Very comfortable. Loved the showers in the room. Had to pay for parking, but it was discounted because we were attending an event at the hotel. No pool, but other than that things were good. Nice staff as well.

Very nice stay except that when I returned on Tuesday afternoon, all 3 hotel elevators were out of service and I had to climb three flights of stairs to get to my 4th floor room. If I had been on the 17th floor it would have been worse. After I got to my room, power went out for an hour. Not what I expected for a 5-star hotel.

The property did not live up to the standards expected. Our room was not serviced on the first night and no one on staff seemed to know what was happening finally at about 9pm a room steward was sent to quickly make beds and literally placed a pile of towels in our bathroom and left ...this was one of the worst experiences in a hotel that seems to service business people yet does not know how to ensure they have a good environment to work and rest in,

The hotels is quite good. However, Room 619 had an issue with the air conditioner. It was rattling very loudly...It was either turn it off or bear the noise. We chose the second one and my husband put some Kleenex and a lotion tube into the slots to make it stop shaking and making noise as it was 2:00am after a long trip. Next day we talked to Marlush at the front desk she was very kind and changed our room to a perfect one with a working AC...

Updated rooms, but they were very small. Smaller than most Marriott’s that we have stayed at. The room also didn’t have a microwave, which we feel is a normal finding in a hotel. This is the only Marriott chain we’ve stayed at that didn’t offer that. Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, we’d give it an 8/10.
