The hotel is a bit outdated. The pool doesn’t seem desirable. The water is greenish instead of bluish. The hotel also charges for room cleaning daily on top of the room charges. My very first experience staying in a hotel that charges for room cleaning daily. The best of the hotel is only it’s location.

This hotel is in the best area. Restaurants, close mall supermarket was even better than Walmart by the mall. Resort gives you wristbands and is gated so you feel secure. Great pool towels. Great English tv. Awesome sandwich shop below. Hotel has 5 connected restaurants. 3 pools. Roof top bar which we discovered days later. 3 hot tubs. Huge hot tub overlooking the marina. Marina view kitchenette room was amazing as we could watch boats come and go. Hotel tried to charge 5 dollar per day cleaning fee but it was not listed in my expedia purchase so I did not pay it. Taxes were double of expedia quote. Expedia says they give you 50 credit but when I checked out she only gave me 40 as said 10 was for activities credit but no one said that on check in or expedia. Other than these 2 things hotel experience was awesome! Security staff really nice. Great experience.

Always one of my fav stays in Cabo, and a great value for the money. You can beat the location, right on the marina, with easy access to great bars and restaurants. The rooms are updated and spacious, with a nice balcony. Great pool with a swim up bar and outdoor restaurant with a view of the Marina. Highly recommend!

The friendliness and service of Thomas (bartender), Vanessa (house keeping), Rowdy and another Belllnan whose name I forget - just awesome. Bryan in spa was great too! Great trip! Hôtel deserves some updates from owners, but otherwise awesome trip.

This was our second trip to Cabo and there truly is no bad place to stay!! We stayed on the beach for our first trip and we much preferred staying at the marina. We walked to anything we wanted to experience and the dining options were fantastic. Our favorite was the Oyster Bar but we did have wonderful food no matter where we ate with our all inclusive plan. The Pima colada’s at the resort were phenomenal but our favorite drink was the “Dirty Monkey”!!! The staff at the hotel was extremely nice and very helpful. Leonel took great care of us all week making sure we got to our room safely at night and helping us carry any purchases we had. The pool was way too cold to swim so beware—it is not heated! But it was still nice to lay beside the pool in the gorgeous February weather we had. We saw whales, went to Cabo Wabo and did all the things we wanted which were all within walking distance of this resort. We will definitely be back!!!

The location is hard to beat being right off the marina boardwalk. Great pool area, many good food options right there. Staff was very helpful and helped set up many activities like fishing, snorkeling, etc. Used the spa facilities this visit and did the sauna, steamroom, hot tub and cold dip which was great. Was my second time staying there and I'll be happy to return.

The bedroom was infested with cockroaches. They charge $5 a day to clean and sanitation but cockroaches were everywhere. Bathroom, closet, in the kitchen, shower. They washed some of our clothing when we made them aware of the cockroaches but damages dozens of luxury clothing items. The property is non responsive

This used to be our favorite place to stay but it has really gone downhill. Our room had these little flying bugs and we also found a dead cockroach. We asked them to spray the room but it never happened. Also the toilet stopped working and the bathroom door handle was broken. They did fix these two issues. Also the room floor was very dirty, it seems that they don’t mop the floors. Our socks were very dirty from walking aroind the room. Lastly when we were at the pool drinking an energy drink we were told we could not consume outside food, this is freaking ridiculous. I paid for my visit so I should be able to bring in whatever food or drink I want. I’ll never stay here again. Avoid this dump at all costs.

This place has a roach problem! Just gross moved us and then had a ant infestation. Just dirty over bath gross blood on the door dirty by the toilet not kept well or just old and needs to be renovated. I also think I have bedbug bites.

The room was incredible with a large deck overlooking the Marina. The beds were extremely comfortable, showers were great with plenty of hot water. Bars were lame, difficult to get a drink, and not worth it when you did get one. Servers in the restaurant area felt inconvenienced to help. The area outside the hotel is insane with relentless vendadores. The hotel is gated, so is very safe, gate guards are extremely kind and helpful. It does get loud at night with music from the marina but we were able to sleep comfortably despite that.

Marina Fiesta is in a good location and very walkable to many shops, restaurants and activities. It does get a little noisy at times but it was bearable. The place was clean and well maintained but it is an older building and lacks modern charging outlets for devices. I would stay there again.

Staff was friendly and the pool area is great. Close to everything in the downtown area. Rooms are in need of a refresh. The air conditioning system is frustrating. The fan never shuts off and it blows right on the bed. We had a few issues with bugs. Overall it was fine for our stay because we weren’t in the facility much.

The room that we got as an upgrade was small and the bed was a small queen or a full. They were doing work 2 of the days and the work started at 7:30 am. The ac didn’t work well, and there was no screen so I could not leave the door open for cool air. It was a nice place just a few little things that was not cool.

Upon check in staff did not make us aware of using the sister hotel or shuttles. Noisy pool area with competing music and conversations. Pool staff hard working and lovely. Went for a free coffee at 6:50am in the lobby but was turned away because not available until 7am. Had to pay at pool. End of stay the staff “forgot” to include $50 resort credit in final bill and daily activity fee and tax due upon check out. Activities included a day of bingo at the pool and another game on another day. Otherwise during two tropical storms most things shut down.

Not bad. Not excellence. Average but a couple of things bumped it into the ‘7.5 out of 10’ rating for us… 1. For the price offered on Expedia, it was worth it considering we had to fly in a day early to avoid missing our reservation at our primary resort, due to Hurricane Beryl. To purchase through Expedia as well as arrange airport transportation from Cabo (for 2)… for one night… all under $150 made it worth it. 2. Location is everything. We know Cabo pretty well and come at least once a year. To be situated directly on the marina, which is always lively, was the greatest benefit. We normally catch a cab to the marina from resorts at least twice a week when here but staying directly on the marina was the biggest plus for us here. The rooms are older… not modern. Every bathroom needs a fan… not so here. The shower and sink faucets are broken. Think ‘adobe’ style resort. Yet, for one night versus being delayed for 2 days due to the hurricane? It was worth it. 7.5 out of 10 rating.

For the price offered on Expedia, it was worth it considering we had to fly in a day early to avoid missing our reservation at our primary resort, due to Hurricane Beryl. To purchase through Expedia as well as arrange airport transportation from Cabo (for 2)… for one night… all under $150 made it worth it. 2. Location is everything. We know Cabo pretty well and come at least once a year. To be situated directly on the marina, which is always lively, was the greatest benefit. We normally catch a cab to the marina from resorts at least twice a week when here but staying directly on the marina was the biggest plus for us here. The rooms are older… not modern. Every bathroom needs a fan… not so here. The shower and sink faucets are broken. Think ‘adobe’ style resort. Yet, for one night versus being delayed for 2 days due to the hurricane? It was worth it. 7.5 out of 10 rating.

I can no longer recommend this hotel. The staff and management is dishonest. I paid for a nautical suite with a view of the marina and 1300 square feet of space. I was given a room with 500 square feet of space, a view of the pool, and no living area. This was a celebration for my birthday and the hotel ran out of my room type. The problem got worse when I asked the staff is the room was the same type I reserved. They lied to me and said yes. I asked to speak with a manager and at first she also tried to say I booked the smaller room and blamed Expedia/Hotels.com. Later she offered me $50 for the mistake. I Asher if this was the fair value and she indicated yes. Once again, this was dishonest. I’ve stayed at this property over ten times and can no longer recommend you book here if they treat people like this and then are dishonest. I called hotels dot com and the manager refused to make the situation right. I’m sorry this property has gone downhill like this.

I want to be clear that we were 100 percent satisfied with the bartenders, servers, concierge, parking attendants, and front desk staff at the Fiesta Marina resort in Cabo San Lucas. Our 3-star review is based on the amount of time taken (over 5 hours!) for our 'free breakfast' and the associated 'fractional ownership' hard sell presentation. During five hours of hard sell, we clearly declared our lack of interest in signing a fractional ownership contract. This took far too much of our vacation time, and the number of hours we would be required to sit there before declining should have been clearly stated up front. After it was clear we weren't interested, the salesmen who had spent five hours working on us abruptly left the breakfast table without even saying thanks or goodbye. Overall, this waste of time and disrespect tarnished the resort's image. If we return, we will not be accepting any 'free' offers.

Property is in a great location, walkable, safe as it is gated and you need your bracelet to exit/enter the property. Concierge and bell desk staff were excellent! Very helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice, we had a spacious one bedroom suite. Three couples in our group reserved the same room type and we all had different rooms, some with more amenities. Pool bar lounge area staff were horrible. We were all-inclusive so they only bring you drinks when they feel like it. Lots of staff standing around and no one would bring us drinks. Had to beg. Super frustrating. Inclusive breakfast was just okay. Restaurants outside of resort were good. Lunch food to order at pool was better than breakfast. 2nd time staying here and hung by resort more than last time so we didn't experience the poor service last time. Unsure if would stay here again.

Marina Fiesta can't be beat. The staff are always friendly and having been there often consider them almost family. The location right next to a splendid mall and the entertainment which is close enough but far away enough that there are no party noises to disturb me. Wendy the GM, Carmina the front desk manager were very accommodating recognizing me as a familiar guest. The front desk staffed by (I don't know every employee) but Irving, Eric, Nicole, Alondra, Tamara helped me out on so many occasions I can't count. I often would eat and relax by the pool and Fernando the F&B manager does a great job with his team including Juan, Ricardo, Jennifer, Diego (there are others like the folks that made the excellent meals or staff I did not meet) and then Ugo would often be by the pool entertaining guests with fun games. The security and lobby atmosphere is kept safe and friendly with people like Oscar, Debbie, Leonardo, Alfredo, Samuel, Artemis, and so many others. The market just below the pool is staffed during the day by Alejandra who was always helpful suggesting what Mexican branded vs US branded foods were good and always rang up my order in pesos with a smile. I know I am missing some of the staff so since I will definitely be back soon, I'll post an updated review then. For this trip Marina Fiesta gets 5 stars from me in every regard.

The location is awesome, right in the harbor, lots of night life, food and easy access to beach. Pool and hot tub were great, clean and plenty of seating. However the staff was extremely pushy with the intent to sale a offsite property. Felt uncomfortable when we declined. We did give them $40 to hold a reservation just to get them to leave us alone, and took the phone off the hook in the room, to stop all the calls. We felt like criminals having to sneak past staff just so they wouldn't trap us in what we were told by other guests was a 2 and a half hour tour, offsite (20 mins). It was our 15th wedding anniversary and the intent was to enjoy and celebrate but the stay was over shadowed buy them trying to get us to participate in the tour. Note to anyone staying, say no to the tour and keep your $40 in your pocket.

Great for being right down on the marina! We wanted our first two days for easy access to the marina and pool lounging, so it was perfect. It's a hike to the beach, but doable. Fortunately, our next week was a property right on the beach, so Marina Fiesta was a great compliment. The staff are superb!

Always one of my fav stays in Cabo, and a great value for the money. You can beat the location, right on the marina, with easy access to great bars and restaurants. The rooms are updated and spacious, with a nice balcony. Great pool with a swim up bar and outdoor restaurant with a view of the Marina. Highly recommend!

The location of this property is perfect! The hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. I like the fact that you can choose what days you want to stay all-inclusive, especially if you don’t plan on staying around the hotel on certain days. The food was decently good but nothing extraordinary. Drinks were also good for not being anything top shelf. Very happy with our stay regardless. The property was also decently quiet for being nearby liveliness on the marina. Very safe and in walking distance to pretty much everything; restaurants, night life, the beach and the mall as well.

We stayed on the end with balconies looking over the marina with wonderful views. We liked the location and proximity to walk to so many places in town and on the beach. We liked the sandwich at the pool bar. We did not like Jacks' Steak restaurant (all 4 dinners were cold and the filet mignon was tough and almost not chewable).

We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel staff, seemed overly focused on promoting timeshare properties, which left a negative impression. However, there was a roach in the room and we ordered 2 plates of tacos (6 total tacos), a small pizza and two ice cream cones. Dinner was over $100 for something that’s otherwise fairly cheap ($30 max outside). Wouldn’t recommend dining in the hotel but do recommend staying.

Really loved my stay. Property itself had everything I needed including a swim up bar (two to be exact) and I loved the all-inclusive option, where the restaurants were just below the hotel in the Marina - especially the fish restaurant and steakhouse. This hotel was in an amazing location on the marina with a very short walking distance into the downtown area. Super convenient. Super clean, amazing staff who were very helpful with recommendations and just super nice in general and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great location, very good value. Room was represented as 500 sq. ft. seemed smaller. Also, represented to have a queen bed, but had a double. Valet and bell staff are terrific. Especially Alfrado.

We stayed at Marina Fiesta resort for 3 nights. Great location, right on Marina, walking distance to Medano beach, restaurants. It’s budget friendly hotel, great pool. Rooms are ok, but clean. Hotel charges daily cleaning fee but you can opt out during check in. Good for the price we paid.
