Good location but No parking access on the property. Bell boy need to get car for you at all times . No microwave or coffee machine in the suite. Had few bathroom issues but were resolved for the time being. Small pool nice to relax.

Seven Crown brilla por la atención de todo el personal desde las mucamas hasta el personal de recepción, penosamente las instalaciones no son las mejores, rentamos la habitación de más alta categoría y lo único que tenía distinto era el espacio, forzosamente el check in es a las 3 pm y lo terrible de esto es que nos dieron una habitación que estaba sucia, pero el personal lo solucionó rápidamente cambiándonos a otra habitación que estaba más sucia con las camas manchadas de maquillaje y muchos pelos… pero la recepcionista no desistió y buscó al personal de aseo para que nos entregaran adecuadamente la habitación, después d tres intentos se logró. El restaurante que tiene no es de ellos es de alguien externo y la atención algo mala, tiene un gym el cual el segundo día ya no servían dos caminadoras, la alberca y áreas verdes correctamente mantenidas. Seve crown está ubicado sobre una avenida llena de comercios y muy cerca de la Marina, pero la calle que está atrás es algo peligrosa, existe un bar muy ruidoso que cierra a las 4 am (usa tapones para descansar adecuadamente) el estacionamiento funciona como valetparking todos los días lo acomodan por ti y todos los días lo tienes que pedir. El hotel se encuentra cerca d runa playa pública la cual está muy linda. Este hotel definitivamente es cuando tienes un presupuesto muy bajo y quieres visitar los caños o solo para estar una noche

My room near the front had very loud street noise. A room near the back had very loud night club music til the late hours. Property was adequate but very old. Pool looked dirty and temp was cold. Just be aware that there's no elevator for 3rd floor Queen rooms.

It’s was loud because the hotel is right next to many bars and clubs (we didn’t know) So didn’t Get to sleep to good. Not only that but our rental car was dented on the driver back side while in their care. You have to leave the car keys with the front desk because of limited parking and then the hotel clerk parks it somewhere else. Not safe. And when I spoke with the manager about the dent to the car he said the only way he would pay anything is if there were any charges which there were not because I paid all the insurances to Avis. So nothing was done to make the situation better.

The property is close to everything but the moldy smell in the room, non stop dripping of water and dingy towels that should have been long retired to status of rags (but still stinks of chlorine) could not make me stay another day 😬.

La estadía era buena hasta que a media noche nos despertamos por qué en la cama había chinches, hablamos a recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación pero ya no pudimos descansar agusto. Al comentar la situación con el personal de recepción solo respondió de manera desinteresada que lo iban a checar.

Mi estancia fue un infierno la.primera habitación que me dieron tenía el colchón chinches, reclame y me cambiaron de habitación me pasó lo mismo, volví a reclamar y me volvieron a cambiar de habitación, ya no dormí agusto y les lleve las chinches vivas al personal de recepción, no vuelvo a hospedarme en ese hotel .

Estado fue buena, la habitación necesita limpieza! Las paredes del baño están muy sucias! Las líneas entre azulejos están con mucho moho también en las paredes. El piso también necesita limpieza. El colchón tiene una zanja en la parte derecha! En el restaurante hay una persona con una actitud grandiosa y muy buen servicio al cliente

Viajamos con una persona mayor, como el hotel estaba lleno nos tocó en el tercer piso y no hay elevador. También es muy ruidoso y mi habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado.

Las instalaciones están bien pero el cuarto donde nos tocó 102 mucho ruido, la puerta del baño y de la regadera no sirven, no puedes dormir bien por el ruido fuerte de los autos y camiones

This hotel definitely does not look like the pictures they have on the online. I was moved to a different room because of a “ issue with my room” and from the inside I was able to hear all the cars passing by lie of my door was open. I was only able to sleep 2 hours on my stay the second day. The first day was okay but there was still noise from outside. Don’t come to this hotel if you want a place to sleep well.

Casi todo estuvo bn nada mas el detalle fue la cama nos dieron una habitacion 308 para ser exacto que el colchon estaba ya rn malas condiciones hundido de enmedio cosa que nos hicieron el favor de cambiarnos d habitacion

En realidad mi incomodidad fué con el aire acondicionado, no enfriaba hacia calor dentro del cuarto y la humedad condensaba en el piso, parecía que estaba recién trapeado todo el tiempo, algo desagradable. El agua de la regadera nunca salió caliente sin embargo no era tan necesaria, y no había caja de seguridad solo el esqueleto de una vieja caja sin cerrojo. Por lo demás pues aceptable, en el desayuno unos hievos rancheros muy ricos y servidos con rapidez

This is an older property with small basic rooms that are clean but sparsely furnished. It is located on the main street of cabo with lots of traffic and round the clock noise. But it is conveniently located to walk to the beach and several close local restaurants for breakfast and other meals. About 25 minute walk to marina and excursions.

La habitacion que me hospede era una Jr Suite, es aceptable la cama, la TV es muy pequeña, sin embargo la habitacion no aisla el rudido exterior especialmente con el bar de la esquina que se llama 3 potrillos toda la musica escuchas hasta 3am, lo cual no permite descansar adecuadamente y razon por la cual no recomiendo. El GYM tienen 2 caminadoras pero ninguna de las 2 funciona asi como tambien esta muy sucio casi no dan limpieza.

Tuvieron que movernos a otra habitación por una fuga de agua, el personal rápido tomó acción pero la habitación se veía q le falta mantenimiento y la ropa de cama y toallas dejan mucho que desear. Al menos me hubiera gustado una silla en la habitación.

En general hay un buen servicio, solo sería bueno que pusieran atención a sus cuestiones administrativas internas, nos hicieron bajar a recepción porque supuestamente no tenían registrado el pago de la reservación, sin embargo fue porque la recepcionista no supo revisar su sistema, y por lo cual nisiquiera una disculpa nos ofrecieron, solo se limitaron a decir que ya todo estaba bien. Sería bueno que atendieran las necesidades de los huéspedes: desde que llegamos reportamos que no había jabón para lavarse las manos, en la habitación y nos dijeron que lo atenderían, pero jamás lo hicieron. Las puertas de las habitaciones requieren mantenimiento.

Lady at Front desk was more preoccupied with selling me Tours, instead of of at least trying to cooperate with me in my request for reimbursement from either Seven crowns or Expedia due to my dissatisfaction with the hotel. she really told me” I cannot reimburse you anything neither can Expedia”. She did not bother, asking why I was dissatisfied. The next day, Isabel told me that she could give me a hotel credit for my next day. I have booked many times through Expedia and this was the worst experience.

This is an older property, but the staff, room, and location is great. It’s a great bargain!!! The staff was wonderful; I traveled alone and the gentleman men that where working where very protective. I will definitely stay here when I go again.

Me parecio una excelente ubicacion esta todo muy cerca y centrico, caminando puedes ir a los lugares y plazas como la marina y hay varios restaurantes cerca del lugar.

La habitacion esta bien para llegar a descansar, el dia que llegue estaban limpiando la alberca y la mantuvieron excelente, el personal fue muy amable, las habitaciones son reducidas pero es lo basico para estar a gusto cerca de la playa el medano, y bastantes opciones para comer a todos los presupuestos, tendas y oxxo muy cerca

This hotel is very centrally located for a visit to Cabo San Lucas. It is easy walking distance to many fine restaurants and coffee shops, as well as the beach, for those who like to walk. The staff is very helpful and friendly. When we asked to change rooms because the one we were in, right over a very busy road was so noisy, we were accomodated. The pool is clean but not heated. Every time we asked for bottled water, we were given it promptly. I was nervous about the hotel having a copy of my passport, and when I asked for it back, Ithey explained it is law to have legal ID, so I gave them a copy of my citizenship card to copy and they returned the passport copy no problem. Recommended for those who like an urban experience while visiting Cabo!

Very well located you can walk just about anywhere. On main road so traffic is a bit noisy early morning. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It is definitely an older building and close to the noise of Main Street. Bring some earplugs, it’s also well located and the bed was comfortable. The staff was ever pleasant and helpful. It’s not fancy but you’re not paying a fancy price. Check what the amenities are do you don’t expect more than what they offer

Loved the hotel , tge view from my room was beautiful the view from the roof top and infinity pool was twice as nice ... I highly recommend this hotel however Warning do not eat at the restaurant rip of prices at breakfast i ordered the mole omlette and a glass of oj . What came was a 2 egg omlette with tasteless cheese and a dollop of mole .. no toast no potatoes nothing bill was $29 usa i was still hungry and pissed...

Was there for 3 nights. We had a room in the 4th floor. The room was big but the air conditioner would not go lower than the set temperature they had it. So room was hot all day and night. Theres a night club in ghe back so you can hear the loud music inside your room until late at night. The key card will deactivate every day, so we had to go get activated. Lastly the food was not good, food tasted old from previous days.

En realidad mi incomodidad fué con el aire acondicionado, no enfriaba hacia calor dentro del cuarto y la humedad condensaba en el piso, parecía que estaba recién trapeado todo el tiempo, algo desagradable. El agua de la regadera nunca salió caliente sin embargo no era tan necesaria, y no había caja de seguridad solo el esqueleto de una vieja caja sin cerrojo. Por lo demás pues aceptable, en el desayuno unos hievos rancheros muy ricos y servidos con rapidez

La llave de la regadera del baño no tenía manija, costaba mucho trabajo cerrarla. El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido. Desayunamos en el pequeño restaurant y nos hizo daño la comida.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We needed a last minute place to stay and it was great! I will definitely stay again. The location can't be beat, you literally can walk anywhere you need to go and they have free parking too!
