Large queue for check in as only 2 people working reception and self check in screens not working so had a 30 minute wait. Was then told we were lucky to get the room we had booked as the hotel was busy and would have been changed rooms even though we had paid a deposit. Rooms clean but in poor condition. Needs a good refurb.
