Luxury 5 Bedroom Art Villa, Heated Pool, Hot tub, Billiards, Grill!

This house was the perfect place for our multi-household family Thanksgiving getaway. It had a nice space for everyone and activities for all, whether it was lounging on the back porch, swimming in the pool, playing games in the game room, reading a book in the sitting room, or chilling out in the hot tub. The house is well stocked. I brought things to cook a Thanksgiving dinner, but could have left them at home, as the house had everything I needed - platters, dinnerware, utensils, glassware, and cookware. The location is excellent with good restaurants nearby, coffee shops, grocery stores, and shopping. It is also a good base of operations for Miami adventures - the beach, the city, the museums, and more. Everyone liked the parking courtyard and its ample space for several cars. We loved our stay at this decadent oasis and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The property was even better than the listing indicated and our adult children couldn’t stop telling us what a great find it was for our family get away. We loved the decor! The pool and hot tub were clean and the house had most everything we needed for our stay (a couple more larger mixing bowls would have been helpful). Our hosts readily accommodated our request for a later checkout, which took a lot of stress off. Overall, this home was fantastic and we would definitely choose it again!

We (grandparents) were there 3 days … some were there for just two days. The kids loved it. Comfy beds. Fun playing billiards. Enjoyed the pool. Well-equipped kitchen and linens. We were a bit disappointed in upkeep of the property. The online pictures showed “classy luxury”. The reality was a dated property with some wear and damage. Washer did not work. Was being replaced after we left, but we were not notified until we asked about it. Ice maker and fridge water dispenser did not work. One shower did not have hot water. AC was spotty. Curtains falling down. Property manager was very responsive. Grandsons said it was a “great party house”, and I suspect they were correct. All in all, it met our needs and we all enjoyed a great time there.

INTERIOR: the house is large and clean. The rooms are spacious. We aporeciate the billard room. We expexted a little more équipement, for exemple, there was no toaster (we bought one and left it there), judt enough soap for one wash, no tissus, not enough placemats for 8, no tablecloth or table line. Pantry: very few "necessities" like oils or spices. No plastic dishes, no foil. We had to replace the batteries in a a/c remote. The central dond system is not fonctional. Kitchen ceramic have seen better days. The safe in the master bedroom is loose and the front of some drawers are in fanger of fallimg out. Damp smell in a guest room that has a kitchenette but no equipment. EXTERIOR: More beautiful in the photos! The pool and the spa are clean and in good condition. We really enjoyed them. However, the outdoor table chairs are smashed, the setup cushipns around the coffee table are rotten, the gake palm trees by the pool are in tatters. We were expecting minimal beach kit... Beach chairs, a few flotable accessories and icepack and cooler. None is offered. We had chosen this house for the outdoor setup and unfortunately it was this aspect that desapointed the most. It look a way better in photo than in reality. An update of the exterior photos in this listing is seriously recommended.

Plenty of shade. Lots of info provided and when I texted w a question, I heard right back. Close to beach and many activities.

In the cottage, we found another guest’s socks, a cracked toilet, and the ceiling fan didn’t work.Some appliances and listed amenities were missing including the water dispenser, ice maker, bread maker, second wine chiller, and standalone water cooler. The cottages’ A/C is shared, not independent, and there were only three lounge chairs instead of six. The water from the fridge took 3 minutes to fill a single cup. The home has great potential, but expectations should better reflect its current condition. It seems the property is maintained primarily by a cleaning crew, without regular oversight from the owner or manager. Updating the listing to accurately reflect the property would help future guests have a realistic understanding of what to expect. Called out to the owner (via email as well) and they replied that they are committed to updating the property/listing.

Please don’t stay at this house, the house was not clean, the bathroom was dirty the dishes were dirty the refrigerator had hair and and dead roaches and the AC went out and the hostess representative was very rude to us and told us to check out and he wasn’t going to fixed the AC

When we arrived some of the rooms wasn’t clean the owner was away and the person that he left to oversee the home was great! And she was very responsive. and took care of everything right away and helpful. She also sent someone the next morning to correct the rooms of concern. So our overall stay turned out to be good

This property was exceptional. It provided ample space and accommodations. The patio served greatly as a social area adjacent to the pool, and succeeded in being our main area to enjoy the beautiful weathet. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. I would surely recommend this location and.wouldn'twchoose it again as well.

We booked this for 4 business colleagues for the St. Lauderdale Boat Show. It worked very well for us with each person having a bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Comfortable and clean home. Well equipped kitchen.

I’ve never experienced a host so incredibly responsive. We had a couple of questions about the property on operation of the hot tub and other things. Bram took care of it immediately. His staff was amazing! First impression of property is that it is an older home that is renovated for rental. Flooring in the place is mostly tile with very artistic qualities. There are a few dings in the flooring but that is not concerning. Just beautiful! Electronic entry for the cottage and house. Heated pool and hot tub was wonderful. The outdoor sitting area was simply amazing those wanting to be out of the sun. That was so practical for our group of 8. The pool had a small plaster section that requires repair but no big deal. There are a few minor repairs that could be done but nothing major that would prevent us from having a great time. The place could accommodate our 80+ year old parents with no problem. The pool room was fun for us at night despite not being pool players. Having many bathrooms in the house helped so much when we had to get ready for our reservations. The coffee maker has to go! We had coffee grounds in our coffee every morning despite efforts to prevent the issue. The host had a Kuereg machine there for an alternative. We had a delay in our flight and the host allowed us to stay a little longer which was a great help. Overall we loved our vacation and would definitely stay here again in Bram’s properties. We will be back.

Close to lots of restaurants and things to do. Listing was accurate.nice slightly older home. The layout of the house and casitas was perfect for our group. You could have privacy or be together. The outdoor area really brought everything together-From the covered lanai with ample seating, pool and hot tub right there, outdoor dining area with grill(we didn’t grill or cook). We utilized almost every area of the house. Kitchen seemed well stocked for cooking and entertaining at home. Beds were very comfy, air conditioner worked well. Close to restaurants, Bram was responsive, and his recommendations were great. Perfect for 10 people. My adult children and husband stayed in the house and our 2 older couple friends took the outdoor casita rooms. Worked out great. Highly recommend.

We traveled to Fort Lauderdale to celebrate my 35th birthday! Brandon made entry into the property very easy and we were satisfied with the property manual that listed the important details to make our stay comfortable. I really enjoyed the master bedroom and the luxurious double shower. We took full advantage of the hot tub and patio seating area. The bedroom areas were very spacious. We had a great time exploring Fort Lauderdale and Miami. I honestly would’ve been satisfied. Just spending more time at the property I would definitely recommend.

The house was clean, spacious and boasted a lovely outdoor area for swimming, lounging and grilling. All correspondence whether by text or email was prompt. Bram was particularly helpful with any questions or requests. We all enjoyed our week.
