The carpets were disgusting we could not walk around without slippers or socks on. Our socks would turn black if had no slippers on. Online stated they had a pool got there there is no pool. The receptionist was very pleasant and very helpful I did like that. The room was just dirty and when we got there they had just got done cleaning the room would not stay here again.

swimming pool was closed to guest, laundry room closed to guests, there was buckets in the lobbies to catch dripping water from leeking ceilings, internet was not always up and running, my room needed repairs and maintance up keep, the hotel is needing much repair. The staff was excellent.

They misrepresented the fact that they no longer have a pool and my room was cleaned once time during a nine day stay. The television would not work two of the nights I stayed . Most of the employees were very accommodating and pleasant, the exception being one front desk woman who was extremely rude for no apartment reason but for the fact I think it may be that I am without a permanent home and she may be profiling me and discriminating due to this fact. It is sad that a paying guest was treated in this manner.

There were brown stains going down the wall next to the bed. Trash was strewn all over the stairwell going up to the 2nd floor. Terrible and disgusting smell in the stairwell. My stay was 2 days and the trash and smell were there the entire time. Trash piles were numerous outside of the property. Every time I left I had to get a new key because it didn’t work to get back in. The A/C was low and not adjustable and the room was hot and miserable after a 95 degree day. The TV was so low it couldn’t be heard and was not adjustable. The breakfast? At 7 am there were empty bowls — no applies and no oranges. At 7am, other foot was cold. WORSE by far, motel I’ve ever stayed in. It was disgustingly dirty inside and outside.

We have loved staying at this hotel. And, we have stayed here multiple times a year. However, the last couple of times we have noticed that the rooms aren’t as clean as they have been. Most likely we will be looking for different accommodations in the future.

We needed to just do an overnight. We had our 2 dogs with us. We stayed in the deluxe king room that had a couch. It was the perfect size. Honestly I would recommend this hotel for short stays only. The breakfast buffet is not that great. The eggs were dry and bland. The bacon is cut so thin one can see through it. I did like their selection of yogurt. Also across the parking lot there is a great Mexican restaurant. In general the location is great. Its not right next to the freeway. The biggest and most disappointing part of our stay was there was no hot water. It got warm but not hot. I have a medical condition and I need to have access to a hot water bath! Last night I needed a hot bath and the water only got lukewarm. So unfortunately I wont be able to stay there again. I picked Comfort Inn over the Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn because Comfort Inn has a bathtub not a shower. When traveling with pets for an overnight I like a 2 star hotel instead of paying 3 start hotel prices. So I am very disappointed I have to take this hotel out of my options. My recommendation: If one needs a room overnight and or has pets this is a great hotel. If one needs more then one night or needs to have hot water then I would not stay here.

We had a party going on in the room next to our, all night long. I called the front desk at midnight adn they said they would call the people. It quieted down for a short while, then another round of very loud talking, laughing, jumping on the beds, and glass breaking sounds came from the room. At 3 AM i called the front desk, again, but no one answered. On checking out, the front desk lady said the person on duty at 3 was getting the noisy room taken care of. It was about 4 AM that we got to sleep, w hours before we had to get up to attend an Elks meeting.

I wasn’t expecting much however the service was good but the hotel definitely needs work when it comes to bathrooms. Since there are no shower doors in the bathrooms, the water flows out and flooded the entire bathroom to an extent that we couldn’t use it for the rest of the day and placed towels all over the floor just to step out of the shower. I wouldn’t complain about no sleepers(mentioned in the description?but a vanity counter could have been bigger in size to accommodate towels and our stuff/cloths. Furthermore there’s no pressure regulation in the shower 🚿. Overall it’s good place to stay for a price. Close to all the groceries and restaurants.

I went to the front desk to ask for an extra towel, 2were provided in the room. College age red headed male informed me of the POLICY OF 2 TOWELS PER ROOM. My traveling partner needs one to dry off and one to wrap around her hair, leaving me with a hand towel to dry off with. Also only shampoo and conditioner are provided in the shower, I asked for a bar of soap, that too was apparently not allowed. They proudly tout the high rating but fail basic hospitality. The shower enclosure fiberglass is cracked around the drain. I won’t stay here again…

I stayed one night, it was wonderful. Only complaint i say, i work at a Wyndham resort last 5 years, there was a mix up. My reservation said i was a no show, it happens, I understand. But the staff tried walking into my unit WITH-OUT knocking and announcing. Thats very big with my resorts security. Always knock and announce, dont just try and walk in. But everything else was great, thank you!

It’s outdated. The staff here is what makes it difficult. Poor communication with housekeeping and other staff, not at the front desk for long periods of time and unreachable, housekeeping walks right in or knocks on your door despite do not disturb signs.

For being in Ukiah Ca I was surprised how clean and quiet this place was. Just having the homeless wonder on the railroad tracks and on road way was disturbing. But that is Ukiah. Employees were exceptional.

Everything was fine. The location was also excellent. Easy to find, and right by a Starbucks, Mexican food, and a nice park was across the street. I also found the town to be lovely and the Safeway was impressive.

Check in was easy. The staff was pleasant. The room was very nice with a comfortable king bed and very soft bedding. Accessible shower was big. Places to eat right across the parking lot were helpful. There were a couple of small room issues but I'm sure they were resolved. We were just overnight and left in the am. Downside: breakfast buffet. Extremely weak coffee. The hot food looked like it was old and kind of dried out at 8 am (eggs tater tots and sausage). When someone finally brought out fresh stuff at 830 they dumped it on top of the old stuff. Yuk. Since the hot food was not appealing we just wanted some cereal but the staff had taken it away because there was no milk. I asked about this and they just said there wasn't any and they didn't know why. Most of us who use comfort inns are on the road and want to be able to get going without having to search out a restaurant...really not acceptable.

I appreciate that The staff are so friendly and helpful. You never have to look for a staff member. They’re always just Johnny on the spot to help. I am also very grateful that there’s seems to always be first floor availability, which is very helpful for me and truthfully, you have the best morning breakfast set up in town. Thanks again.

As before, stay was very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason we demoted service to 4 stars this time was the breakfast. For the second time, when we went to breakfast there was no hot food left. It was well before the closing time of 9am. And no sign of anyone saying more food was being prepared. Not a deal breaker. Just a warning, if you’re really counting on eating breakfast there. I would still highly recommend this as a beautiful and comfortable place to stay for a reasonable price.
