When we first checked in on Friday they told us that only (1) elevator was working and by the time we left on Sunday... still only (1) elevator working! It was impossible to get elevator service because people were in long lines waiting. Luckily we were on the 5th floor so we did a lot of steps over the weekend but I draw the line when I have to carry my luggage downstairs to checkout!! Staff didn't seem to care about the issue

I loved that they had a shuttle to Raymond James Stadium for the My Chemical Romance concert that way I didn’t have to struggle getting an uber. The pool was also nice to relax in.

I choose this property because it was close enough to the airport and offered a shuttle. I arrived, picked up my bag and called for the shuttle. Unfortunately, I waited 45 minutes before the shuttle arrived. There were 5 shuttles from other hotels that came by, including the shuttle for the Hampton Inn that came twice. That driver even asked me if I had called my hotel for the shuttle. I would choose another hotel around the airport, there are a lot of options. This one is overpriced for what they offer and not at Marriott’s standards.

It advertised 24 hour shuttle service from the airport but it stopped running airport shuttle at midnight. We based our decision to stay here based on the shuttle service as our flight wasn’t arriving until midnight so was disappointed when we called to be picked up only to be told it was done for the night.

The pool is indoor outdoor and so cool my daughter loved it even though it was chilly (went in the AM) we ate lunch and dinner at the resturant, friendly staff, and pretty good food but it comes with a price tag. the shuttle guys and front desk people were friendly and nice to chat with. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower nice and hot. would stay again

We enjoyed this hotel from the minute we checked in till we checked out. The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was nice. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

Property was overall fine, but it’s right next to the airport so it’s going to be noisy. House keeping doesn’t really clean the rooms, they just fix the beds and that’s about it. Took a wet white towel and wiped the bathroom floor and it turned black. For some reason the bathroom just wreaked of urine.

while checking in was smooth the room wasn't impressing-musty smell, shower had visible pink mold along grout lines & corners, glass enclosure was clean inside but on the outside dusty & streaky. there was not dusting just fluff around the objects .We stayed as we were tired & it was late but normally i would ask to clean the room again or to change it

Spent a lot of money for three days, booked a while ago when parking was free; on check in, they tried to say it would be $20 a day, which in the end, they comp'd back after realizing they said free parking when I booked; they pack you all in on the same floor and next to each other, very noisy, doors slamming, voices, there's no sound proof to these rooms; the kicker was we came back to the room on the final day/night and directly across from us was Happy Birthday, balloons in the hallway, confetti, signs taped to the walls and door; parking lot was empty, frickin 12 floors of rooms and they put a potentially loud group across from us, totally unacceptable, what was this, a Motel 6? I went down and shared my displeasure and the employee reacted the proper way, asking if I'd like to be moved (I was there first, MOVE THEM) I said no, but they were put on blast. I dunno, not really worth over $200 a night for a mediocre room at best...kinda disappointed

Shuttle service was amazing! First room we checked into reeked of weed, we went down stairs and they changed us rooms immediately. In the second room the tv channels were terrible and pixelated the entire the entire. Other than those two issues it was a nice stat.

Rooms felt old and run down. One room had a refrigerator that had no shelves inside and was just sitting on the floor out of its designated cabinet. One coffee machine barely worked. Bed frames looked like they belong in a Motel. Carpet was sticky. No actual lighting except some lamps. Windows were filthy. Definitely not worth the proce we paid.

Everything was pretty decent. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were nice. There was an issue with Netflix and YouTube on the tv being connected to the internet not allowing me to watch anything on those platforms. I had to stick with whatever they had airing at the time. Another thing that I did not like was the pricing to park your car there. For three nights we were charged $60. The hotel was decent but it was a shame that parking was not complimentary. Other than that, I had no issues with my stay.

check in and out was fast and easy, room was clean. If they give you any room ending in 16 decline the room if you are not a hard sleeper as the elevator is on the go ALL night, so there was no sleep for this sleepy traveler. When it was reported to the front staff they acknowledged it was an issue and offered no compensation.

Phenominal customer service from Raul the shuttle driver ..Our flight arrived after midnight, after his last run. He came back,picked us up, offered cold water and told us the hotel was no longer serving food so he offered to drive us to a restaurant that was still open. When we arrived at the hotel he loaded our bags on the luggage cart, waited while we checked in, then took our luggage to our room. So customer service is spelled RAUL. Thank you Raul, you are a credit to the hotel .

The staff was very rude to me and my partner because we are both younger. Our room had no air conditioning and was making weird beeping noises. When we went to go tell the staff all they said was they would send someone up to fix it and never did. We left half way through our stay and they did not give Marriott points or compensate anything. The manger was rude and not helpful. Won’t be staying her again.

Book this hotel for Eagles game staff was very accommodating. The shuttle service is top-notch Tyler was our driver who picked us up at the airport gave us great tips on how to navigate the area provided shuttle service to shopping dinners, and the game. Tate from the front desk area gave us great recommendations. This was a very memorable trip and if I ever come back to Tampa, I definitely would stay here again because of Tate and Tyler they made our trip flawless. And a birds win was icing on the cake.

I was on the street side right across from a night club. On the 9 th floor you could hear the music ALL NIGHT LONG!!! Had to get up at 5:00 so no rest at all. I will never stay there again!

The restaurant day staff was surly on the day of arrival particularly the female waitress whom I forgot to get her name. Both meals we had the food quality was mediocre. The hotel rooms have been nicely upgraded. The doors appear to be original and the locks are problematic. Overall the hotel is good. Service fair.

We had breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday. It was adequate, however on Sunday, they only had sausages as breakfast meat. On Saturday, they also had bacon. When we asked if there was no bacon, the chef made it for us. Eggs are made to order but scrambled eggs are part of the buffet

The hotel is beautiful, nice pool and outdoor area. Service in the bar/restaurant was horrible. No one even there to service you. Front desk was nice but shuttle service was not even available in the morning to go anywhere. It says free WiFi but it’s not. The coffee place isn’t even open very long - not open before we leave for the beach. Was excited to have an in bar hotel but not worth the extra money. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The parking was good and it's nice it was on the corner of busy roads. It was close to the arena we were going to for a concert. The lobby smelled amazing (air freshener). The staff was nice. The pool was nice. The window view from our room was great. The only thing that wasn't great was our order at the coffee place in the lobby was wrong (we ordered cold, not hot). She was too busy for me to ask her to correct it, and we couldn't even drink the coffees. They were disgusting. Wasted $14.
