Broken beer bottle glass in the parking lot. Noticed it after I parked. Thankfully I did not get a flat. Moved much of the glass out from under my car with my foot. The fact that you pay $5 a night to park makes that frustrating.

Our room was really nice. We had a suite with a wall that divided the sleeping area from the living area. Unfortunately the sofa bed was hard and uncomfortable. Website said it was a double mattress when it was really a twin. Indoor pool was freezing cold. My kids only wanted to swim for a little bit because they were so cold.

Would have rated it the highest star, but we had such problems with our room trying to regulate the heat. The only way we could get it to work was if we cranked it up to 85 and when it hit 85 turn it down to about 75. Then it would go immediately to 67 or 68. Also did not know that they charge a fee for parking your car there. It’s only $4.08 so I guess I’d have to say really?

Hotel is very nice . The bar is not open on Sundays or Mondays. They are now charging $4.00 to park in there lot even though you are staying at the hotel ?

Needs updating. Beds are terrible - they sink in the middle. Pillows were awful. Tub faucet dripped constantly. TV had 2 lines down the screen. Room was very dusty. Positive note - it was quiet.

The hotel was definitely well ridden and not adequately maintained or cleaned. Our room was full of pet hair that should have been vacuumed. The carpets were very much needing vacuuming and shampooing. The bathroom fixtures showed plentiful wear, cracks, dust, and grime. Our make-up mirror was completely rusted over. How does that get looked at by any staffer and deemed okay? For being rated over a 9 on this site, I honestly feel duped.

The rooms were so dirty,the furniture had stains on it and the mirrors had fingerprints. When we brought it to the attention of the staff,they seemed like they were not surprised. They did offer us another room which we did take,but it was only marginally better. We won't be back

The bathroom faucet had a chronic leak with water damage on counter behind sink. They didn't fix in the 9 days I was there. I don't like having a bathtub instead of a shower. Lighting in bathroom not adequate. Elevators were the slowest I have ever seen. Elevator floors had buckling material. Elevators were too warm. Freezer in lobby was broken the whole 9 days. I was unable to get a frozen dinner which would have been helpful. I could leave through the back door of the hotel but not get back in because the card mechanism was broken and not fixed while I was there. The shades on the window were excellent. Several people at the front desk were friendly.

Hotel over all is in good condition. Rooms are nice and unlike other hotels, we did not hear a lot of noise from the hallway. Beds were okay but the pillows we awful like all hotels. Overall stay was good but they could work on their cleanliness. For instance, look up when you are cleaning the bathrooms. Ours had stains around the shower light and on parts of the ceiling. Big cobwebs in the corners of the pool area. Their is supposed to be no drinks or food allowed in the pool area, however, we took our son down to swim at around 8am and there was beer cans, cups, towels and chips all over the place. We would not let our son in there until they cleaned it so we told the front desk. They use way to much chlorine, I guess that is instead of cleaning it. Breakfast was hotel average, normal watery eggs and sausage. They charge for parking and for using your credit card, even though they are a cashless hotel.

Property area is safe. The room itself could be cleaned better. Sofa couch had crumbles of something. Some marks on walls. Noticed large watermarks on hallway floors and ceilings. Woman at the front desk seemed nice, but not very engaged. Bartender very welcoming and friendly. The apples and oranges served were moldy. The warm breakfast was gross, but the toast, cereal and yogurt options are nice. Pool is much smaller in person, not ideal for kids under 7ish. Elevator is veryyyyyy slow. Everyone complained everytime we got on it. Providing this detail so the property is aware.

The location was awesome— just a short walk to the Resch Center and Lambeau Field just beyond. The king suite rooms are set up with a separate living/work space and a bedroom area behind a partial wall. This set-up worked great to have a small gathering with the other couple we were traveling with, without having to feel like our private sleeping area was on display. Nice amenities. We missed out on breakfast when we slept in, but our friend said there was a good selection.

Starting with check-in, i had a feeling this was going to be a great stay...was able to check in 90 minutes early! Desk person was super nice. Got our room key and headed up...on the second floor room 230. Walked in and it was nice, what we needed for the night. Looking out to Lambeau was a bonus! Sat on bed and everything went down hill from there. The bed sagged in the middle, hard still, pillows were feather pillows that had ZERO comfort or support. Sofa felt like a giant brick with zero give. Bathroom tiles were loose and lots of rust around the fixtures. Needless to say we will NOT stay here in the future. Bummer, great location for events!

The room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the room set up, having a separate bedroom from the living room area. Linens were fresh and comfy, and the room's climate control worked well and comfortable temperatures were easy to maintain. Whoever cleaned our room did a wonderful job. On the first night of our stay, the fire alarm woke us up at 2am. It was very scary and we had to call down the the front desk to be told it was a false alarm, no other explanation.This incident ruined our family's night of sleep as it was hard to go back to sleep afterwards. The next morning, while eating breakfast, the woman who was working as the breakfast attendant was acting very hostile and talking to herself. She was clearly unhappy about her job and making all of the guests uncomfortable. The pool area was fun although we had to ask to have maintenance clear debris out of the pool first, including a big ball of hair.

Beautiful place with a great breakfast included. However, staff is super hard to find. At night, around 630pm, no one to be found. Then again an hour later. Then in morning same thing. The hot tub jets were out of order and it was a little dirty. Other than that, room was very clean and comfortable. Convenient location.

We love staying there. It's in great condition and an easy walk to bars, restaurants and Lambeau Field. We only talked with 2 employees. The young lady that checked us in was great! On Saturday night the bartender was grumpy and rude to some people. He wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible!

It wasn't as clean as it could have been, but overall nice facilities. For the price the breakfast was not great, very scant and then everything was removed by 9:30. I was surprised to find a $30 charge for parking on the bill. I've never had to pay to park at a hotel I was staying at. Pretty disappointed. I think next time I'll try one of the other stadium side hotels.

Fine stay - room showed its wear but was perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was pretty sad- out of a lot of things when we got there at 8 and no replenishment done. We didn’t use workout or pool area but checked it out and it looked very nice!

We had a trip to michigan amd stayed here on the way home. It was our favorite place by far. It was so clean, the room was huge, the shower was awesome. Breakfast was great. All the things! We will be back!
