Perfect location in Roma Norte! No microwave or mini fridge like you'd expect in the US, but rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Gym is not huge, but bigger than I expected from the one photo online. Front desk staff super helpful with requests. Even sent a bellhop to help us log the TV into the Internet, so we could log into streaming.

This was a cozy and friendly hotel with great service and an amazing breakfast buffet. They cleaned the rooms regularly and the location was central to a lot of great restaurants and sites. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel. With a great restaurant where we enjoyed most of our meals. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. Nice Bar well managed GREAT on the menu breakfast. Buffett breakfast limited. Shops few blocks away, AC available. Large nice windows than can be opened. We were in the rainy, windy season…half days. Nice weather most of the day. GREAT STAFF!! Thank you.

Great location, felt safe and easy walk to nearest Metro station. Lots of cafes, restaurants close by. Very helpful and informative staff and felt it was a good choice for us on our first visit to Mexico City. The buffet breakfast was excellent and was served until 1pm. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was also very good.

Please refrain from staying at this property - we found several bed bugs on the first night in the hotel room. Even though the hotel changed our room to a different room the next day and upgraded us but it is ridiculous the amount of bed bugs I found when i looked around the corners of the mattress. If you have ever dealt with bed bugs, it is very concerning as there is a high possibility that you could bring them home with you and have a bed bug infestation in your home. I didn`t expect this from a hotel with great positive reviews on Expedia and Google but beware before you book this hotel.

Nicely located but the room needed improvement. Terrible upkeep, mold throughout the shower, very worn down feel, cracked walls, dirty nightstands, multiple surfacea throughout the room needed cleaning even after i mentioned it to the cleaning staff.

Property was clean, centrally located. But we did have an issue when we arrived to the hotel. The reservation was paid and confirmed before arrival. The 3 rooms we were given were not clean.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de cafés, centros culturales y restaurantes. Hace falta mantenimiento al hotel. Tenía pisos y barandales rotos y además de insectos. El personal muy gentil y resuelven todo lo solicitado.

Do not stay here if you need Wifi. It cuts out every 10-20 minutes or websites are blocked because there network looks like a bot to sites like Ticketmaster. Construction happening in rooms with no regard to what time in the morning it is Shower had hair all over the walls and drain and floor was filthy enough it immediately showed on your socks They were accommodating for early and late check out was the only benefit.

Really good location in Roma Norte close to the metro, buses and all the cafes and restaurants in Roma. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the staff are helpful and kind. Was surprised the room had no mini fridge.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely wonderful and the room was very clean. Our only complaint was that the shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot and the temperature would change randomly while in use.

This hotel is quaint and clean. I’ve stayed at the Stanza for work twice and I really enjoyed it both times. The service is great and I never had any issues. If you are facing the street, you can hear the noise. However, that’s part of being in Mexico so not a big deal. The area is super walkable and has nice shopping and restaurants. The subway station is nearby too. Overall great stay

El proceso de check in muy rápido y muy amables todos en recepción. La habitación muy limpia y las camas cómodas. En general el hotel se encuentra en una buena área con muchos restaurantes cercanos. El internet fue el único problema porque estuvo intermitente toda la estancia.

I was double charged by hotel. I told them I was already charged through hotels.com And they charge my credit card again by billing me directly. I will not stay there again. Also they called a taxi for me and told me I could pay the driver with credit card, but this was not true. I was forced to get cash to pay driver.

The staff , from the cleaning lady to the front desk people , always willing to help and make you stay comfortable. The lady who cleaned our room 206 was always on point . Making sure we had all we needed and performed a great job , every time she went in to clean it .

Los maleteros DEMASIADO pesados! Si uno no les da propina o algo que crean ellos sea aceptable, se portan demasiado desagradables. Esto nos ocurrió con 2 de 6 q trabajaron durante nuestra estadía. La gente del front desk muy amable, nosotros hemos utilizado el hotel x varios viajes, pero esta vez los maleteros lo hicieron desagradable!

A las 3.30 de la mañana un intruso entro portando una llave que abría la puerta de la habitación esta persona venia o alcoholizada o drogada y fue hasta después que le gritaba que que hacia ahi, salió de la habitación. Inmediatamente nos comunicamos a recepción, el recepcionista contestó nos dijo que era un error suyo porque había programado la llave de otro huésped para nuestra habitacion. Lo cual no tiene sentido porque si el huésped tenia otra habitación porque subió a la nuestra. Independiente de no creer la historia solicitamos que nos cambiara de habitación ya que alguien traía la llave de nuestra habitación. Que subieran ayudarnos a mover nuestras cosas. Nosotros nos quedamos alterados, le pedi a mi esposa se metiera al baño cerrando con seguro hasta que extendiéramos que pasaba, yo mientras guarde las cosas en las maletas, cuando vuelve entrar a nuestra habitación el intruso, le pido nuevamente que salga y llamo a recepción y pido que suban inmediatamente porque había entrado nuevamente esta persona, minutos después suben recepcionista y un bellboy, el intruso se había ido. En ese momento decido tomar mis cosas y realizar el check out y a al rededor de las 4 de la mañana salimos del hotel. De todo esto tenemos fotos y documentos. Fue en la habitación 707 por lo que pueden revisar sus camaras para comprobar los hechos .

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Stanza in Mexico City. Das Hotel liegt in Roma Norte, einem sicheren und lebendigen Viertel, und ist ideal für Erkundungen. Zahlreiche vielfältige Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber, nur ein Kühlschrank fehlt. Wir können das Hotel Stanza uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Right in the heart of Roma/Roma Norte. Lots of excellent restaurants/cafes/coffeehouses within walking distance. We walked to many of Mexico City's attractions from the hotel. Property was very clean and staff was super helpful...hallways were a little noisy at times but really not a big deal. The property was great value for the price and I would stay there again.

The hotel is very decent and clean. The location is excellent--very safe, convenient close to restaurants and one of the best taco places in the area. There's also a laundry service next door. The staff are friendly. When we checked out, my husband left his sunglasses and they sent me an email about it. I greatly appreciate the honesty! We will definitely stay there again in our next visit.
