We had a pleasant experience during our stay last weekend. Loved hanging out on the cute little rooftop and enjoyed the location of the townhouse being close to most things in Charlotte. Only negative is there were so many stairs to get to the bedrooms, which was particularly challenging for someone with a disability that uses a cane, but I should have realized that before booking.

This is an adorable townhouse and the Loso area. It was within walking distance of old Mecklenburg brewery. And just a few blocks from the Scalybark light rail station. The townhouse was clean and spacious. It does require a great deal of stairclimbing, but as long as that doesn't bother, you, the townhouse is perfect.

Nice new townhouse in a redeveloping area outside of Charlotte downtown. Walking distance to some good brewery’s l. The townhouse was nice and had everything you needed.

We were in Charlotte for the Duke Mayo Bowl. This unit was very modern and suited our needs to a T. Our 16 year old grandson got the top floor with the balcony. He could have stayed for days. The unit was very clean and convenient by car to Bank of America Stadium. The 2-car garage was also convenient.

We absolutely loved staying here! We came for a quick weekend for a football game and everything was great! The townhome was clean as a whistle, ample towels and supplies, plenty of space to lounge around, and fully accurate to the listing! I guess I didn’t recognize there would be quite so many stairs, but I also didn’t pay attention to the exterior pictures. Having parents that are nervous with stairs, this was the only issue we had. A lack of attention on my part, and I own that!! The hosts were amazing at problem solving my booking mistake and helped tremendously in resolving it. We would definitely stay here again, no hesitation.

Great condo, beds are extremely comfy, plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. Needs better shampoo and conditioner, cookie sheet and black out curtains. But everything else was perfect. Thank you for being so accommodating.

Very much enjoyed the stay at the property. The host was attentive to our needs. Check-in was confusing as the address listed on this property was incorrect and we improperly were attempting to trespass on another's property upon arrival. Fortunately, that other property occupant was kind and directed us where to go. I hope the actual property address is indicated moving forward.

I was in town for family reunion. Location is in proximity to activities for all age groups based on this i was near great shopping for some, paks and museums for others. If you love trying a variety of food thete are lots of restaurants and breweries near by.
