The room was nice, and I liked that it had a table for my laptop, a fridge, and no carpet. There were 2 bottles of water included with the room. yay! The staff at the Starbucks were great both mornings. Know that there is ample parking on site, but it is an additional $20/day. Also you may want to bring your own soap and shampoo. They only offer those large shared bottles with no ingredients listed in them.

The room was spotless. The bar was so relaxing. The food within the bar was so delicious. And this is very quiet hotel. The area of the pool was located right off the lobby, but it wasn’t disturbing anyone and it was so nice! Definitely will return. I hate that you have to pay to park (as a guest), to me that should be included, but I also understand that basically everywhere in Nashville charges for parking. It’s just a shame. The other thing I personally didn’t like, was the down pillows. My neck and shoulders were killing me after 2 nights of using them. I will definitely bring my own pillow next visit. Otherwise, perfect place to stay. The corner room was an LOVELY room!

Hotel has been remodeled and has turned out really nice. Pool area was very well kept. Just know ahead of time they have turned their parking lot into airport parking. So you are now charged nightly to park there.

Really loved how timely the shuttle was. It ran from roughly 4:30am to 11:45pm like clockwork. The pool was outstanding, restaurant was open super late, and gym was decent. Only thing missing was a hot tub, but overall great!

Nice hotel. Appreciate the free shuttle service! A safe hotel, however had about 10 vehicle break-in’s (thankfully we just Uber’d!). Staff was great and very friendly. Also appreciated the Tap House to grab a quick bite for convenience. We were so busy with festivities and didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it’s not right in town which is nice if you want a quiet stay.

Was great until I walked into the bathroom to find hair on every inch of the floor, and then a giant wig worth of hair in the shower drain. The good things are that the room was huge and otherwise clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would have otherwise given this hotel a much higher rating, but the state of the bathroom left a bad taste in my mouth. Something as simple as cleaning out the shower drain made me question how much cleaning they really do between guests if they left that much hair scattered around the bathroom.

I was expecting much more from this property, as it has a four star classification. I will say that the lobby area is clean, bright and inviting. Beyond that I struggle to find any redeeming qualities about this hotel. The parking lot did not feel safe at all. There were people hanging out in cars at all hours smoking weed-and it was dimly lighted. The room was just average and the bathroom still had hair in the shower along with small patches of mold. When I went to use the body wash provided in the shower I found that it was entirely empty. The bed had seen better days and the “banket” on the bed was more like a second sheet. It was also extremely noisy within the room. Not only could I hear my neighbors clearly while in the room, I could hear them all the way down the hall as I walked to the elevator. I had reservations elsewhere, but decided to book here due to a last minute deal on Expedia. If you find yourself in a similar position I hope you don’t make the same mistake I did.

My room was dirty. There was a white substance on the counter and desk. The floor had the same some sort of dust. The shower had hair. On top of this I checked out and was charged an additional charge and I have yet to speak to anyone as they keep sending me to voicemail.

Overall nice. AC wasn’t very effective, they don’t use covered duvets but instead put a sheet over and below it so not the most clean thing. Parking you had to pay for. Stated I only need one night of parking and still was charged twice. Came back from a wedding and had to hike in from the parking lots that were pretty dark and not the safest for a woman solo.

The location was good but the air conditioning was not working properly and it was uncomfortable, the WIFI was out and inconsistent throughout our entire trip. We were in town for my brother’s funeral. We called a few times about the WIFI and were just told sorry. I had to speak to a manager who took off the parking charges to accommodate us. That was nice, but I would have rather had something additional for our inconvenience and discomfort.

Part of the reason we stayed here was the free shuttle to the airport. So much for that...the shuttle at 6 and 630 were reserved for airline crew. When we checked in the previous night I asked if we needed to sign up for a time slot, the lady said just show up. Nope Sonnesta you owe me $20 for Lyft

Quality of the room and hotel were average overall. Seemed a little run down with some things in the room broken and missing parts. The staff was friendly, but when we asked for fixes for our coffee machine and TV remote, there was no follow through. Having to pay for parking seemed excessive since we were not directly in the city and there was a spacious lot. I also wish they had different pillow options on hand because the pillows provides were extremely soft and offered no neck support. The room was relatively clean, but with some spots and dust in places.

I had purchased a room with a king bed. When I got there they gave me a key, I went to the room and there was a double. No big deal! Went downstairs to let them know and a manager walked over and cut me off. He said that a Group had overbooked their kings and not closed their link. I said I wasn't with the group. He mockingly said in a super slow and paused voice....I .....didn't.....say....you.....were.....as...I .....was....saying....gave me a sass look...and said that is why it is not available. I asked if there was anything for my wife and I and he sent me to a handicap accessible room. When going in there it looks like the room was barely cleaned.....what looked to be blood was all over the sink amongst other things. After the interaction with Mr. Sass downstairs, I chose to just clean their crap and go about my stay.....overbooked and blamed some group coming in, rude management and a dirty room....noooot good.

When I arrived at the property at mid-night due to heavy traffic the night shift staff member told me there weren’t any rooms but I told her that I had a reservation and she continued to tell me all the rooms were sold out. The staff was rude and unprofessional. After several attempts we finally were able to get a room unfortunately it was at different hotel that they paid for. The hotel we were sent to was mediocre. The next day we arrived back at the original hotel and the morning staff was very pleasant and gave us our room that we paid for.

Very nice property with a beautiful view! The shuttle to and from the airport is a lifesaver! Checking in I had a few special requests where Tad was very attentive and assisted in the best possible way! Tad, I appreciate your attention to detail and courteousness! Even though the property is a little further away from the nightlife and things I will definitely be back because of Tad. Other front staff were very friendly and helpful as well with info on late checkout, etc. Appreciate the hospitality! Excellent job, Sonesta!

We’ve stayed a few times before and have always had a great experience. This time we booked a 2nd room for my son and his family to also stay for a visit to Nashville. The location is convenient to the airport and major road (Bailey Pkwy, Donelson Pike, etc.) and to I-40. It’s a quick drive to downtown Nashville without the noise and crowds of staying downtown. We’ll definitely be back again.

The Tap restaurant located in the hotel needs to improve the cleanliness in the area where the buffet is located. Guest dropped food on the floor and serving station and the food remained there for at least 45 minutes creating a slip and fall situation.

This was not our first stay at Sonesta Nashville Airport, although it has been over a year since our last visit. I don’t remember paying for parking before, so I was surprised by the parking fee. At check-in on 09/12/2026, we were asked if we had a vehicle and were simply told to scan a QR code to pay. Not every guest is comfortable with everything being digital. Why not give guests the option to scan or add the parking fee to their room? The front desk also needs better training. We were handed our keys with no explanation of our room location, breakfast, pool, gym, business center, ice machines, or other amenities. Having worked front desk at a smaller hotel, I was trained to provide this information without guests having to ask. The front desk is the face and first impression of a hotel, and simply handing out key cards is not good hospitality. On the positive side, the food and beverage staff were GREAT! We had dinner at Tap House Restaurant, and our server, Samih, was polite, attentive, and informative. Breakfast is in the same area, farther inside the restaurant, and the breakfast staff were also friendly and attentive. Overall, the dining staff provided excellent service. The hotel itself is fine and the food service team deserves recognition, especially Samih. Unfortunately, the front desk fell short and seriously needs proper hospitality and customer-service training.

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was fine overall, except for one issue. When we returned to our room on the second evening, we noticed that it had not been cleaned at all. There was no housekeeping service, no fresh towels, and the coffee supplies were not replenished. Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel.

The parking package for traveling out of the airport is excellent. I think I only paid $6.50 a day went on a weeklong cruise. The rooms were nice. I spent one night before I flew out and one night when we returned in that room had a few issues. One with the showerhead and one with the toilet it kept refilling, but the room was clean and location is great. They have excellent free shuttle to the airport. Highly recommend.
