Checked in and everything was good until we got to our room. The AC wasn’t working so we asked the front desk if we can change rooms or upgrade a room and pay the difference, they said they cannot book us another room and just deal with it. They said we have to wait in the morning for maintenance to come. MIND YOU THIS SAN DIEGO HEAT IS CRAZY.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Room wasn’t bad but the hotel itself and the location is kinda sketchy. The location was very close to SeaWorld and the swapmeet.
