Stayed in many Benidorm hotels and this the best by far. Clean, spacious studio apt with pool view. Great cocktail bar and Cafe attached. Craft ale bar was great too. Pool accessible and always beds available. A great experience.

Absolutely lovely hotel! Perfect location; right on the beach (almost) and nestled equidistant to the old town and the main strip. Would absolutely stay here again, the breakfast buffet was one of the better that I’ve had anywhere. The only gripe is the pool is small, but when you’re two minutes from the beach, that’s a compromise I’m happy to make.

Lovely hotel, perfectly situated. Rooms were modern, clean and tidy and although right next to a busy road were really quiet at night. The hotel car park was full but check in staff directed us to a nearby underground carpark which was no problem. Food was very good as far as buffets go, staff work very hard to keep it all clean and replenished. The only slight negative was the pool is quite small and the children's pool full of sand and cloudy. Would stay again.

Hotel very clean. The female reception staff were very uninformative, they didnt tell us anything, we had to keep asking, however the male reception staff were excellent. Yhe food was ok nothing special for a 4 star hotel. They even charge you for a key to usethe safe. Would i stay again, not sure.

The location is good as it’s between the old town and ‘the strip’. The room size was ok for our uses, but unfortunately the gym, which was one of the reasons for selecting the hotel, was well below our expectations with lack of working machines and when reported to the staff they didn’t care or resolve. Although away from the main noisy area, we were kept awake until 2:30am each night with the loud music bouncing around the buildings outside. I’ve also never had to put down a deposit for a towel to use by the pool or to use an iron before.

Very good location and the Cafe Paris bar attached is nice but there is nothing 'superior' about the hotel. The food was average with very little choice. Dining room too small. Waiting staff not very friendly. Major let down was upgrading to Panoramic Suite but the room next door had a dog with them who kept barking when the guests were out. On approaching the reception we were told there was nothing they could do for that night (was only staying 4) but possibly change rooms to a lower floor the next day. I was questioning why I should be inconvenienced by moving when it was the next room making the disturbance. I would also be losing the view we had paid to upgrade too. Overall, very disappointed and would definitely say there are better 3/4 star properties in the area (such as The Helios or Presidente)... you can always stop at the Cafe Paris bar as that is about all the Belroy is good for otherwise.

The hotel was very clean, food was very good with plenty of choice. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, the reception where so helpful, and nothing was a trouble. We had a superior bedroom with plenty of space. I would love to stay at this hotel again. Everything was great. Beach few minutes walk. Central for old and new town.

The room with the panoramic view was good, but I can't say the same for the rest of the hotel. AC was not sufficient, the lobby was very small and uncomfortable. Housekeeping was inconsistent and unsatisfactory. They left our door open for hours one night, I've never had such an experience at a hotel before! The restaurant was the worst of all, with an awful management and unhappy/unfriendly staff. They were rude and made meals a very unpleasant experience. The food was mediocre, the salad bar was quite lacking. I would NOT go back.

Perfect hotel met zeer vriendelijke bediening op een ideale locatie. Dicht bij strand, dicht bij winkels, oude centrum,... We hadden een deluxe kamer die zeker de moeite waard was. Enkel jammer dat beddengoed maar zeer beperkt werd ververst. Er waren vlekken op de lakens van zonnecrème en deze werden niet vervangen. Buffet is lekker, vers maar weinig variatie.

The staff were amazingly helpfull. Sent wine to my room once they knew it was my. My birthday Only downside was my daughter and family were in room 1214 and the cleaner left them a note to say see had swept thru but couldn't make the beds as she had left a makeup bag towel and something else on the bed. It was not makeup all week.

Lovely Hotel in a perfect position between old and new end of Benidorm. Room was clean and comftable and food @ Breakfast & Evening meal was plentiful. We loved Cafe Paris for lunch which was attached to the property.

The rooms are lovelyans were cleaned every day. We were in the second building which was next to a busy road. The hotel is in a great location 5 minutes to the strip. 10 minutes to old Benidorm. 2 minutes to the beach. There are lots of shops around. The staff were friendly and the breakfast (english and continental) set us up for the day. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotellet er rent og pent. Dessverre starter air-condition når man ankommer rommet. I løpet av 30 min kommer temperaturen ned til ønsket nivå. Men, selv etter flere henvendelser til resepsjonen ble jeg ikke hørt. Jeg hadde opphold i 2 netter med 28,5 gr på rommet. Kommer aldri tilbake til dette hotellet.

Spacious room, nothing fancy but clean, had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was decent, good selection of food on offer, staff at front desk helpful and friendly. The hotel was minutes walk from the beach and main bar areas, but far enough away to be quiet when you want/need it.

Had an amazing experience from arrival. Reception staff were amazing and super friendly and professional. The hotel is in a fabulous location, close to both the old town and the strip. Also short walk to the beach. Pool area also amazing and personally no hassle with sunbeds (although usual type of typical brits putting towels out then disappearing for hours).

Great 5 day stay. Excellent location, 2 mins walk to the strip, 10 mins to the old town. staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and we had a balcony would have preferred a walk in shower but not a problem. Food was good but I have had more choice at other 4 star Hotels. Having said I would definitely would stay again. Thank you

Excellent location for all of Benidorm. Located within minutes walk from the bus stop giving easy access to to Alicante airport bus. You can't get an more hassle free transfer.

The property was very close to the beach and very central to liveliest area of Benidorm.The hotel was very clean and the staff were ok.The pool area was very quiet with not much going on but some people like it that way.The food was good but you had to pay for water if you wanted it with your meal.Not much going on in the bar area but had a singer on one night can’t say about the rest of the week.Overall the hotel was very peaceful and we had a pleasant time.

Pool area too small have to pay to use another area.Food was definitely not for an English taste.No free water with meals.Could doo with a great chef.Menu food not clear example lental soup.Did not say it had fatty lamb added.Glad I'm not vegetarian.We was full board but skipped most of the dining.

Nice hotel in very convenient location - short walk from the beach and loads of shops, bars and rstaurants nearby - easy 15 minute walk to the old town. Room was quite spacious with a very nice balcony. The buffet restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
