Husband and I took personal days off of work to spend a night with our three kids at this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. Drove from Boston to Mansfield , checked in , got settled into room and changed into out swimming gear. We make our way down all for hotel guests to inform us that the pool wasn’t open due to maintenance. Told front desk and they said water was market due to having a busy weekend. I asked for credit , which they couldn’t credit us since we booked through hotels.com. I informed them this was a waste of a trip and they agreed , which was uncalled for and completely unprofessional. My kids couldn’t enjoy the pool . We stayed there and just watched tv.. could have done that at home and save $223. Very disappointed.

We were super appreciative of all the staff and how easy they made everything. When we come back to town, this is where were staying. Pool was SUPER clean. Food was good for what it was, free. Plenty of options and something for everyone.

This hotel is great overall. All the staff we encountered were friendly (and funny 😆) and set a good tone. The room was really clean and the beds comfy. The pillows are on the softer side if you prefer a firmer pillow. The digital key option is great and I totally recommend it since most everyone has their phone on them and maybe not the key. We were there for a concert so the parking lot did fill up fast but there is overflow parking in the plaza across the street. The pool was literally the best part as it’s clean and if you’re lucky, it’ll be not busy. Amenities were great: all your basic toiletries are provided (including liquid hand soap!) in room, the tv is a smart tv, FREE breakfast and FREE parking. Everything in town is a short drive away and the plaza across the way has some tummy looking places as well. Overall, I recommend staying here as this is kind of quality hotel stay customers want to have. Shoutout to the wonderful housekeepers who helped me get the extras I needed!

Great dining options within walking distance and free breakfast in the morning was nice. Room was set up a little odd with the TV not in a convenient location to the bed. Small issue but lead to be bothersome when trying to relax. Elevator was pretty slow as well, seemed like at times only 1 of the 2 were working. However, the staff was friendly, place was clean and pool was nice & quiet. I woukd definitely book again. The thai place and chinese place in the parking lot across the street were both worth a repeat visit. Yum!

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and this was the first time that I ever experienced a state that was not to my expectation. I found stains on my sheets, stains on the toilet top, there was no clock in the room to which I did ask the front desk person if there are clocks in the rooms and she could not explain to me why they weren’t. I had to call the front desk to have them bring up new sheets as the sheets that were already on the bed was stained. This was not the best experience I’ve had staying at the Hampton Inn in Foxborough and I hope that I never have another day like this ever again.

Paper thin walls. We could hear every little noise but tgat is not on the hotel but more on the guests. Domestic incident in the room next to us and the kids running like a herd of elephants above us forced us to leave and we had to drive overnight 12 hours with no sleep. The on duty desk attendant was apologetic and offered us a room on the first floor but it was loud there as people were drinking and telling in the cafeteria. I dont feel as we should have changed a room when we were not the problem. We lost out on a couple of hundred bucks for the night we didnt stay. I felt like we were staying in the frat house in Animal House on toga night. I expected more from this hotel. Bed was comfortable, gym and pool were nice as well as the staff but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here with our children for a game at Gillette. The overall experience was positive, just wish our room had been a bit clearer (it was dusty (especially the heating/cooling vent), the floor in our room & bathroom needed a more thorough vacuuming). The bathroom door was odd…it was a slider that served as both a door to the closet and the bathroom, but not at by the same time, and lastly the bathroom fan didn’t work. The area felt safe though and we were fairly close to the stadium (4 mi. drive).

Rooms need an upgrade. Every room should have a microwave, only suites have microwaves. My room was not available amd i was forced to take a inkg bed as oppose to a double queen that I reserved.

The thermostat was out of wack. It either blew hit or freezing cold….. no comfortable medium even when we totally turned it off…. It still blew. The boxed tissue was like sandpaper but otherwise it was all lovely

Overall, nice hotel and location. Breakfast was good. A little disappointed as I booked the hotel months ago for a room with two queen beds. My friend and I were traveling so we wanted separate beds. The only room they had left when was got there had a king bed and sofabed. We were not told upon check-in, but discovered when we got to the room. Called the front desk they were polite and all, but did not have any other rooms available saying "but we upgraded you to one of our nicest rooms." Nice gesture but one of us had to sleep on the sofa-bed and that was unexpected. To note, I also called the day before to confirm the reservation was all set. No mention of the room we reserved not being available.

The coffee was decent and there is a Starbucks right next door if you don’t want the nice breakfast spread at the hotel or more specialty coffee. I would definitely stay again if in this area.

We stayed at this property for a sporting event and had a great experience. The counter person was amazing at check-in and the experience continued to be perfect throughout our stay. Positives included; check-in, hot chocolate at check-in, clean room, & pool. Negative; breakfast was just okay, but free. Overall, definitely would stay again!!!

Rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable. The room we picked for pre check in was changed without letting us know (until we asked why the room number was different at check it). Response given made no sense as the staff put it off on us "booking through a 3rd party" even though i checked in through the hilton app. Breakfast was good but sausage could\'ve been cooked more or bacon offered instead. Overall, it was a quiet and good stay. We\'d definitely stay here again.
