the pool was green, the shower head was taller than the curtain and the water was coming over the top all in the floor. the workout room didnt have air and breakfast was really goo however the coffee was cold..

I have stayed at several time, but the pool was not open. I have three small kids and that’s what they want most I called and check and they said the pool is open this time. I hope it’s open.

Elevator was down right scary. Made ungodly noises. Sounding like it was about to break loose. Pool was closed and green water. Was not posted pool was closed. Staff pleasant and room was cleaned!

I’m pregnant. The elevator was out and I was placed on the second floor. I had to carry my own luggage. Room was dirty and smelled like mold. I checked out a day early.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was filthy and smelly. Toilet and sink were dirty. Had not been cleaned at all. There were public hairs in the tub, feces splatter on the bathroom wall by toilet paper holder, there was a chaise longs chair covered in stains. The bedding was damp. The room smelled terrible. I was horrified. I asked to change rooms and the other room was basically the same condition. I tried to move to the hampton inn and they were full so I was stuck. I couldn’t sleep it was so upsetting.

Our stay was great. The Hoel was very quiet and service was great. The food was passable. However, our room smelled like mold a little and we saw two big water bugs and 2 roaches in the bathroom. Needs a little upgrading and that would be sufficient

I have never felt so desolate in my life. This bathroom was like a real swamp. The edge of the bathtub was completely damaged and covered in mold, and the shower… it was truly disgusting. It was infested with that horrendous vegetation. It's simply repulsive. To make matters worse, after nine hours of driving, I arrived only to find this disaster in the middle of the night. It is truly unacceptable.

This hotel needs updating and had a baby roach crawling in the entrance of the room. The TV doesn't automatically go to the available channels. It required front desk assistance to show how to connect to channels. The breakfast items (eggs, gravy, biscuits, etc) on Sunday, May 7th, were cold.

The hotel is dated upon check on went to the room and the key card fell into the slot. Went to the front desk and they used another key card with tape to pull that one out. Than once in the room the air conditioner was so loud it would wake up a hibernating bear.

We chose this hotel despite its high price because we wanted to be sure of a quality experience. TV went to “Must Update This Device” about every ten minutes. Lavatory faucet was so loose it was about to come off. The tub wouldn’t drain leaving us standing in dirty water at the end of our shower. Pretty disappointing given that we stayed in better maintained facilities for a good deal lower prices during this trip.

I called the front desk five days in a row in an attempt to book a group rate. No managers are on site. No manager EVER called me back. Just incomprehensible as far as a lack of professionalism. Had to book rooms through hotels.com and IHG website direct. Just pathetic lack of professionalism . . . in the hospitality industry no less. So, so sad.

I had an issue with my reservation. I had originally booked for 2 nights, plans changed. I only stayed one night. upon checking out, I wasn't given a receipt. I was referred to Hotels.com. I have been with Hotels.com for years and this is the first time this has happened to me. Third party booking does not will not work for me. If I am paying for my accommodation, I should have been able to receive a receipt for the time I actually was there. I was told I would receive an email receipt. I have not received anything. I don't care for this policy at all !!!

The staff service was exceptional and was the best part of stay at this hotel. The shower was not functioning and no one was available to repair the shower. We had to take baths and that was comfortable with such a small tub. The breakfast was great on our second morning at the hotel.
