The hotel is a nice property conveniently located in downtown and just steps away from Chaplain lake. However I had a horrible experience as the night receptionist called security on me over my credit card after an argument ensued over payment. This reservation had been paid thru hotels.com before my arrival. It happened at the beginning and the end upon checking out. He said my card was no good yet was able to charge $1195.95 again. To avoid any further problems once security arrives my guess and I went to wait for the taxi outside and it was very cold temperature as it occurred between 3&4 AM. Before we left the lobby there was him, my guess and me who am an older woman who speaks with an accent..So much for a 4 star hotel. I was there 10-5-8 I am certainly not going back. Also I had to request body wash for the shower and the conditioner was empty.

Great location! We had a fabulous view of the lake! Love the coffee station and enjoyed the use of the hotel bikes on the greenway by the lake. Staff were very helpful. Just missed the cleaning service but only there 2 nights.
