room was clean, good bedding, but had to ask for extra pillow as none were in the room only extra blanket, no ice buckets either or ice machine in building, have to go ask for at reception desk, who by the way had an amazing young girl there, cheerful smiling and ready to help with anything,

So the only con to this property is that the breakfast room is small, not that many options same breakfast the 5 days we were there wished they had options for gluten intolerant individuals had to buy breakfast many restaurants around the restaurant good area, also depending on the room your staying you may not be in the same building as the main office/ breakfast area

We spent two nights at Ramada by Wyndham Laval and, unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk assigned us a room on the second floor. There was no elevator, so we had to lug our suitcases up the stairs. Things got worse when we opened the door to our room and found it had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests—a couple had used it, and there were condom packages left on the bed and used towels on the floor. It was honestly disgusting. We called the front desk, and instead of helping us with our luggage, we had to carry everything back downstairs to get another room. This time, we were given a room on the first floor, but it was at the far end of the building, which was quite inconvenient. The cleanliness of this room was just barely acceptable. There were water stains on the carpet near the door facing the parking lot, and someone had wrapped a towel around the air conditioner to stop a leak. The window curtain was stuck and couldn’t be raised fully, which made the room feel even less inviting. Breakfast was included, but the food variety was very limited and not particularly appealing. Overall, our stay was disappointing. The lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance really overshadowed any positives. I would not recommend this hotel unless there are no other options available.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed . The corridor floor has lots of visable debris. Room is old and lack of maintenance, lack of amenities, unprofessional staff. Surprisingly , even no elevator for 2nd floor.

I must say, I was rather let down by my recent stay at your hotel. I had specifically chosen your establishment due to the advertised availability of electric car charging facilities, but I was disappointed to learn upon arrival that these have been out of order for several months, as confirmed by your staff. Furthermore, I feel that the quality of the accommodations and services provided did not justify the price I paid, and I believe there may be better options available in the area. Regrettably, I cannot recommend your hotel to others, as it did not meet the standards I expect from a Canadian establishment.

The room was in terrible condition. The bed was sitting on a makeshift wood 2x4 frame, the blinds fell off when I tried to close them, and the door seal was broken, causing a loud whistling sound all night. Several light fixtures had burnt-out bulbs, the floors were sticky, and the TV remote didn’t work. The pillows were small—more like couch cushions than proper bed pillows. I paid through Expedia, but when I provided my credit card for the room deposit, they charged me for the room again. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

L'endroit était poussiéreuse, brisé, sale. Le séchoir ne fonctionnait pas. Les meubles sont brisés. Il n'y avait pas de télécommande pour la télévision. La toilette avait du moisi, du noir à l'intérieur. Le lit était sur une base en bois. Pour essayer de rendre la salle de bain plus intime, puisqu'un mur etait vitré ils ont mis du papier givré mais n'ont même pas couvert la vitre au complet. La bouche d'aération était pleine de poussière. Le contour de fenêtre sale. Même le pommeau de douche éjectait l'eau dans toutes les directions parce qu'il était sale. Le séchoir à cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. La carte pour la porte à du être réactivé pour la 2e journée. Le déjeuner était très très très simple.

We found lots of bed bugs in both of our beds. We could hardly sleep the first night. Then, at 4:00 AM, we changed rooms. The second room was okay.

Dirty room and all around, cobwebs, no safety latch on door. Never going to step in here. Disappointed as I had to pay for even that one night.

Super nice staff; both the receptionist and night guard very friendly. Some noise from the nearby road, and NO WIFI.

L’endroit est propre , mais très désuet. Le papier peint décolle à certains endroits. Notre chambre sentait la cigarette. Nous avions pris deux chambres. Les deux ne se ressemblaient pas du tout , une était beaucoup plus désuet que l’autre. Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre, pour avoir une similaire à l’autre chambre que nous avions réservée. Les photos sur le site ne sont pas représentatives de la réalité.

The rooms in the new building are very spacious. The continental breakfast is sufficient. The property advertises that rooms are sound proof, absolutely not, we overheard a couple way down the hall having an intimate moment. The cleaning staff and the staff refilling breakfast were very kind, same with the staff at front desk. Overall we were satisfied.

The rooms are not sound proof. Otherwise, we generally enjoyed our stay.

We got there and when we were being told the cleaning staff did not have our room ready. We had driven for 13 hours and i asked if there was another room that we could have she said the cleaners did not update the computer . Exactly at 3 oclock the room was ready at this time there was about 5 other people waiting. We went to our room the tiolet was not flushing. I had to reach in the tank and hook the handle in the tank. There was only a couple of towels in the room. The floor had pop or something spilled on ot and it was sticky. The fridge was not working not cold at all. Someone had an ice pack in the little freezer and even that was dripping. We made do for the first night and i let them know at the desk we would need towels an extra pillow ans blanket. We were already in bed when they showed up. That was the last we seen of them. The next day when we got back to shower and change they had n̈ot been there, we still had no fridge ot towels rooms were not cleaned garbage not touched. I was not impressed. Most definately will never be back there again. Waste of money, way over priced.

Front desk assigned someone else to my room at 9:30pm resulting in someone else trying to enter my room unexpectedly. Then, front desk staff tried to enter my room unexpectedly at 10pm. No apology, no solution offered.

Check in was terrible. We were supposed to check in at 4pm but the room was not ready. They tried to overcharge me for one of the rooms, advising that I did not order the right room. I ordered two rooms exactly the same. The reception ended up giving me the room for the hotels.com price.

This is the first time we have stayed at Ramada and we were pleased to find our room so cool with the air conditioning before we arrived. It was just an extra step that made us comfortable on such a hot day. I do not know the names of the two women who served us at the Office, but they were brilliant on June 28 at approximately 6 PM. Thank you very much. we will certainly stay here again and I can see why you have an 8.8 rating on Expedia.

Disappointing Stay: Poor Service and Room Conditions Our experience at this Ramada location was quite disappointing. When we first arrived and entered our assigned room, we were shocked to find a couple already sleeping inside, a serious security and front desk error that left us very uncomfortable. The replacement room wasn’t much better: There was no interior lock, which raised safety concerns. Basic supplies were lacking—only one used bar of soap was provided, and the towels were thin and rough. The drapes were partially off the rod, barely functioning. Breakfast was very limited—many items were gone early. Although staff did restock a few basics, the selection remained minimal and unsatisfactory. Overall, the service felt indifferent, and the property seemed poorly maintained. This stay fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Everyone was extremely friendly and polite especially the receptionist. Super recommended if you’re traveling with your family and small children.

The room itself was clean but we had broken blinds, we used our shower curtain to block the window.checkout was a night mare they asked for a cash deposit and then it took 2 managers and all day to find the deposit and give it back to us

Fine stay. All good. Note: Be sure to enter ALL the numbers/letters following the address in your GPS. I only entered the address and arrived at a golf shop! The last numbers/letters are sort of like U.S. zip codes. The actual address may be duplicated a short distance away (golf shop) so the added numbers/letters differentiate them.

Con: It is far from last metro stop in Laval. Pros: Room felt like a hotel NOT motel. BK in AM is on par with hotels re cold options like hard boiled eggs, strudels, bread, cereals etc. HOOOOOT showers!!!!!!!!!!!

We booked it for 1 Night stay. worst part is they did not even provide water in the rooms. There was not toilet paper in the bathroom, and when requested for it, Receptionist asked us to get it ourself from the reception. In the morning there was no milk for the breakfast. I asked for milk to put in coffee, but the staff told that there is no more milk available. which is so not done. I specially booked stay fort the breakfast included option, but it was very disappointing.

Breakfast area is way small and very dated furnishings. Staff was great and friendly.

Need to bring some more varieties for breakfast. Hotel rooms are very clean but need some activities like board games or table sports.

Unable to attach shower head to wall. Very small and limited shower towels. Breakfast food did not seem fresh (hard pancakes) lobby coffee machine spills every time. bathroom smells weird all the time. extremely thin bedding. Also got woken up at 7am by the very loud alarm clock in the room directly next to ours. Would not stop for at least 15 minutes.

We stayed there for one night. The service was very good. The breakfast could have been better. It was very simple and there were only 3 tables to dine, and the coffee machine also was not working in the morning. But overall, the room was really good and clean. I would go back to the Motel.
