The property is very clean. The staff is excellent. We had a two bedroom two bath with sun deck, which was amazing. The marina is beautiful. The pool area has several pools one for adults one for children and also a lazy river. Highly recommend.

Resort was a really nice. We stayed in king suite and it had two separate bathrooms, separate tub and walk in shower, living room, dining room, laundry area (washer and dryer), full kitchen (stove, dishwasher, regular 5 cup coffee maker, large fridge with ice maker, dishes) and balcony overlooking Marina. The rooms were clean and housekeeping came around daily. The only issue with the room is bugs-we had to call a hotel worker to come spray the floors. The people are friendly and helpful. The Cafe at the Bay is a nice place for breakfast and lunch. The property is well maintained. There are many areas to walk around-it’s a very short walk to Tin City shopping and restaurants. The pool, spa, fitness center and tennis courts are on the other side of the resort (near the cottages). You will either have to take a long walk or grab a ride on a golf cart. The facilities are very nice over there. The gym has lots of different types of exercise equipment. There are many pools-an adult only, a lazy river and a family pool. There are tons of chairs and umbrellas. No swim up bars but they do walk around to take orders or you can walk to the bar area. They offer valet or self parking which is nice and convenient. There is a very small gift shop at the check in area and that’s it other than yacht sales. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay and very close to everything in center Naples. Just make sure they spray your room and you don’t leave food on your counters.

Great facilities. Loved the fact that there is a washing machine and dryer in the rooms. Beautiful setting. Most of the staff we extremely obliging. Big thanks to Thomas, who couldnt have been more helpful. Pool facilities were amazing, our little boy loved the lazy river.

The most striking thing about this resort is the friendliness of the staff. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. The facilities at the club were lovely, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property, enjoyed our time. Odd for this type of property not to have ice available. If you want ice you must contact the front desk and they have to have a bellman bring it. Its more efficient and easier to have an option to just go get some ice as needed. That's very resolvable. Additionally, most hotels offer coffee/tea service in or near the lobby early in the morning for those of us early risers, but that also was not a thing here, you'd need to wait until the restaurant opened at 7:00 or make it in your room. We did that buts its not the best of coffee. Bed was very comfy, view was beautiful, the club pool area and fitness center top-notch! Tommy the shuttle driver and Bell-Man was the most accommodating staff member of all. Went out of his way on several occasions and had a very kind spirit/charm. The only other complaint was that we called to notify housekeeping they didn't bring fresh coffee, mugs, glasses, towels and wash cloths, they were going to send someone. But that did not happen, we made due.

This was our 4th time here and we have always been very satisfied. It should be the Top of our Florida trip. 2 days before arrival we received an email saying that the lazy river was not in operation. Shortly before completing the check-in process, we saw a sign saying also that the pool heating was not working, nobody were actively made aware of this. After asking did we get the answer they were working hard on the problem. However, they still had a small heated pool that could be used. The water in the Main Pool Area was extremly cold and not usable. As this mini pool is right next to the hotel's event area, we were only able to use it on 2 1/2 days out of 5. 3 of 5 days at noon the staff began to set up the event tables direct in front of the entrance, and blocking access. Afterwards we found out that the POOL problem had been going on for about 4 months, which is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this class!!! The hotel also did not feel obliged to waive the resort fee in whole or in part, which would certainly have happened in a lower class hotel. Although we had already booked a better suite for 5 nights, we were given what was certainly the loudest and worst located suite, which also disappointed us very much. Very loud on the 8 lane main road. Guests who only stayed 1 or 2 nights got the much better rooms. As long as the hotel does not change this behavior, we will not book here again. Overall, it's a great location and property. What really attracted us to the resort was the club facilities. Unfortunately, the pools were down due to heating issues and the lazy river was closed. This was the primary reason for selecting the property. Additionally, we arrived on a weekend the the hotel pool was closed for private events both Sat and Sun. If we had been notified of this, we likely would have chosen a different resort. If it wasn't for those issues, it would have been great. Mixed feelings.

Overall it was good. I had high expectations. The staff was wonderful!!!! It was very clean. The parking for building #3 was extremely tight and I have a wide vehicle, there was one spot we fit comfortably but that was not available day 1. We made it work. The ice maker was jammed with ice, luckly my hubby is Mr. Fix It. The dishwasher was installed crooked, the oven wouldn't heat but we made it work on broil. Bathroom door had a broken hinge causing the door to squeek. All the clocks were wrong in the room. These are little items and would not stop me from staying here again but should be addressed during clean up service between new customers.

I have mixed emotions about our experience. Staff was very friendly but I wasn’t thrilled about constantly having to get the valet if we wanted to go somewhere. Came to find out later that we could have self parked had we had some code I knew nothing about. I’m the type that likes to do things on my own. Our fan squeaked which they did fix but the pillows were flat and I was cold since the bed didn’t have blankets (did I need to ask for that too?) The club pool was very nice and I loved that the staff came out to take your orders and whatnot. The actual hotel pool however was filled with dead bugs which turned me off. Also forgot to mention the many roach I saw in the bathroom. Not sure if we’ll come back. This was our first resort and to be honest, I would like to see what else is available in the area next time.

Great location, easy 15 minute walk to the restaurants & shops on 5th Ave. Free, convenient hotel shuttle to/from 5th Ave, Old Naples & the beach. Beautiful rooms, great view of marina. Hope, the concierge, was very Naples-knowledgeable, helpful, able to move our reservation to a more desirable time. Only "complaint" was the AC would kick on with such a gust it felt like a wind tunnel & loud. But this was a minor thing.

The staff was phenomenal. The room was clean and fairly updated. But, booker beware, if you're in the main building the "club" pool etc ..is a hike away from your room. My room was facing the outisde if the resort and man was it LOUD....right near the highway and an airport. Trucks and Planes ..... Its a nice place ... but if you're looking to get away for some sun and pool time i suggest you make a request for a room facing the interior and near ro the club. And definitely go eat at NOSH....

The pool, spa, fitness center and tennis courts are on the other side of the resort (near the cottages). You will either have to take a long walk or grab a ride on a golf cart. The facilities are very nice over there. The gym has lots of different types of exercise equipment. There are many pools-an adult only, a lazy river and a family pool. There are tons of chairs and umbrellas. No swim up bars but they do walk around to take orders or you can walk to the bar area. They offer valet or self parking which is nice and convenient. There is a very small gift shop at the check in area and that’s it other than yacht sales. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay and very close to everything in center Naples. Just make sure they spray your room and you don’t leave food on your counters.

Overall it was good. I had high expectations. The staff was wonderful!!!! It was very clean. The parking for building #3 was extremely tight and I have a wide vehicle, there was one spot we fit comfortably but that was not available day 1. We made it work. The ice maker was jammed with ice, luckly my hubby is Mr. Fix It. The dishwasher was installed crooked, the oven wouldn't heat but we made it work on broil. Bathroom door had a broken hinge causing the door to squeek. All the clocks were wrong in the room. These are little items and would not stop me from staying here again but should be addressed during clean up service between new customers.

Our room was a 2br suite and was perfect for our stay with family. The view of the marina was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. My only complaint was that the hotel didn’t work on our first day and their was a loud buzzing noise in the bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Nice coffee, breakfast and small bites service at the Cafe. Water taxi also stops at the Hotel Marina which is a nice feature for $20.00 which takes you to several restaurants on the bay. Car alarms were sounding the entire night, and the room smelled like mold. Asked for a change of room and had to pay for upgrade Horrible interaction with staff. I try to check out the next day and was told i had to speak to expedia. Spoke to expedia and they stayed that was incorrect and that they would call for a refund of the unused nights. Manager agreed to credit me the 2 night. Expedia was very helpfull getting me a solution.

Beautiful property, enjoyed our time. Odd for this type of property not to have ice available. If you want ice you must contact the front desk and they have to have a bellman bring it. Its more efficient and easier to have an option to just go get some ice as needed. That's very resolvable. Additionally, most hotels offer coffee/tea service in or near the lobby early in the morning for those of us early risers, but that also was not a thing here, you'd need to wait until the restaurant opened at 7:00 or make it in your room. We did that buts its not the best of coffee. Bed was very comfy, view was beautiful, the club pool area and fitness center top-notch! Tommy the shuttle driver and Bell-Man was the most accommodating staff member of all. Went out of his way on several occasions and had a very kind spirit/charm. The only other complaint was that we called to notify housekeeping they didn't bring fresh coffee, mugs, glasses, towels and wash cloths, they were going to send someone. But that did not happen, we made due.

What my wife and I really liked was how we were handed a Prosecco when we first walked in. This showed class and we felt at home. The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. Having filtered water stations was awesome. The pool and amenities were top notch. Definitely will visit again.

Beautiful and impeccable hotel! Excellent food at reasonable prices! We had a few issues with a leak in the room and a non-working safe. However, hotel staff was swift in handling the situation with a room upgrade, and went above and beyond to ensure a very pleasant stay. 10 Stars from us!!

Only "complaint" was the AC would kick on with such a gust it felt like a wind tunnel & loud. But this was a minor thing.

The staff was phenomenal. The room was clean and fairly updated. But, booker beware, if you're in the main building the "club" pool etc ..is a hike away from your room. My room was facing the outisde if the resort and man was it LOUD....right near the highway and an airport. Trucks and Planes ..... Its a nice place ... but if you're looking to get away for some sun and pool time i suggest you make a request for a room facing the interior and near ro the club. And definitely go eat at NOSH....

We have been staying at the Naples Bay Resort for the last 15 years. We have a great time every time we stay there. The resort is walking distance to Tin City and downtown Naples for shopping and restaurants. Best location!! The resort has a new restaurant called NOSH and was amazing! I would recommend Naples Bay Resort to any family with kids or just adults staying there. There’s so much for everyone to do.

We made a reservation at the resort\'s "flagship" restaurant, Indulge, prior to arrival and mentioned that at check in. We were advised that there was a dress code, no flip flops, beach or exercise wear, etc., but nothing in writing or on the website. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were turned away by the security clerk; we were told that the collar on my Polo needed to be a button down style and my dates footwear needed to be closed toe. We had "appropriate" attire with us, and would had worn it if we had known. I\'m not a fan of arbitrary rules and told the desk clerk that night and at checkout. Further, another property restaurant, BoneFish, has been close since Ian, but we were told at check in it was open. Wouldn\'t eat at Indulge now even if it was free.
