Flot udsigt, men desværre opvejer det ikke det helt utroligt lave serviceniveau. Især fra receptionen. Spaen var i stykker. Sengene var virkelig hårde og hovedpuderne helt uden støtte. Kom man senere ned til morgenmad end kl. 9.00 risikerer man at skulle sidde i lobbyen og spise, hvor der var virkelig koldt. Værelsets indretning var identitetsløs. Ingen kaffe eller the på værelset. Ingen strygejern. Ikke 4* værdigt.
