Very convenient location near Gillette stadium, very good functional place to stay. I love that there's a laundry room. The staff are great and overall I have no complaints. It really is the best value if you're looking for some more decent that doesn't cost a ton of money.

Clean and comfortable. Did not smell like smoke, which is a pleasant surprise for a hotel this age Windows open to let fresh air in. Heater unit typical of hotels. It works and is a bit noisy. Free parking. Close to the stadium and shopping. Would stay again

The property seems to still be under construction in hallways. The outside door had no lock. There are no amenities except for a free breakfast of coffee, bagels, muffins, tangerines, orange juice and bananas. This place is definitely basic. The guy at the desk was very nice.

Was told bar and restaurant would be open at 5 pm but it was not. While we realize marijuana is legal in Massachusetts, we could not walk down the hall to our room without almost getting high. Rooms were clean

Check in was super easy! We game on a Patriots game day. The hotel staff placed cones in parking spaces to ensure their customers had parking. The room was clean and looked newly renovated. The only complaints is the shower water pressure isn't the greatest and the a/c unit made a squeaking noise all night and would periodically make a loud grinding noise.

At first glance, the room looks nice and has some complimentary bottles of water and snacks out. On further inspection, ceiling in bathroom had mold. Laminate floors were "sweating" between slats as they must have been installed incorrectly. Breakfast (eggs, sausages, french toast) were cold as the warmers were not working. Only drink option was coffee and OJ.

Damaged property (see pictures), unlocked and damaged side entry door, the person at check in stated our room number while others were standing in the lobby, odor of cigarettes and marijuana through the property and stale odor masked by heavily perfumed cleaning agents, random people knocking on our door through the night, no coffee maker in the room and no microwave safe cups to heat water in microwave, sheets were scratchy and pilled, blanket had a cigarette burn in it, pillows were bumpy and misshapen. I felt unsafe staying here with my niece. Not only did we feel unsafe and uncomfortable, but I paid way too much to stay in this location!

Absolutely terrible! The room had dirty underwear, bedsheets, food in the refrigerator, trash on the floor, dirty bedsheets, boxers hanging off the shower rod! Terrible is an understatement!! Manager offer to refund room and provide free parking for concert. Otherwise awful!

There’s a new wing that’s been updated and it’s delightful. Walking distance to Gillette stadium and Patriot Place so super convenient! Very friendly staff. Definitely will stay again.

The king rooms were amazingly nice, very nicely renovated with furniture, huge bathroom mirror, double sink. We enjoyed the comfy beds, and it was quiet. The shower was really nice and hot. The heater is quite loud when it goes on and off, took some getting used to! The only thing not up to par was the "hot" breakfast. It is VERY misleading to say its hot. The only thing hot is the coffee and there is a toaster oven. It was only bagels, english muffins, cream cheese, nothing hot. Also we were really surprised there was no place to sit except in the restaurant/bar. Unfortuntely it had too high of chairs for my mom to sit, so we had to cart breakfast back to our room which is risk of spilling...very awkward. We would stay here again, as it is a good value, gorgeous room and even with the breakfast the way it is.

2nd stay here vs. our first time, room could use an upgrade. Ceiling paint falling from ceiling, shower diverter arm was broken off, and there is tape on some room thresholds. Could use good do-over. Nice friendly staff, which is why we choose to come back.

Working with Vick and T was excellent as anything needed was provided promptly. Check in process was quick and painless especially since we had 6 rooms all arriving at the same time. Being so close to Gillette Stadium was a bonus.

The gentleman at check in on the 4th of May around 6:00pm was friendly and quick! We have stayed here several times and it’s always a good night at a good price! We have never had an issue with safety or staff. Thank you for the consistent effort!

Staff were friendly and helpful. I forgot my pillow and Vick and the staff helped locate it. They held on to it till I was able to pick it back up. It was a week later. I appreciated their willingness to go out of their way to help me. Breakfast was very good.

Stayed here for PLL playoffs at Gillette. Excellent location just a little over a mile from the stadium. Check-in and check-out were great. Nice hot breakfast in the morning. Beds were quite comfortable. Just a couple minor things. No hot water for tea at breakfast, just coffee. No hand towels (but plenty of bath towels). No lighting in the room other than the overhead lights. This might be because it looks like they are finishing up some renovations, but if not, could use some bedside and desk lights. Also could use a couple more pillows on the beds. But overall, great place to stay for a game and will stay here again.

Nice spot, close to Foxboro train station that'll get you right to the city. Breakfast was included and tasty. Hotel might be a little outdated in the lobby area and hallways but rooms are nice and renovated. A/C blows cool, almost too cool at haha. Clean rooms, clean sheets, friendly staff. I would stay here again on my next visit to Boston!

Check in was easy. Some parts of this property are a bit tired. My room was clean. AC worked well. The bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast offered scrambled eggs and sausage and potatoes every day. There is nothing fancy about this property, but it was convenient and served it's purpose. I didn't have any complaints.
