En mi avitación no salia água caliente solo en la regadera, y un problema en las targeras, para usar el elevador y para abrir la avitación, tenias que buscar algúnas vecés a alguien del personal, para ayudarte, muy rico el desayuno una vista preciosa al Mar personal muy atento, un poco de ruido por la construccion de a lado muy moderno. Si volveria a reservar.

The pool is not of a splash pool and is about 2 feet deep. It’s great for cooling off but you have to go through the restaurant to get to it. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. We had two king size beds in our room. There is plenty of space. The staff are extremely nice and personable. The restaurant staff are very attentive. Mayra was our server on our first day and made sure we had everything we needed.

Front of hotel is a site for construction waste. It looks like a dump. Elevator never worked with my keycard. Shower was dangerously slippery and the soap dispenser was broken. No water available with breakfast unless you paid extra. Hotel on top of steep hill.

Be aware, the pool is a sham. There are no lounge chairs and no where to lay by the pool. It's by a bunch to tables and chairs. The pool is about 1-2' deep so you can't swim in it, just more of a decoration for the restaurant. The beach is quite a long walk down a hill and it's a small beach, you have to drive about 20 minutes to get to a decent beach. When we tried to leave early due to basically no pool, they would not give us a refund for remaining days. I would not recommend going here

El hotel está excelente y su ubicación. El único tema es que en los 4 días que nos hospedamos solo pasaron un día a hacer la limpieza de la habitación y el resto de los días pasaban justo a la misma hora justo en el momento en que queríamos estar descansando dentro de la habitación y aunque les pedíamos que pasaran más tarde nos comentaron que no era posible

I've stayed at the Centro location of HBlue Hotel as well as the Malecon location, but I think I like the Malecon location better. Both stays were excellent. Extremely comfortable and clean, amazing value, friendly staff and a stunning view from the rooftop pool. They've earned my loyalty - I won't stay anywhere else in La Paz except for HBlue, and I'll be happy to come back anytime!!

Muy ricos los chilaquiles del desayuno y tenían rosca de reyes porque era 6 de enero, súper bien, muy atentos, la vista es impresionante desde el cuarto y desde el restaurante, no necesitamos utilizar el aire ya que el clima estuvo perfecto, nuestra camarera en piso 5 fabulosa, muy amable, atenta y siempre nos dejó el cuarto limpio, el personal de recepción también súper agradables y atentos, en general muy buen hotel, sin duda volvería.

The room was good our only issue was lack of lighting in the room and vanity was all very low level light including at the vanity in the bathroom but room was comfortable and beds were nice we slept well and it was quiet at night.

I've stayed at the Centro location of HBlue Hotel as well as the Malecon location, but I think I like the Malecon location better. Both stays were excellent. Extremely comfortable and clean, amazing value, friendly staff and a stunning view from the rooftop pool. They've earned my loyalty - I won't stay anywhere else in La Paz except for HBlue, and I'll be happy to come back anytime!!
