Ac was broken. Long black hair over the toilet. Called down to customer service and didn’t sound too interested in fixing the loud ac noice in room 307 or moving me to another room. Gave me a floor fan and that was it. Pool was also not open.

Easy check-in, beds were comfortable. Nice to have a small living room area & kitchen. Outdoor courtyard was great gathering area and was able to use the grills for a team cookout. Carpets could be replaced or cleaned and the bathroom sink was clogged.

The room was great, the breakfast options were fabulous. Pool heater appeared to not be working and neither was the heat in the room. We were unable to swim. They were working on the system, there was carpet being updated and dry wall dust in areas.

Overall the rooms and the staff were great. The suite was great value for the money. The staff were courteous and helpful. The only downside was the fitness center. Three of the four pieces of equipment were unusable — the peloton bikes had connectivity issues and the elliptical was broken. In other words, a refresh of the fitness center would be great.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The beds were super comfortable and the room size was great. The sink in our kitchenette did not work, but we really didn't need it. The pool had some sort of soapy, frothy film on top so we skipped it. Breakfast ends at 10am. I went down at 9:40am and it was already put away and being cleaned up. That was disappointing. Overall it was a nice stay and worth the price.

The room was nice except the bathroom wasn't clean. There were still hairs in the sink and tub that definitely were not ours. There was also the sound of running water constantly, all night long and in the morning. The room itself was nice and the staff was nice.

The room was not very clean... Ceiling fans covered in dust and portable air conditioners in the rooms. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes. Housekeeping did not remove dirty towels or take trash. Unimpressed.

The room wasn’t clean. I had to ask for new linens and the bathroom needed to be better cleaned. I was also woken up at 3:45am by someone knocking on my door because they were drunk and couldn’t find their room.

The cleanliness of the room upon arrival wasn’t great. The room king size bed was clean excluding that the floor wasn’t clean (still had hair shedding from the person prior) the floor to the shower hasn’t been cleaned in a while, the pull out couch had yellow and brown stains.

Hotel is slightly dated with worn carpet and bedding. Room was looked clean but, upon closer inspection garbage was found in pull out bed, and an open bottle of wine was left in the refrigerator, which left us to wonder how clean it really was. Hotel is situated next to a busy road so, traffic passing is audible all night long. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hallways smelled so bad. Very dark and dirty. Room was not bad. Breakfast was not like other Homewood s. No waffle machine and milk tasted like it was spoiled. We didn’t even end up eating the breakfast.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom setup. The room was in horrible condition.... torn sofa cushions, ripped carpet, peeling dirty cabinets, carpet stains, beds not entirely made and more. The room should be shut down and entirely redone.

Room was not the same as the one I stayed in a few months ago. Booked this hotel expecting same amenities only to find that this was not the case. Shower was old. Couch was stained. Floor was very loud. Ceiling creaked as if it were about to cave in. Looks like they only renovated a few rooms.

The room was nice, but we had a room right next to an exit door to the parking lot which was very loud every time someone walked in and out of it throughout the night. The hot water in the shower did not get hot. Was only warm.

The room is huge and we loved the separate bedroom. The bathroom is huge too! The furniture is a bit tired and the sheets/pillows are average. The breakfast was disappointing and the lobby lacks much space and amenities.

The central air-conditioning was out of order and wind A/C units had been poorly installed leaving gaps where the noise from Rt. 202 and insects could get through. This was a 2-bedroom suite and there was no window in the kitchen/living room so no A/C. We had to use a fan to draw cool air from a bedroom. The problem with the central A/C was known by management well in advance of our stay but we were not informed. Curtains were stained, torn and some were missing. The kitchen faucet was missing its handle. one of the toilets was constantly running. The lack of maintenance in this Homewood is astounding.

All in all, a very good option for the price. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were really wonderful here! The pool was closed for the majority of our stay, and the staff did their very best to make up for it. Andrew at front desk was extremely kind and accommodating and we really appreciated the efforts he went to to make up for the pool situation. Over all, this hotel is clean and comfy and a great option for families with kids. The breakfast was nothing special but it did the trick and had the kid's favorite cereal. Coffee was actually really really good and always fresh. Location is also pretty central.

1. No sheets or pillows for the sleeper sofa. When I called the front desk, no answer. When I went down to the desk to get sheets, I received attitude from the man working the desk including vulgarities as he complained about being on his 16th straight day of work. 2. Toilet would not flush. Called the front desk and they requested for me, the guest, to come down to the desk to get a plunger. 3. No hot water in the shower. 4. Room was musty.

We had a lot of trouble getting into our room, two sets of keys did not get us in. The front desk attendant came for the third try and the set he had didn't work either. He let us in with his key but then we still had no working keys. The property could really use a refresh, it is pretty tired.

I didn’t like the fact that housekeeping never came around, supposedly they come every other day. I stayed here a week ago for 5 nights - housekeeping came once. And this week I stayed 3 nights and they didn’t come at all. Soaps and lotion was empty, tissue was empty and also toilet paper. Always had to ask for stuff at front desk. Never got fresh towels. Another thing which really makes me mad is that I forgot my umbrella in the room the first week, I called after checking um out to make sure that no one takes it because I planned to come back and get it since I was checking in again for three nights. No one has seen my umbrella or was it put away. This umbrella wasn’t just a random one if was from Mercedes. I didn’t think it’s nice that stuff disappears even when a guest calls. Things shouldn’t be taken.

The property was near restaurants and stores. Rooms and hotel was clean but there was a stain on side of mattress and holes on cushion on couch. Staff was nice and helpful but it seemed like the guy at the front desk had to do it all. The pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Plenty of options. There was no lights on the side of the hotel when you park to go in the sode door. We had to use the flash lights to see. We would stay again if we were in the area.
