The room was alright, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked quite well. There was a questionable stain on the curtain rod in the main room near the pull handle which was unfortunate. The grout lines on the walk in shower door were very dirty. The door to the room was very scuffed up with visible black scuff on it. Some of the outlets are loose, almost to the point where a charger will not work. The gym was nice enough although a cable weight matching would be a nice welcome addition to the very basic gym equipment. The pool seemed small but did seem nice enough. There were a lot of guests lingering in the lobby with small children which made the atmosphere in the communal seating areas quite stressful and not very relaxing or inviting. Overall the stay was nice enough for a single night.

Fantastic location close to Lambeau. Clean, secure, great parking. Only spent 1 night. Did not get to enjoy the restaurant and bar but menu looked great! Friendly staff and great coffee bar.

I liked the room and size. But there where sun flowers under the bed plus a winter hat behind the chair so definitely could of been cleaner. But the biggest disappointment was the hot was out of order big reason why I picked this Hotel.

Total letdown. The pool and hot tub were “out of service”. Come to find out if had been out of service for more than two weeks! How is it possible that they don’t notify upcoming guests about something like this? Also, no shuttle driver. Total letdown for the two nights we were there

I was told they were out of everything on the menu except for appetizers (3 of them) or pizza. I ordered pizza. Then they forgot what kind of pizza I ordered. It was cheese… in the room, the television had lines through the picture. The hot tub was out of order. There were two computers available for guest use near the lobby area. I needed to print three pages for a presentation I was giving the next day. The printer was out of ink. Overall, it was a mediocre hotel experience.

We were there as part of a youth conference for the weekend in Green Bay. We arrived the evening before, having made last minute reservations to beat the snow storm the next day. The staff accommodated us and we were able to keep our room through the conference because flight staff were unable to come as all flights were cancelled. However, the hot tub was not working, the treadmill was out of order, the entry light in our room didn't work, and they must have underestimated the breakfast needs and timing. Also, there was minimal snow plowing done in the parking lot the whole weekend.

the main parts were sheets counterbut the not obvious parts were filthy the baseboards the doors the trim in the bathroom were dirty and not just with rust we wiped it with a washcloth and it was black. told the front desk they said nothing.

Restaurant and bar staff are amazing. Very friendly and accommodating shuttle service. Some, not all front desk staff unhelpful and rude. Zero housekeeping even when requested. Had to grab towels from the pool area because they never serviced our room once in 4 days, and front desk lady said she had no “access” to towels and wash cloths when we asked. Not the Holiday Inn I know.

Toilet did not flush on first attempt almost every time. Tank fill time was 3 minutes. Elevator on the left dropped over an inch when we got on, creating a fall Hazard. This happened at least 4 times during our stay. Breakfast? Don't. $12 for the absolute worst i have had at Holiday Inn. No cinnamon roll?

Room Tv and a few outlets didn’t work, was moved to another room where coffe pot didn’t work. Tub was stained looking like poop stains. ALL employees were fantastic! Can’t be an easy job when things in the room break, but smiles never left their face as they tried to solve the problem. The waitress on Sunday handled the whole room with a high smile and made everyone happy.

We have stayed there before and always enjoy it. Courteous staff, good breakfast, very comfortable beds. We did notice this time that the shower nozzle needs to be replaced and the caulking at bottom of shower door was starting to mildew. Toilet felt a little loose/ wobbly. Love visiting Green Bay!

Chose a suite with a front sitting area separated from the sleeping area by a full wall and closing door specifically because I’m an earlier riser than the rest of the family, and it’s nice to be able to have breakfast, read a book, or watch TV in a separate room instead of creeping around in the dark getting dressed and then sneaking out to the lobby for 2-3 hours. But the door is nearly full glass panes instead of solid, which neatly defeats the purpose. In a suite with two queen beds (usually for a family instead of a couple) this is a weird architectural choice. Maybe install a blackout drape on the door to resolve this issue? As others have noted they also have a restaurant instead of the usual free buffet that’s more typical for this chain. Food was fine, but not as convenient if you’re used to being able to grab and go in the morning. Otherwise a typical Holiday Inn Express. Pretty clean, comfortable beds, quiet, convenient to area attractions, plenty of parking.

Anytime I'm in Green Bay, this is my place to stay. The staff is amazing. Heather and Erica go above and beyond. Check in is a breeze, check out as well. My favorite Hotel for sure and I travel a ton for work. Everyone makes it so comfortable and relaxing.

Unfortunately, the Holiday Inn only had us reserved for one room and when we asked for another room, they tried to charge an additional 20% above the agreed rate for the second room... Not a good stay from check in to check out. Front desk didnt listen to how i wanted payment to be, then charged me and extra $50.00 that is supposed to be put back on my card. Then got another charge that i didnt authorize at 4:10 in the morning. Which needs to be put back on my card for some stupid audit supposedly. Then check out the same guy that heck us in wanted to charge another hundred and some dollars. I said no your not this is unexceptible, he said oh the charges should drop off when you check out and its 6:50 pm i checked out this morning and nothing back on my card i said if its not back on my card all the money i am going to call my attourney.

Restaurant and bar staff are amazing. Very friendly and accommodating shuttle service. Some, not all front desk staff unhelpful and rude. Zero housekeeping even when requested. I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It’s a little away from all of the hustle and bustle yet close enough to shopping and restaurants and Lambeau. This time, however, I noticed the lamp shades had some cracks and holes, the bedding didn’t smell fresh. I think it needs a little updating. It was clean otherwise so I will continue to stay, unless I start seeing other things let unattended

Room was great, we paid for breakfast and had an option to order or the buffet. We decided to order, there was 6 other people in dining room, they went to the buffet, the girl kept say ing how busy they were, we waited 30 minutes for 2 fried eggs and toast, kept saying they were sooooo busy, she finally told us to eat the buffet because he was too busy to make 2 eggs. Buffet food was barely edible.

The stay was overall very good. The first morning breakfast was lacking severely as it felt like the staff was unprepared for the volume of guests. None of the main courses were available during the time that we were at breakfast. The second morning breakfast was tremendous. Hotel service overall was excellent.

Staff was friendliest I experienced in a long while. I wish there was a larger variety of food at the bar and at breakfast. The woman who ran both was fabulous but I eat very healthy and the salad was mediocre and salad dressing horrible. Not her fault.

We had 2 rooms. I used one card for booking, then switched to another card for payment. They put 1 room on each card which wasn’t agreed to. Otherwise stay was fine. Rooms were a little overpriced for quality and location. I’m used to paying $30-$40 less for this kind of property even in larger cities. Breakfast buffet was only $10.99 but lacking quality. Food was cold, sausage tasted like it has been there for 4 hours. Not fresh.
