Ondo Hotel and Spa Jongno by Anook

Nice location, good room, speaker included in the room which was a nice touch. The breakfast is a joke though, we didn’t even bother to wake up in time for it for the rest of the nights after trying it the first night. Didn’t even have coffee.

Clean room, very comfortable bed/pillows. The toilet seat was separate than the rest of the bathroom in a quite confined space. "Simple" breakfast was a self service sliced bread with cheese or jam, and instant noodles.. However, there are options in the area. Check-in is rather late (16:00) and they seem to be strict about that. Location is very good, near to metro station and a quite lively neighborhood.

The room was very clean and the staff were fantastic. The only reason I can't give this stay five stars is because the water pressure in the shower was weird. Cold water had plenty of pressure, but once you turned the water to hot/warm the water would become barely usable and either to hot or cold. We made it work though and overall the stay was wonderful.

clean, spacious and quiet - really good value for money ! booked two rooms for multiple nights and never had any complaints would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the Jongno area

Prior to arrival, have informed Ondo about the late arrival at 1am and was assured that it was 24hr. Front Desk closes at 10pm which was not mentioned (and opens only at 10am!) and I have to checkin via its kiosk. I could not self checkin as the Reference # required is not the one stated in Expedia :( Stayed at Room #501 for 7 nights and definitely not sound proof as stated in its description. Noise of every footsteps from Room #601, from next doors as well as doors open and close. Housekeep was not done twice :( Worst is the security. You leave your card key with Room # visibly stated, openly at the front desk. Need to improve on its poor coordination and poor communication. Does not worth what is tagged on its room tariff
