it was already occupied. I know there was one other family with the same issue.

Second time staying at the Ramada in Kingman and both times the rooms are clean and the staff are always check if I need anything. The breakfast thought isn’t that good. 30 minutes after checking in, another person showed up with a room key and the staff had assigned my room to another person. However, I was charged twice for the same room. I paid with a different card when i arrived and they still charged my card on the reservation. Employees there cannot issue a refund. Manager is almost impossible to talk to. Restaurant was horrible. Avoid this place if at all possible!

Ramada Inn by Wyndham in Kingman is the most memorable place we've stayed in years. The property is so inviting, worthy of Hollywood! What a great experience. The front desk staff worked diligently to care for us. The room was comfortable with familiar amenities including bar soap and matching personal products. The one and only drawback was the morning housekeepers. Three times we informed the staff that we were not leaving. This was between 9 and 9:30 am. Checkout was 11 am. Put a shadow on an otherwise pleasant stay.

I have stayed here numerous times, when traveling to Albuquerque. All my stays have been fine. This stay was disappointing. There was a known leak in my room's toilet. When I arrived at my room, I noticed a small puddle . Cleaned it up, and everything seemed ok. When I returned from dinner, my bathroom was flooded! I closed the valve to the toilet, and went to the front desk. When I told the agent there was a leak, she said, Oh, from the toilet? Maintenance is coming to fix that tomorrow morning. She gave me some beach towels to clean up all the water. So, I cleaned up the flood, had no toilet during my stay, and a maintenance man showing up to my room, first thing in the morning. Why would they put me in a room with a known leak? Why wasn't I offered another room?And, when I checked out, why wasn't I offered a refund on my room. When I mentioned everything to the front desk, when I was leaving, all she said was, Oh... Did he fix the toilet? I told her he didn't, because he needed to replace the filler float.

Really grumpy receptionist. Rooms were fine. Washing machine didn't work and we were told maintenance would look into it and they would call our room to let us know, the following morning we were still waiting. Restaurant meal ok but complimentary breakfast was virtually non existent.

Pros- The property was very Route-66/1950’s decorated. Good bar on the property, my room was clean and decent. Con- There is an active train line near the property. If you’re a light sleeper, look elsewhere.

Check-in was a breeze, and there was ample parking all of which seemed safe. The room was clean and mostly updated. They had construction going on but they had quiet hours, and the mess was minimal. Nearby shops and gas stations and just right off the interstate.

Overall a nice place to stay in Kingman, it has so much character and the rooms looked newly renovated. The only thing I will say is the noise from the train did cause some disturbance in the night.

If you're a light sleeper not for you. Train tracks right behind property. Whistle didn't blow but you can hear the train very clearly Also, the concrete corridors echoed so much even the morning birds chirping was very loud.

This property was a nostalgic stop on the iconic Route 66. The mural's on the outdoor walls of the hotel reflecting stars of the times of the famed Route 66 were a fun nod back to my childhood and youth. The food in the bar/restaurant was excellent. I had the fish and chips and it was far above the normal fair. The bartender/server offered up her own recipe for a Bloody Mary special which was excellent. The service was great all around. The cleaning staff and management were also very attentive and helpful. Born in the mid 1950's it was a lot of fun to travel a small portion along Route 66. It was only a one night stay and we did not get out other than the hotel. For us it was perfect for a pleasant dinner and the continental breakfast was great too.

The landscaping around the property was very nice, and most of the staff were pleasant. Our room was relatively quiet despite being next to a train track. However, I was not impressed with the breakfast. The eggs didn't taste good, but the sausages were decent. Unfortunately, the coffee was cold.
