The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient. Easy access to the waterfront and downtown where a fun Halloween celebration was underway. The young man at the front desk was very helpful. He answered all our questions about where is this and that!

The room was remodeled with good taste. A few items were over looked but still okay. Location was close to the water.. No extra amenities, nothing fancy, clean and had house keeping. The fella at the front desk was very nice/friendly. Felt safe keeping our trailer on the side street.

It’s ok, Morro doesn’t have any newer accommodations so it’s average to others. Pros: 2 blocks from the main shopping, restaurants. Cons: very small parking lot, if you don’t score a place to park find yourself parking on the street somewhere and depending could be blocks away. Definitely could use newer furnishings but again it’s average for the area. Staff was Awesome though.

The first thing I noticed is how professional the staff was when checking in. Secondly, the hotel grounds were clean, the rooms were clean and all the utilities worked well. Good job to the entire staff.

Dont book here unless you're ok with long black hairs inside of your sheets. Asked for extra sheets to change it out myself since front desk said housekeeping already went home (it was 5pm) and all they brought were 2 flat sheets! Did not sleep well at all and was so glad to finally leave in the morning. Will not be coming back here.

The Sea Air Inn has been remodeled very tastefully and thoughtfully. I like the vinyl flooring and the comfortable bedding. My room was clean and fresh feeling. The light and ceiling fan were turned on prior to my arrival which was a nice touch!

The hotel is very close to the shops, no carpet its cleaner, and good tv channels. When got into the room there was a cut or marks in the shower. Hair in the shower floor and hair on the wall. I asked for cleaner so I could clean the entire room because I didn't feel it was clean. An employee cleaned the hair up. But wouldn't give me cleaner. The walls and floors are paper thin. Quiet time hours from 8pm to 10am but that didn't apply to the loud construction workers outside that start at 8am. The rooms look decent. The rooms are remodeled but it was done fast and cheap. So the grout was falling out of the shower. The hotel needs sound profing or something.

If you have any dust allergies DO NOT STAY HERE. Room seemed clean but I kept having horrible allergy attacks when I was laying on bed. Realized there were inches of dust on lamp fixtures and it seems they’d never been dusted. I told management and asked them to have house keeping clean them. Also the floor of the bedroom was filthy and bottom of our feet were black, bathroom floor was very clean. Housekeeping serviced the room and didn’t dust or do bedroom floor. We wore our shoes the entire time and I got my own cleaner to dust the lamp fixtures. Other issues that were just a tad annoying, the beds are twins, not queens. There is no place to hang anything - not towels, coats, no closet, no hooks behind doors. Last thing is hotel is not too eco friendly as towels were replaced daily even if they hadn’t been used. Great location but tons of places nearby so not a place we will return.

The room was very nice. Beds very comfortable. Website indicated sound proof rooms, yet we could hear every word the people in the next room said. Even with the windows closed. Even when the got up at 4:30 am to chat! The railing on the bannister was broken and could cause an fall.

i love to stay here! i’ve stayed once before, and the stay is always cozy, quiet, and convenient. it’s walking distance to pretty much everywhere! i recommend people staying in morro to stay here, as i will definitely be back to sea air inn for my next trip. (one note i do have is if you are sensitive to sound, it’s probably best to book an upstairs room as you can hear their steps from downstairs rooms lol!)

The room was clean. We normally stay somewhere else but thought we'd try this place since it's a little closer to the shops and the same price. We will go back to staying at the other place. This room and bathroom is smaller, the tv is smaller, it was very limited on what was available to watch, and it was not a smart tv. The rooms are closer together so you can really hear conversations in the room next door. It served its purpose and was clean. We would stay again if our normal place was booked.

The owners have done a wonderful job renovating this older motel. They provide top quality linens as well as many nice extras to make the room and your stay more pleasant. While the rooms are smaller than we expect at chain hotels, the have tried to compensate with upscale amenities. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Location is near the highway but the room was very quiet and we slept well til morning.

The room that we originally booked was so terribly small, you turn around and you bump into the wall, so we had to upgrade to a bigger room for more pay, which was very disappointing. The rooms were very clean the the stuff was friendly, but the original room that we booked was a queen size room, which was very very small. So be careful when booking a queen size room because it will be small. But otherwise the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I give it a three star overall.

Super easy check in, took less than 5 minutes and front desk employee was very nice. Room was small but clean and updated with a wall mirror that had touch tone lights. No complaints, cute for an overnight stay at the beach as it’s walking distance to the shops at Morro or downtown.

Everything is great except you can hear everything through the walls and the ceiling if you’re on the bottom floor. I couldn’t sleep because the person above us was walking in their room all night to like 3-4am. It was horrible.

Pros: The person at the front desk was very personable. Both the check-in and check-out was very easy. The room had recently been remodeled with new flooring and updated bathroom. The location is amazing. It is two streets from the Embarcadero and two blocks from Main Street. Cons - Unfortunately the heater/air conditioner is old and very noisy. The room we were in had a consistent noise that sounded like the cooing of a mourning dove. It also sounded like someone upstairs was moving furniture all night. Lastly the shower had almost no water pressure.

Receptionist was very helpful and gave great advice on where and how to get to downtown. Very comfortable beds and clean room. Quiet area and close to downtown so you could walk.

I liked the size of the room which was really big. I didn’t feel cramped. The room was missing an ironing board. I heard the neighbors alarm going off for at least 15 minutes at 2:30 in the morning. I could not call the office to complain. The next day I did let management know that I couldn’t call them. They said they have a phone number to call them. Usually, you dial zero for the office. This wasn’t the case.

Definitely there is no check in before three pm. The office is closed and nobody is in there. We arrived at one, trying to get an early check-in before heading to a family reunion. After an hour the hotel calls asking what time are you gonna check in? Having to leave the reunion to go check in was very inconvenient. I stay multiple places never have I had anybody contact us asking. Where are we gonna check in? Odd.

Location: amazing!!! You can leave your car in hotel parking lot and just walk down to the pier area within 2 mins (very very close). Many restaurants to chose from by the pier. Room: clean, quaint, modern (updated), fridge and freezer worked well. Quiet: had a great night sleep. Felt safe. Close to the Morro Bay rock beach (by car) Would definitely recommend and return to this Inn! Quaint, cozy and modern place Enjoy
