Quality Inn Flamingo

The hotel reservation has stated that it would have gym and pool. It was unavailable to use, was disappointing. I have selected the place instead of staying in Tropicana.

The room was spotless. The Ice machine in the gym was kind of weird. and the gym looked like more of a storage place. Otherwise it was nice.

I like that it was close to the boardwalk wasn't to impressed that I had to pay for parking

Overall good for the price you pay for it. Staff very friendly. Room not bad. Disappointed the fitness center doubled as a storage room for carts and dead plants. Did not even step foot inside. Again price point I needed to be at it was fine.

Had to pay $10 to park on location at the hotel. I was never charged by a hotel before to.park on location. It a was a way to gauge extra money from the customers.

No hot water, no fitness room even though it was advertised. $100 hotel deposit plus $10 a night that was not advertised. Area around is not safe for children due to high drug activity right in the parking lot. Trash on the steps on the hotel and overall just not a good stay.

You get what you pay for but this place was good reasonably priced it looks rough from the outside needs new paint the gym and ice machine are in the same place. And the gym is three broken down machines Ina closet. But if you want economy with pretty good. Comfort this is the place for you! If your used to 5 star or atleat 4 star like I am stay away from here you won’t be happy !

Parking wasnt expensive at the property on on fee when i arrived and if i left i didnt have to pay again

The room very clean and property was well kept. The room was a little bit smaller than what's being shown online. Parking is NOT FREE, they charged you extra per night. Even though on the Expedia app, it will say free parking while on the quality inn app it does not. Overall my stay was good.

My stay here was okay. I was placed on the 3rd floor where it seems like no one goes up to clean or fix up that part of the building. Originally when I entered the room it seems clean but once you look closely you can tell it's not well cleaned. The tv volume would take 10-15 min even sometimes 30 min to start working. The shower only had cold water but I didn't mind, although I know others might perfer warm water. The breakfast there was okay. One morning my family and I went to get breakfast and saw a drunk man at the end of the 3rd floor hall sleeping on the floor. Made us feel unsafe. We told the staff and they took care of the situation. On the last day (today) as we were packing up to leave we saw a tick like insect on the bed. Disgusting. The staff were nice and the beach was close which I liked but overall I don't think I'd recommend unless you stay one night I guess. I think I would've preferred another hotel such as Hard Rock even if it costed more money. Oh and last thing I wanted to mention is parking was $20 each day I stayed, that's pricey in my opinion.

Our overall experience was just alright. The staff was pleasant and very kind. The sheets, and rooms were clean but the hotel itself needs some love. The price of the rooms should reflect that. The hotel is older, the floor boards in the room were detaching from the wall, we had to kill a cockroach in our room, the fan in the bathroom was rusty and gross looking, the shower didn’t drain (was very VERY slow). The hotel needs a complete revamp, new paint and proper pest control to reflect the price it’s listed at per night for a room. Also FYI, you have to pay for parking which is not included in the Expedia price. As for Atlantic City, we had never been but it’s kind of run down in the area of the hotel. I feel like it’s prime time was in the 80’s and early 90’s. Overall just an alright experience, I wouldn’t stay there again though.

Nice and clean very comfortable

The property looked ok at first and i used to stay here all the time but things have sure changed. There were multiple times i needed to ask people actively using drugs to excuse me so i could get own the steps. The only time i didnt see somebody on the steps, i had to walk over their broken crack pipe they left behind. The very first night we got into bed and a bed bug crawled across the sheets. When i went to the office to let him know about the bugs, the only response i got was "no bedbugs". He continuously denied it and didnt budge until we literally caught one and brought it to him. I was thankfully able to find another place to stay at 4am. I asked for trash bags to bag up our stuff and i was told no. Customer service here is LACKING, along with cleanliness and accountability obviously.

Very nice staff. The rooms are modest but very clean and well maintained.

Very clean, towels and bedding changed every day. Breakfast from 7am to 10am. Highly recommend to stay here.

Room smelt so bad!

The bed was comfortable and the room very clean, my favorite place to stay in AC, only problem no microwave (three day stay)

There was this loud beeping going off constantly throughout the night. We Called office about it around 2am and again around 6am because it kept waking us up and we couldn't fall back asleep with how loud it was. It was so irritating and fustrating. The one employee said it had to do with laundry. Crazy thin walls I guess though because it was really loud.

This hotel was in serious need of updating. It was just a place to stay, but wouldn't go back. The bars of soap couldn't get any smaller..

TV .. not working 😕

The king room had a nice king bed.Very comfortable and it had a love seat and a smart t.V.The only thing I didn't like about it was the hot water was too hot and with the cold water as well it was hot for 15 minutes

Hotel was decent the only issues was the kids in the next and on the second floor was extremely loud.

The mattress is a bit thin. It feels like sleeping on a futon. Otherwise it’s a decent place, close to the boardwalk, inexpensive, and the staff is affable.

Wasn't unique at all. TV was too small, had to get the staff to get the TV working and the wifi!!!

My husband and i went on a couples getaway. The hotel staff was amazing and very friendly. Our room was clean and nice. Our only complaint was the bed was a little too soft for our liking. Otherwise absolutely amazing trip. Boardwalk is like a 2 min walk. We will be staying here next year when we bring our kids.

To many drug addicts hanging out in front by our room both nights very noisy. Not worth the price. Worker came banging on our door not knowing our room was rented out. Bad communication with workers handling front desk.

Front desk operator was nowhere to be found. Waited alone in lobby for over 40 mins to check in. Got to the room, it had a smell to it, it was dingy, phone and tv both did not work. Tried to stop by front desk again, the operator was gone again. Did not answer phone either. I checked out at 3 am, I didn’t want to sleep there

Staff refused to allow us to attend breakfast until others finished first. There was so much room. They told me to pack and go when I asked for towels.

Upon arrival, the staff gave us a smoking room, the room stink, they switched us to another room, the office chair was broken, water in the sink did not drain, garbage cans were right outside of our room. Area did not feel safe. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Warning!!! Bad area. We left after 30 min. There should be a warning for people about the area. The hotel is fine, but the area if full of homeless, drugged out people and very unsafe feeling. Board walk in that area wasn’t as bad but still not good. If you’re going to gamble don’t leave the casino other than that no reason to ever go there. Any other boardwalk would be better if your going for the beach and ocean time.

Front desk guy will hagle - no refunds or changes if booked through Expedia, they play the "manager not available" game. I would not leave the valubles in room. Cold water shower in morning, zero water pressure. The carpet is disgusting. Street people around here at night, no security. They charge an extra $100 for damages & keep $3, you get $97 back. Breakfast is frozen microwave egg paties & juice?

Property was clean, room was spotless and you couldn’t hear anything from the room. It’s Atlantic City so of course a few homeless people are going to be around town, and a few people will seem sketchy. But it was nice to see a well lit property with plenty of security cameras and a 24/7 front desk. Great hotel for couples or a family. Breakfast was fine, waffles, circle eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, and muffins. Coffee and juices too.

Waiting in line for one single waffle maker, should have been another waffle maker to accommodate everyone.

The staff is always very courteous and helpful. The Belgian waffles at breakfast are high quality.

I just had an overnight stay. You get what you pay for. Free breakfast is included but it's just waffles and drinks.
