Everyone at Corazon was very friendly and courteous. We were there while the pool was being repaired and the construction work was noisy and annoying. It took a while to learn the elevators to take to get to Aleto, the beach restaurant. Did not care for the sales pitch upon arrival trying to get us to attend a sales pitch the following morning. Maid service was excellent. Check in and out was a breeze. Overall we were very pleased and would be glad to return

Property was nice, had a few dated things like the elevator which didn’t work sometimes, had to reserve areas by the beach just to try to use a beach lounger. Also we placed reservations for the loungers and the rooftop pool but they didn’t actually place those reservations so we didn’t get to use part of the facility. The other thing that was super frustrating and misleading was that on the Expedia page it lists the property as all inclusive, but then the property is actually not all inclusive through Expedia, it can only be purchased directly through the property. We were told of the all inclusive benefits that we had during check in, but then after we went to have dinner at one of the restaurants, we were told that we don’t have the all inclusive package. We were told the things that we had included with our purchase which was food and beverage but excluded premium beverages like top shelf booze. Come to find out, we didn’t have any of that. We also were told by the check in staff (two different people, the time share salesperson that tries to push a timeshare down our throat, and the check in clerk) that we needed to wait until 4pm to get the included food and drinks but that was a lie. Be careful when purchasing the “all inclusive” package for this resort, because you might think you have it and you’ll be greeted and told from the staff at the beginning that you have all inclusive, but then you may not actually have all inclusive. Enjoy your stay!!!!

Great stay at this hotel. Incredible views, convenient location, and great service (despite the timeshare advertising). Would definitely consider staying here again. We loved the rooftop pool-- you need to hit a F&B minimum to make a reservation, but it was well worth it. The main con was that the hot tub in our room was way too hot (uncomfortably so), so we couldn't use it at all during the trip.

The property was great. There are multiple infinity pools even one on the rooftop with ocean view. We love the personal jacuzzi on our room balcony. The rooftop lounge was fun and convenient. The hotel is right on the beach. We visited all the way from the Bay Area.

The property is clean, in a nice location and the restaurants onsite are good! They have a rooftop pool (adults only) as well as two other pools and a beach club with day beds and food and drink service. The only downside is they try and get you to do a tour for their “membership program” aka timeshare. But otherwise if you are firm and tell them you’re not interested they leave you alone. I have stayed here two times and would definitely return.

We loved our room with an incredible ocean view & private hot tub on our balcony! Linens, mattress, sofa, large TV, bathrobes were all excellent!! We also loved the Beach Club, Rooftop pool, bar & music! We were able to walk to everything (a plus for not wanting to rent a car or take a taxi everywhere. The location was the best!

Beautiful the view from the room was magnificent. Just a lot of steps to get down to the beach so if you’re older, this is a problem. Also, you have to make sure you have reservations for the beach with certain pool areas before you come. It could be difficult during a busy week. Be careful about the vacation sales that they try to push on you. They’re very persistent.

Positives, Beautiful views of the ocean from one arm of the hotel, friendly staff, hot tub on the deck was fabulous Negatives, high pressure sales associates/time share, limited beach and pool space, beach space provided to off site guests in exchange for time share meeting over paying guests. You have to book your time at the beach a day or two in advance. Over priced food and drinks. Septic issues in the hotel. We smelt sewage on the 8th floor for 8 days toilet and shower did not drain properly, they could not fix it and did not have a similar room.

All the staff were extremely helpful and ensure you are staying at the resort to maximize safety for guests. Everything was at walking distance and if you need to go to a further restaurant you can request a taxi at the front. The rooms were clean and we always returned to the room with a fresh set of towels and bed sheets. Will 100% recommend and return!

Given how highly rated the property was, I was quite disappointed with how dirty the room was - the floor was incredibly dusted and I found dead bugs in the sink! The amenities of the hotel were nice (I.e the rooftop bar) but after never being told about a minimum consumption when using the amenity we were surprised with that news after sitting by the pool. It is weird to me to charge hotel guests to use the pool at the hotel. The food at the rooftop was good, but Aleta’s food was not great, which was surprising considering this was the restaurant they advertised as the best at the hotel. The beach club had great beds, but was stacked on top of each other. There was good service at the beach though. Overall, I don’t think I would recommend a stay here, but there were some nice aspects.

The cleaning lady (Margarita) did amazing!! She went as far as washing and drying our dishes after we cooked breakfast in the suite. She noticed we needed more paper towels and restocked for us. Not to mention she placed our leftovers in our refrigerator. Everyday we came back it felt like it was our first time in the hotel room due to the cleanliness. We couldn’t have been more thankful for her service!!

The pluses: great location on the beach, close to town, good sized rooms and balcony, beautiful views. Check in process was terrible. Long, and our rooms weren't ready. They text us when they were, and we had to come back and wait in a long line again to get our keys. Room smelled like mildew and mold and had puddles of water on the floor. We had to call to get our roomed cleaned. Restaurant food was good sometimes and terrible others. They nickel and dime you, charging for the coffee maker in the room. Service was sub par and everything was just mediocre at best. I won't stay here again. They'll try to talk you into going to a presentation to get discounts on stuff... they say 90 minutes but will be much longer, and they try to scam you with a bs timeshare thing.... it just left a terrible taste in my mouth.

I booked a King bed ocean view room with a hot tub, but the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed that the main swimming pool was under construction, causing constant noise throughout the day. This made using the ocean view patio unpleasant. We also had to follow up with room service to bring our luggage to the room. Additionally, I requested a kettle from room service, but it never arrived. The hot tub's temperature controls and buttons did not work as advertised. Overall, I was surprised this was labeled as a VIP Access by Expedia as the room wasn’t cheap. I would inquire if main swimming pool is on going before u book the room. Rooftop swimming pool costs extra if you want to use any of the chairs.

My stay was extremely less pleasant than I had hoped. The room itself was nice. but the AC will not keep up with the heat. my entire 4 night stay, the room never got below 78 degrees will all the shades closed all day. Complained to the manager 3 different times and got excuses every time. the room I was given was the worst location in the resort with a main walkway to the bar on the backside of our balcony.

Excellent stay! Rooms were incredibly clean and very large and modern. Only negative is that service was sometimes a little spotty. We called to request a luggage stand on two separate occasions and never received it. Other than that the hotel was great and the location is excellent. Front desk staff are amazing and accommodated my Expedia Gold member upgrade request!

Check in time is at 4pm and wasn’t able to check in earlier, due to that as soon as you walk in the sales rep approach you right away Walk you to the bar with two free complimentary drinks. At first we thought they would give us a tour of the pool area ,rooftop and restaurants with in the hotel but few minutes into the conversation she became EXTREMELY pushy to sale you on a VIP tour /timeshare in order receive 3 nights free and discount on spa and dinner. Which is not technically free Cost $110 person cash only which includes breakfast and spa massage plus 2 hour tour If you did get the 3 nights free be aware you will have to attend another 2 hr tour which is a final decision for you to purchase the VIP if you refuse they make you pay the 3 free nights Food options in the bar weren’t great and food wasn’t so good Aleta restaurant looked like a better option but we ended up getting food poisoning Pool music was kept low, pool was always empty,kept seeing the same people which means hotel was mostlikely empty Positive note It’s a Beautiful hotel in center of everything But i would never return or recommend anyone to book here Go Book at riu, or me Cabo

Beautiful property and convenient location. The front desk staff wasn't great, nor communicative. We uograded at check in, and were told it would be about an hour until the room was ready and we would get a text to notify us. We waited an hour, no text, went to the front desk and then were told becuase we upgraded it would take longer. We waited another 45 minutes, I went back and then was told it was ready. They weren't friendly at all. The pool server was very kind, but the chips were stale, the salsa and quacamole were mid. Disappointing for sure. We wouldnt stay there again as much as we loved the location and the view!!

Worst hotel in Cabo. Don’t waste your time or money here. From check in to check out we had the worst experience with the staffs. The room we booked was not what we got on arrival. They were also not helpful with rectifying the issue. They never answered any questions we had regarding all the extra fees we were charged. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else if you want to have a good time in Cabo.!

Our stay was decent, especially since we had a room with ocean views, which made a big difference. However, the resort itself feels dated, and certain areas could use significant upgrades, such as the elevators and the gym. The bathroom could also be more functional—more outlets on both sides of the mirror would be a welcome improvement. The location is just okay, but one downside is the sheer number of vendors on the beach. We were constantly approached, which made it hard to relax. Overall, the hotel feels like a 3-star property striving to be a 4-star, but it doesn't quite get there. While there are some nice aspects, there's also an undeniable budget feel to the experience.

2nd time at property love the location walkable to the pier. Love eating at Ediths which is right near the property as well as The Office. So many close good dining options. The pool food is good too!

Hotel was clean. Food was terrible. Some staff were nice and sone were very rude. Our hot tub never worked. One of the showers was ice cold. We were also under the 360 Rooftop bar which was super loud all night.

This hotel is beautiful, there are many restaurants nearby on the beach. I wish I can give it 5 star review because it really is breathtaking and the staff/service was great. But the food at the hotel…. It was not good and for it not to be an all inclusive this really sucked. So that’s why I give it overall 3 stars because the food is a big deal breaker for me.

5 star adult only. They allow kids but only pool for the kids on property. Best ocean view room I have ever had. Best tuna sushi on rooftop bar. We have never had any better. They want you to do their breakfast to buy the vacation club and they give you free meal vouchers. If you use them it is an extermely limited menu. They should give you a choice. I would be happy paying vs the free.

My wife and I decided to stay here at the recommendation of a friend who has stayed here before. The property felt safe and clean and very resort like in a positive way. You are within walking distance of an infinite number of options for bars and restaurants and shops. Also, the restaurants on property were very nice. We loved rooftop 360 and Aleta's the most. Their workout facility was sufficient, although they should add more equipment. It was lacking in many areas, but we still managed to get four workouts in. You have the option at the resort to do their VIP program and receive discounts while you're there. We took advantage of this and we're happy we did. Thanks Cortez! Overall, our stay was awesome and we will be returning in the future. Thank you to Maricela and Toni and Luis and everyone else who took great care of us.

This is an amazing hotel however we had issues with our room which meant our sliding doors did not shut correctly we only discovered this late in the evening and raised the issue with reception another room was arranged for when we returned to dinner however this door system didn’t work either. The staff on duty were unable to help further so we stayed in our original room but had to wear ear plugs due to external noise in the pool area and hotel evening noise …. Only the following morning was a manager able to help us with a compromise with breakfast and some drinks as compensation… due to me booking via Hotels.com they couldn’t give me a refund … great hotel but a stressful evening stay so for that reason would not stay again … rooms look great but fixtures are not to the same standard.

Not only the Resort was very pleasant and provided quality amenities but where it was located that provided scenic view of Cabo Bay and landscape. In addition, some connection to various nightlife events in city area.

A four star resort that feels like a two star. We recently stayed at the Corazon in Cabo San Lucas and left feeling like the property did not live up to its advertised four star rating. While the location is convenient to the beach and the pools are pretty in pictures, the overall guest experience felt much more like a two star resort. Upon arrival, we were never offered concierge service, we were not told the amenities of the resort if there were any. We were not told simple info like if there was a water station, that we needed to reserve a spot on the beach to sit, we were never asked what time we would prefer to have housekeeping come. We had to request a lot, like bedding for the pullout even though our reservations were very clear that it would be used. Our shower handle was loose and broke after the second shower, they fixed it the next day. The ice machines never worked in our tower and had to request ice often. Although housekeeping came, our towels were not exchanged and after three days I had to request for that to be done. There were no paper towels in the room and left with only one dish towel. Staff never seemed happy, they always seemed occupied in an empty lobby, they never said hi or were welcoming, they seemed bothered when we sat at the pool and we didn't order drinks because we don't drink. When going to the beach we sat at the section for Corazon but were quickly talked to and made to feel like we were imposing. I would not recommend this resort

check in process horrible. arrived 9am did not get room till 3pm. they never texted me that room was ready I had to go and ask them several times. even though property was not busy. they claimed had to clean the room, does not take 5 hours to clean the room
