Excellent location on the Marina. Very clean rooms and pool area. Lovely spa experience with my massage. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Didn’t do AI but few poolside things I had were good and breakfast at Los Deseos was fantastic, both the food and the ambiance. Nice change from restaurants blasting loud music

Great pool area (they have two…I never made it to the second) and poolside bar. The staff was fantastic. The giant hot tub overlooking the marina was very nice, too.

Location is perfect, staff is friendly, food options are good, pool is awesome. The hotel folks continuously forced us to take the timeshare property tour (in exchange for boat tour coupon) and that it would not take much time. Ultimately we accepted but it was the worst experience ever when we got there. The guy responsible for the tour was arrogant, condescending, threatening and argumentative. He threw a fit of rage when we told him we want to go back. I was about to call the police/embassy since we felt cornered. I have everything on video. Ultimately, the hotel staff person was kind enough to give us a lift back to the hotel. My advice, NEVER EVER AGREE to get the timeshare tour.

I never got to stay in this hotel. What they do is basically post pictures of this resort so it gets ppl to purchase the room and then once you get there and you are tired and hungry and just want to put your luggage down, they tell you that the "AC doesnt work in the room" so they are putting you in a random hotel down the road. So you end up paying for a resort but getting a random room somewhere else. Also the "AC not working" thing is a lie anyway because there was a couple I met that fought for their room and said they dont care that the AC isnt working and when they got to the room the AC was perfectly fine. Its just a scheme to get the other worse hotel booked for the same price as a resort when it definitely is not. I had a great time in Cabo, but I cant leave a good review for the hotel because its basically fraud and I dont want others to book it thinking that they are getting this hotel when they are not.
