Hotel Los Patios

I liked the caring staff. They work very hard to please their guests. For the price point, it is a relaxing and tranquil resort especially when sitting by the pool. Nice size pool. It would have been great if the jets worked on the whirlpool to rest the sore muscles after a long day of walking. Not a big deal though. Great complementary breakfast each morning. Perfect hotel when on a budget.

En general la estadía en Hotel Los Patios, fue excelente, sin embargo creo que deben de cuidar ciertos aspectos, como la atención del personal, que si bien es cordial y amable no hay ninguna ayuda en lo que se refiere al manejo de equipaje,no hay instalaciones adecuadas para personas de la tercera edad o minusválidos. Parra llegar a la recepción hay que subir 8 escalones cargando el equipaje. Esta fue la segunda ocasión en que me hospede después de un viaje corto. Dias antes me había hospedado por una noche En esta ocasión hable con una de las personas que creo está al frente de la administración (Lorena), le explique mi experiencia anterior y solucionó mi situación con una muy buena habitación en la planta baja. Las instalaciones son excelentes, así como el servicio y limpieza de las habitaciones. Habitaciones amplias con excelentes baño. La alberca es espectacular con una temperatura muy agradable para usarse a cualquier hora. El desayuno tipo bufett incluido, es variado y cambia todos los dias Mi estancia en esta ocasión fue de 4 noches. Fuera de lo detalles que mencione, SI VOLVERÍA a hospedarme en este hotel

El hotel es cómodo y acogedor. Tiene una piscina con agua templada muy agradable. El desayuno es mejor que el de otros hoteles de la misma categoría. El personal es muy amable. Está muy cerca de Cabo San Lucas en coche.

Hermoso hotel, familiar y tranquilo. La piscina está climatizada y el área de alberca es cómodo. Las habitaciones son limpias. Están en buenas condiciones, ofrecen mantas para la temporada de frio. El bufette es rico y el pay no se diga 😍 Lo único negativo es que el internet fallo mucho, los azulejos de la piscina están rotos en algunas partes pueden llegar a lastimar. Pero son cosas mínimas. Que no afectan la estadía.

Esta propiedad no cumple con todo lo que brinda,el desalluno es pobre y no cuenta con una variedad adecueda,aunque el servicio,la limpieza y el savor son buenos,dicen que cuentran con transportacion a los alrededores pero deven de especificar que es con cargo y no lo brinda el hotel,ellos llaman a alguien que por decir dan un buen servicio,pero no pertenecen al hote,la piscina cuenta con moho y suciedad en todas sus paredes y los colchones de la habitacion que nos toco contiene acaros,mi esposa regreso con muchas picadas y la entrada del hotel necesita reparacion,los carros chocan por debajo cuando van a entrar a la propiedad,yo diria que las habitaciones necesitan reparacion estas demaciadas antiguas

We really enjoyed the warm pool. Court yard and pool area very pleasing. Had soothing music, instead of loud annoying music, like we have experienced at other places. Free breakfast not your typical Continental, delicious food choices...

Floor was dirty. How about putting some GRASS on the patio?? Coffee was mediocre at best. No jets in hot tub? U need to change that. Pool was nice, but way to warm. I do not like swimming in a bathtub. And the food I had(guac and chips,) made me sick when I came home.. It was gross.

Very clean and friendly staffs, with a relaxed atmosphere. Great breakfast. Small issues like our room Wi-Fi were slow so not much of entertainment and our safe didn't work, overall was a great stay.

La limpieza es muy buena, el hotel es muy cómodo y agradable, está en muy buenas condiciones, el personal es amable, la comida del bufete es buena en haberla, la alberca es un atractivo a destacar

Our stay at Los Patios was wonderful! My family and I traveled for spring break this March. Staff were very friendly, check in was very easy, the room was very clean, my boys really enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast buffet had great options. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed 2 years ago always book more than 1 room. Pool is heated the hot tub isn’t much warmer (a few years back it was warmer) great water pressure in shower, hot water at taps and bottles of water 2 supplied each night. Love the bathroom set up great for a family, comfortable beds, like having patio/balcony in each room. Fairly soundproof, no access to kitchenette however like having small fridge for kids snacks and cold water. adequate bench for suitcases, I do like this hotel and stay each time before my flight out. Like seeing Raul’s face at 12 option breakfast Buffett. The dining room upgraded the floors, fixtures in past 2 years. Could use some basic upkeeps like lock on bathroom was broken. They always set up rooms for 2 people we always need 2 rooms set up for 7-12 people as family often comes with us for a night. Towels yes, makeup mirror, blow dryer and ironing board on site. Great storage! Need a car or Didi to get around, 10 min drive to Medano beach (go under overpass to cut off time) The La Taquiera across street and “the Diner” are excellent choices. The hotel offers a kitchen open till 9:30 and food onsite is excellent and clean kitchen. Only wish is that the front desk night and day staff I never get the stated deal when I choose an extra night on site. Face cloths would be nice and we travel 3 hours each year which is bumpy my boy gets carsick and I’m always threatened with extra charges for what life brings. So it’s a 75/100 type of stay for the value!

Air conditioning could be better

This is a quaint little hotel. It wasn't bad but just didn't hit the mark for me. The location is the worst. It's on a highway that you have to cross dangerously like a bad game of real life frogger. I use collectivos a lot but had to switch to Uber because it was too dangerous to run across the highway especially at night. The highway noise filled my room too and made it hard to sleep without earplugs. Breakfast was small and not overly amazing. Simple fruit and chilaquilas and pancakes and poorly cooked eggs. The room itself was decent but the wifi was not working. Which also means that the smart tv didn't work. Pool is cute. One reason I chose this as it seemed close to Medano Beach. It was not that close. I had to cross the highway and hike a ways to get to the beach. I ended up checking out a day early and switching to a different hotel. Staff were friendly but also didn't engage much.

Everything was perfect, except for the fact that there was not hot water in room 201

Rooms were nice, restaurant was good, service was good. Very quiet being on a busy street. Bed is simply too hard. Very typical for Mexico but still too hard

Todo ha sido increíble, el personal muy atento y servicial, las instalaciones tal cual lo especifican, la considero una gran estancia.

En general , bien a excepción del trato en Recepcion, les falta más tacto

The check in process was terrible, the man at the check in, was kind of rude. They wanted us to stay at a room that was way behind the complex, at the end, no view at all, and finally he agreed that there was a room well located.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool area was very comfortable.

Checkin was uneventful, internet and room tv didn’t work and the person working didn’t seem to care. The rooms are basic and ok for 1 nights stay. The morning. Breakfast was good.

nothing is special good or bad. but obviously the location is quite inconvenient for activity or meals whithout transportation while staying.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado y puedes trasladarte a cualquier punto de Cabo San Lucas o San José del Cabo

A small hotel but it has everything you need within it. Its clean, friendly staff, a nice pool that doesn't get overcrowded, and an on-site restaurant with good food. It's also a 5-minute drive to Walmart and Costco, and 10 minutes to the Marina so you can realax in the hotel away from lots of people and vendors and go enjoy the sites of the city on your terms. The only negative would be is that you cant really walk anywhere around it, but i would still recommend the hotel given the relaxed atmosphere, cleanliness and that its so easy to acess the highway and a quick drive to wherever you need to be.

Great value. Property is nicely kept and maintained. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast very good and the staff friendly. Overall a pleasant experience. I just didn’t care for the location, not very convenient, busy highway and driving in Cabo is not for the faint of heart.

En general todo bien, la comida muy buena, la atención excelente lo único es que no hay muchas opciones cercanas y el cruce de la carretera está peligroso

The hotel itself is great, but you will need some transportation to go anywhere outside the hotel. It is not possible to just go out for a walk as it sits on the side of highway

Ca!m environment. Not crazy Cabo...calm Cabo. Close enough to Walmart and marina. Short drive to both.

The property was super clean ! Awesome pool area with the best pool loungers we have ever used at a resort ! Beds were very comfortable and shower had great pressure ! We wished we were able to cross the street without having to risk injury - so the location was not ideal for that reason however a $5 Uber ride did get us to most places with ease !

Very pleasantly surprised. Very nice heated pool and lounging area. Breakfast was good. Drinks were a bit expensive. But all good

Great place to stay! Breakfast was tasty and staff were very helpful. We appreciated having a Pack N Play available for our baby. The pool area was beautiful and very clean, and the water temperature was comfortable for swimming. Would gladly stay here again!

Wow, the included meals were amazing and fresh OJ and coffee each morning was so refreshing. The pool is heated and in the center so it feels private and quiet. Bar area is not noisy considering it's a bar! I preferred that the area was not right in tourist central but you are a 40min walk to a swimmable beach. Staff was amazing. Non smoking too and the local plants all thru the hotel feels like you're in your own Spanish style house
