We were excited to book this property because it has an indoor pool. When checking in we were told they were undergoing renovations but the pool was open. What they failed to tell us was the sign on the pool door that says “pool temp low, swim at your own risk”. The pool temp wasn’t low, it was frigid! The room wasn’t even warm, and I’d guess the water was 50-60. The room itself was nice and the bed comfortable. We liked that the pull out sofa had everything we needed in the closet so my daughter could use it. However, at 5:30 in the morning the hvac unit (behind the grate in the wall) started beeping and woke us all up. We decided to just check out early and head on home. We usually like doubletree, but I would rather the hotel be upfront about the amenities rather than wait until we check in.

Family reunion in North Carolina. Great customer service. The shower head was rusted and unappealing and the main elevator was down so the service elevator was only option and it was small and cramped.

Everything was wonderful the people were nice building was clean room was clean with a great view. We stayed on the 10th floor and could see fireworks in 4 different areas. The only down side was the main elevator being down and everyone having to use tie service elevator. The wait time was a litte extended at times but everyone understood. The steps were not an option. All and all we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was awesome. The room was clean, shower had great water pressure and they gave me a cookie… I really have nothing I could complain about. The elevators aren’t working and you have to use a really tiny one that I could see posing some accessibility issues for someone in a wheelchair though.

I am used to the Doubletree brand and the quality that the brand brings to their guests. Unfortunately, this particular Doubletree resort hotel wasn’t up to par. Nobody knew which ice machine was working. The one on our floor was not working the entire time we were there. The rugs, the elevator, the bathroom shower they all seem to have been remodeled a few years back, but they’re not well maintained, and therefore they are wearing out and getting stained and dirty way far too soon. The AC downstairs was not working in the lobby in the workout room. The elevators were just dirty and the tracks where the elevator door goes on, were filled with debris and just like nobody’s bothered to vacuum or even wipe down. The restaurant that is there is beyond what should even exist at a Doubletree hotel. We went to the lobby to ask them which Flor had a working ice machine. They could tell me they had no idea. The pool had some kind of suds or floating on the top. It was gross

Bedding was dirty with blood stains on it, bathroom was also dirty with pubic hair in shower, on toilet seat, and in sink, also multiple towels had pubic hair embedded in them. Room did not have a mini-fridge as advertised, one was brought up but never got cold over night destroying our medication that needed refrigerating. Waa told there would be a refund, one was given and then taken back out of our account. Was given honors points as well, but still waiting on refund.

Facility was run down looking and dirty. We had to have staff come and sanitize our bathroom. They were really friendly about this and gave us a breakfast comp for the inconvenience. However, breakfast area was also dirty, food was inedible. Overall, I would not return to a doubletree after this experience.

It was not up to a Double Tree standard. I did see a sign that they were renovating. My bathroom was full of mold in the tub area and around soap dish The employee were all nice and polite.

The staff member we dealt with was very efficient and pleasant. The room was very clean. We loved the spaciousness and the arrangement of furniture. The bath products provided had a very light pleasant smell. The bed was perfectly soft and supportive. The pillows felt amazing! On the flip side, the water in the shower was barely warm. The noise from the freeway caused me to sleep with ear plugs. And it would have been nice to have a mini fridge.

We were here for only one night on our way to Atlanta, but the hotel was beautiful, the room was very comfortable, excellent internet connection and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

I really loved the bottle water and cookie at check-in. I also loved the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion that was offered. I thought it was strange that they have two elevators and the I had to search for the bar. I didn’t care for the pool being inside but I bet it’s great for the winter. I also missed there being a fridge and microwave to store and heat up my food. Overall it was okay.

The room was very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was nice and refreshing. Only thing my room didn’t have is a refrigerator. I was disappointed in that. I had a connecting room with friends. Their room had a refrigerator so I was able to use theirs so not a major problem

Clean rooms, comfortable stay. Young lady at front desk was not helpful. We asked for 2 towels, she said they would be up shortly but they never came. Next day I told her the sugar was out at the coffee station. She said they didn’t have anymore but she was more interested in continuing her conversation with the security guard.

The front desk and restaurant staff had the worst customer service skills, especially Christen. This was not my first time staying at Doubletree but it’s sure my last time staying at Doubletree. I would not recommend it.

Our room had no mini fridge when we booked, front desk stated that if we would like one they could get a fridge sent up to us. Within minutes we had a working fridge in our room. Our stay was great no issues with hotel except it’s next to a busy highway and you could hear road noise.

Had lot's of parking, mall was only 5 minutes away, greensboro complex was 3 minute drive, could've walked but decided to just drive, lots of food trucks about 2 minutes from the hotel, lot's of homeless around but not to close to the hotel, all the staff was friendly.

The wait was extremely horrible we had to wait four hours to get a room that had mold in the shower..we were guven a very good cookie and a complementary breakfast that was not good at all..boxed eggs potatoes that looked like they were cooked the day before.. The staff where very nice especially at the front desk. After waiting gor hiurs to get checked in the hotel staff awoke us eatly by attempting to enter our room for cleaning prior to checkout time. Im suprised for this to be a Hilton hotel the quality was not good at all

The pool was ice cold. The room had dirty towels in it. No fridge. Worst experience ever at a hotel. Econo lodge would have been better. The breakfast wasn’t free which was stated in check in
