Staff were all very friendly, housekeeping did a great job during our stay, breakfast was delicious with hot options available all days of our stay. Only downside was the pool seemed to have a little to much chlorine, it burned our eyes and limited the time we spent swimming. Even before we were in the water, it would start irritating our eyes. Hot tub was perfect temp and worked good. Overall, would recommend to others and return if in the area again!

Overall, a nice, clean hotel. It was a bit noisy at night (cars and horns) but our only complaint was the pool and hot tub. The pool was really cold and there was a draining problem with the water next to the pool.

We chose this hotel for our Omaha trip mostly because of the excellent ratings and value. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast service was very good with a lot of items to choose from. There was ample parking, although they could have had a few more handicap spots as we were competing with another guest for that one coveted spot. (My MIL and FIL are barely mobile, and dropping them off at the front door was problematic because they tended to wander when I went to park the car.) That was my ONLY issue and a small one at that. It’s more of a suggestion. If we return to Omaha in the future, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!!!

I enjoyed our stay as they allowed me to check in before 3pm. The room was fairly clean minus the few stains on the carpet. My bathroom sink took a long time to drain. Staff were really kind and friendly.

Thenrooms were clean for the most part. I liked the way they had a special wall shelf for the towels. However, housekeeping only came services the room every other day. We stayed for 2 days and needed more towels, our trash was full, and needed a different blanket for 1 of the beds because of stains. I had to go down to the front desk and get more things. Also, if you like an extra firm mattress, look no further! Our beds were ine of the hardest that I've ever slept on! Breakfast was very good. The ladies working were also in very good spirits and were very helpful. We using the pool in the evening and the pool itself was fine but there was a pair of wet, soiled boxer briefs on the side of the pool. It was disgusting and there was no one else in there besides us! The bathroom in the pool area was also disgusting, like it had been serviced in over a week with no extra toilet paper or soap! The 1 role if toilet paper was on the floor, soaked through when i walked in there.

We actually stayed here for only 1 night, because our other hotel was filthy. For the night we were here it was very comfortable and clean. The pool was nice and even had a hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel manager was amazing! He was there when we checked in late and made sure we had a first floor room by the doors so we could let our dog outside. It was very nice of him! Love that they were dog friendly. The breakfast was great too. I’m only giving 3 stars though because we did find a dead roach in our room which was gross (I did give the front desk a heads up when we were checking out and it sounds like this might be an Omaha problem). The ceiling in the bathroom also had a lot of cracks in it so it looked like it needed work done. But the room itself was nice and seemed to have updated furniture. It was very spacious!

We booked a King bed, was given a Queen bed same price. The bed was alright comfort wise however for the price I’ve slept better. Didn’t help that we were on the back side of the hotel & motorcycles & vehicles were racing down the road behind us .The door is a good inch or so short & let’s in so much light under it from the hallway. You can hear just about everything from other guests not just walking down the hall but the doors opening & closing. We were on the end of the 3rd floor. Our refrigerator was barely cold & had a leg broken off so it was tipsy. Best thing about breakfast was the fresh fruit & make your own waffles - everything was under par, the coffee wasn’t even the best.

On Friday night, I got this email and thought I made the reservation for the wrong date. When I tried to call the man I spoke to was difficult to understand and gave me a different number to call and said it so fast that I had to ask him to repeat it. Plus he was either ignoring me between questions or there was a huge delay in hearing my questions. He was rude I was so upset that I made a mistake and may not have a room. He gave the front desk of the hotel and I found out I had a reservation and your email was incorrect. The girl at the front desk was kind.

We had to leave very early to check in to the hospital. The gentleman working the front desk made a to-go breakfast bag for my daughter and I on the spot. I felt bad because we had asked the girls when we checked in to pass the information along so it would be ready. He didn’t blink an eye and just went and made us a great to go breakfast.

when I was checking in, I found out my third-party reservation was not accepted something to do with processing my credit card. Haley the desk person on Sunday night was very helpful. Very patient with me trying to correct this mishap. I am very grateful for Haley at working with me rectify the problem it is not easy working with third-party. It is hard to find telephone numbers to talk to them person to person, but after some research, Haley was able to do this for me. It made my stay very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. All amenities were available and clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, very glad it was working properly. I absolutely loved the location. Even though it was farther from downtown I would rather make the drive to this location. We felt safe and loved the area around us. Breakfast had several options and we never left hungry. This will be our go to spot any time we come to Omaha! The staff were friendly and efficient as well.

The only downside of this stay was the man working the breakfast room on 12/28 and 12/29. He was not the usual friendly and polite person working the breakfast room. He audibly huffed and puffed about in an angry disgusted fashion as he completed his tasks. He slammed things about and made excuses about why things weren’t refilled or offered. We did hear him say to a guest that he is usually working maintenance and was moved into filling in for someone in the breakfast room… He did not make our breakfast time enjoyable. Monday the 30th was much better with a woman who bustled about and told guests good morning with a big smile on her face. The only draw back was that she began to noisily sweep and clean the eating area before 9:30 even though service continues until 10:00 and guests were still arriving. Wiping off tables is definitely necessary but not banging dust pans and brooms around the eating area while guests are dining..

Everything was great, it was clean, beds were comfortable, good breakfast, they allowed me to do a late check out without extra fee, customer service excellent. The only thing I notice, water from the whirlpool wasn’t hot enough, but pool are was clean. Thank you for the great service Well recommended hotel

The breakfast buffet needs work. The buffet opened at 6 am. We arrived downstairs to eat at 8:30 am. There were no potatoes, bacon, or fruit. Only options were eggs, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt. The lady did refill bacon after someone alerted her. She never refilled the fruit or potatoes. I feel that you make food for the first count in the restaurant and refill tinely when needed.

The hotel was clean and in a safe area. I am docking it a few stars because their breakfast options for vegetarians was lacking. Normally, hotels offer boiled eggs, fresh oatmeal and yogurt but not this one. Even their omelets had ham in it. We ended up eating at restaurants for breakfast which was an added expense we didn’t plan for.
