Sam's Town has several Charge Point EV chargers. Several non-guests are using these chargers (sitting in their cars) excluding hotel guests. Room was VERY nice with what appeared to be all new furnishings. Laser and water show was fun! Good bowling on site. Good theaters on site as well. Plenty of food options.

We were on the 9th floor overlooking the enclosed atrium which allowed a great view of the waterfall laser show. The resort has a casino, bowling alley and movie theater. We also found McDonald's, Dunkin, Subway, an ice cream store, along with many bar's. Also a souvenir store with beverages. Even a cute pathway with lighted trees. The room was comfortable and the beds and pillows were fine. A big bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Sam's town.

Several dining options were great, and the food in the café was wonderful. Two of the three elevators to get to the rooms were broken, so everyone had to cram into one elevator, which was horrible.

Property itself and amenities are good, the area around it is a little rough. Also, trying to find where the entrance is was a chore, then finding the check-in desk was too. Same with the pool. The exercise room is a joke.

This hotel is on the east side of Las Vegas. Fairly quiet compared to those on the strip. The indoor garden and water fall is nice. They also have water fall show every night.

We found the place to be very clean and well-maintained. When we called housekeeping to request something, they responded quickly and were extremely polite and helpful. Overall, the service was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.

Clean from Top to bottom, side to side. As someone who is a clean freak, it was refreshing to see a hotel that was not only in good repair but very clean. I always like when you walk into your room and it not only looks clean but smells clean. If I had to find fault, the mattresses was a little too hard for me. But my personal preference is a softer mattress. Kudos to the maintenance and cleaning staff!

Went to this hotel with my kids and it was a nice ambience and such. The rainforest area in the middle of the hotel is a vibe and all. After a long ass drive from Cali to there we got our room and it was literally not clean and I guess nobody was on that floor to clean it because other visitors had the same issue not once but twice. They did give us another room on annother floor and although I was a bit nervous that the same thing would happen to me as the other person it was quite fine and the rest of our stay was good.

The room was comfortable and didn't feel cramped or stuffy. We had a room that looked into the atrium - it was lovely. We had a king sized bed. It was odd that it only had 3 pillows instead of 4 so that we could each have 2. We were also there for a couple of days and didn't know we would need to request to have the room cleaned after the first night. Those were the only downsides which weren't bad at all.

I asked the front desk staff if I could get a room in a quiet area and they tried their best to accommodate my request. The room was on a pretty quiet floor and was large and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, nice TV, refrigerator, and immediate hot water. I wish they had a coffee maker in the room though.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a view of the park. The park is always nice to walkt through. I would have given a 5 star review, but the room was very warm. The temperature was set at 68 degrees, I am not able to sleep in a room that is not a steady cool temperature. 65 degrees would have been comfortable. When i got out of the shower it was difficult to cool down because there's not an air vent in the restroom. It gets humid. It's our third time staying there and I don't remember having an issue with the room temperature before.

I booked the room on short notice, only a few days before our trip. The room was priced slightly higher than your stereotypical budget hotel but nearly half of what it would have cost to stay “On The Strip”. Our room was clean, spacious and current styling - we were very pleased with our room. We came on our trip specifically to see a concert at Allegiant Stadium. The stadium was about a 20 minute drive from the hotel, an easy drive on surface streets. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

If you need to be in that area of town, it's decent. The rooms are nice, though the walls are beyond paper-thin. You can hear everything you neighbors say. I bring earplugs. The restaurant & shops are nice in the Mystic Falls area, which many of the rooms overlook.

We enjoy staying here. We have not stayed there for a while so security has changed. A manager checked us in and did not tell us about having to use the room key to work the elevator. I had to walk to the front again to then be told how to work it. Post it in the elevator and that would solve any problem. We love the laser show.

Very disappointing experience. Their service was absolutely subpar—practically nonexistent. I booked a stay for five days and was given one of the worst view rooms imaginable, despite specifically requesting a room with a better view. The staff initially assured me it wouldn’t be a problem, but clearly did not follow through. The next day, I requested a room upgrade. The staff member said it would cost $15, and I agreed. However, he then claimed the system wasn’t working and said he would make a note and process it later. It was frustrating, inconvenient, and showed a complete lack of willingness to help. The hotel itself was nice, but management seriously needs to improve staff training and accountability. Service quality matters just as much as the property.

Clean comfortable rooms. Staff freindly and professional. My biggest complaint was the lack of signs. There was no directions to the hotel office and the place was huge. Traveled all day , tired and had to take a long hike to find someone to ask for directions.

Older property, but very well kept and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really, the only downside was that its in a lousy part of town. But the parking structures have security guards for what that's worth. Food options consist of fast food joints in a food court.

Sam's Town is approximately 6 miles east of the Las Vegas strip (15 minutes by car) with no parking fees. The resort fees are half of what's being charged on the strip. The in house restaurants, movie theaters, 56 lane bowling, bingo, and many more amenities at this beautiful and well run hotel. I have visited and stayed at Sam's Town Hotel dozens of times since the 1980's. I have always felt safe here, it's also very family friendly.

Nice room, nice bed. Fridge but no microwave. Check-in desk is a long ways for and older woman who has difficulty walking to navigate (through unpleasant cigarette smoke filled casino). Had to stop 3 times to catch my breath. We love Sam's Town, but because of difficulty and the distance to walk to check-in, we will probably not stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay. The staff is freindly and helpful and everything is easy to get to. The only downsize was the size of the fitness center. It was on the small size and could use an upgrade. We had dinner at the Angry Butcher and it was one of the best meals we had and from the drinks to the salad to the main course and dessert was a highlight of the trip. The next time we plan a visit we will definately return.

Samstown is a bit rundown in general, but still a really good place to stay. They could improve their air quality and just general trash around the parking garage and inside the hotel. Great restaurant options room service would be awesome if they had it.

We loved the hotel! It was clean and the room was great. Bed was so comfortable and all the staff took such good care of us! We enjoyed our stay while on our road trip and will definitely come back when coming through this area again. Lots of restaurants choices and had fun playing the slots too!

Our stay was pleasant but We missed TGIFs and the Wheel of Fortune slots. Not many places to have breakfast. Server at McDonald's was serving food and working the register, handling money with no gloves so we chose not to eat there.
