2BR Beach Escape - Walk to Boardwalk - Parking

A lie and scam in all major ways, not ground level as confirmed by host but full flight of steps to second level on side, not high speed internet, low speed, - my husband couldn't work from home, as soon as we walked in the door noticed couch was broke, collapsed on one side, one arm leaning outward, the other crushed in, several walls gauged and damaged, toilet paper holder and towel holder loose and almost hanging off wall. We took pics and left and went to a hotel, messaged host who only used VRBO site communication and continued to lie and took no responsibility, called VRBO customer service and managers to dispute, they said were unable to assist with refund, only host could, who was obviously non caring about anything but keeping our money. There is no way we could have stayed. Total misrepresentation.

Excellent communication w/host; property as described, no surprises. Easy walk to boardwalk, beach and town. Pet friendly. Nice little balcony.

Very conveniently located, well equipped with everything needed. Would just recommend touch up paint on the ceiling where paint has chipped away around vents.

Property was very clean & had all necessary items for a visit. Location is convenient to downtown area & grocery store is just a short walk from Condo. Would recommend to family & friends. Good communication with host.
